Lovely place to spend a night or two. Great location, dedicated parking space and very well equipped apartment. Decor was lovely and better than the photos! Bedroom is very small but has a good sized en suite and fine for a couple of nights. Hosts were very helpful and provided good information
The Zeta is the perfect stay for a couple or single. It’s on two floors with a toilet on each floor. It’s decorated uniquely but very comfortable. Close to all amenities and train station and perfect place to enjoy a trip to a quiet less commercial seaside resort and too explore N.Yorks.

I have arthritis and not mentioned lots of stairs Difficult to find key lock. The no 11 didn’t show up in the dark and instructions vague. Instructions once in the apartment were good but didn’t have them Brown fluid in downstairs toilet and upstairs toilet seat wasn’t attached to bowl

Ok but one or two things let it down Positive: Good location Negative: Broken shower head. Broken hot water tap in kitchen very inconvenient.
Positive: The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. We didn't cook any meals so I can't comment on any utensils required to make a meal. Negative: The apartment is on the first floor requiring 2 flights of stairs to axcess, the lift is out of order with no information as when it will be repaired.
Very comfortable apartment which had everything we required Positive: It was compact but everything we needed was there.The upstairs bed was very comfortable and had a toilet upstairs and downstairs. Negative: The stairs upstairs are quite steep and everything is tightly compact with not a lot of space.

The Zeta is in a beautiful building, in a great location - a couple of minutes walk from restaurants and bars and a 10-15 min walk to the beach. It was the perfect base for our stay in Saltburn, which had so much to offer and felt relaxing compared with other busier coastal towns. Definitely recommend
Lovely Positive: Excellent quirky little apartment. Close to the town and seafront. Check in was easy with a lockbox. . Negative: When booked, paid and confirmed we were then asked to pay a security fee . As an international visitor we couldn’t access a code to confirm this fee it was a nightmare and stressful . Never had to do this before.
A good option for accommodation in a pleasant seaside location. Positive: All facilities like broadband, good sized TV with Netflix etc, kitchen and sofa. Clean and tidy Negative: A deposit against damage was required but this was only specified after I had paid for the apartment. I then had to wait over a week for the money to be returned.

Amazing! Positive: The quirkiness, beautiful mural, it was so cosy the sofa was gorgeous & comfy. Everything you could want! Location could have been better, a walk up the hill from the beach and straight in the front door… Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We had a fantastic stay, lovely and clean and the flat had everything we need.
Positive: The quirky character of the place. Your every need was attended to. Every thing was there that you would ever need, like the matches there beside the candles. Etc... Negative: Bin in the kitchen and towel rail in the en-suite
Had an amazing stay here at The Zeta although we did have trouble finding the apartment inside the building as there is no signage. Bed was really comfy and the sofa too but we couldn't get any TV channels to work. Kitchen is well equipped and overall would definitely recommend.
Saltburn April Trip Positive: I liked the atmosphere of the apartment. It had a snug feeling to it. And location was really good for travelling around. Negative: I guess the shower was a little small, however its nothing to do with the apartment, with being tall, that's sometimes an occurance. Also the TV didn't have Freeview TV, only the Internet.
a lot of stairs Positive: the lounge / kitchen area was lovely Negative: extremely difficult to find entrance. no signage or clear direction on welcome emails. again once in the building no signage or indication of what floor it is on. have to keep opening doors and guess. ruined the stay with this start.
excellent Positive: a lovely comfortable space with good facilities. secure. Negative: as I arrived later in the day I needed better directions on how to find the property and where to go when inside the building.

Beautiful place to stay, first time in salt burn - we loved it and staying here was cherry on the cake 😁 very efficient check in/out . Although on the expensive side if staying only one night! X
