The Warren is ideally located in the centre of Stokesley. It is very clean and spacious but unfortunately the kitchen is not well enough equipped for preparing meals for large groups. Similarly, there is not enough comfortable seating for everyone to gather in the sitting room. I’m hoping this is helpful feedback because it otherwise suited my family perfectly and we would certainly book again.
We booked the house for a gathering of friends & family. Lovely clean and fresh property with lots of light and space. All bedrooms and en-suites felt new. Kitchen and lounge/diner perfect for a big group. Right in the centre of town so very convenient. We had 4 cars so had to keep an eye on the parking time limits but not a big deal.
We were supposed to stay at another place, but it turned out to be unlivable, so we had to find a new place immediately. We’re really glad we found this one. It’s about 30 minutes from where we originally needed to be, but the place definitely makes up for it. We had a great stay! It would have been even better if basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and kitchen essentials were provided, but overall, we’re satisfied with the place.
Exceptional Positive: Exceptional property. Very spacious with lovely big bedrooms, all ensuite. Living area/kitchen also a great size. Beautifully furnished, we all agreed we have never slept so well in a holiday home. And it is perfectly placed to explore the lovely town of Stokesley, particularly on Show weekend. Will definitely return. A really well-priced place with everything going for it. . Negative: Only slight gripe was that we couldn't get hot water from the showers in the early evening/teatime (we had a toddler with us who gets a bath/shower before bed). But plentiful hot water for our morning showers.
Absolutely fantastic and will be booking again when we plan out next trip to catch up with family. Positive: So spacious and each room had an ensuite. The decor was really stunning and loved that the hosts had left some food / milk etc to help begin our stay. Negative: Only slight negative was lack of clothing storage in one of bedrooms.
We had a great stay at The Warren. We went away as 2 families and the property was perfect with lots of space including a large communal space where we could all hang out together. The property had everything we could have needed and was clean, comfortable and stylish. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
The property was really great. Clean, spacious and modern. Charlie was quick to communicate back and very helpful. The only downside i would say is the lack of an enclosed private garden area but other than that a really lovely experience all round.
If they come in the summer - bring fans. It was hot!

The Good Nice spacious property on 3 floors down an alley off the square. Parking with a permit when we needed it, as we were out all day every day. Decently equipped, large kitchen diner with comfy sofas and a large TV. 4 excellently sized bedrooms, all well decorated and each with en suite. The one issue we had was a loose loo seat and that was fixed the day after we reported it whilst we were out. An excellent stay.
Great property for a weekend away with friends Positive: Great location Very comfortable Lots of space Negative: I was advised wrongly regarding the amount of outdoor space and No space for bbq ing despite having asked the question No oven gloves or pizza cutter in kitchen Would perhaps consider a small step to be able to reach the dinner plates that are stored on a high shelf
The Warren is beautifully presented with all furnishings, fixtures and fittings of a high standard. The location was perfect for our stay, easy access to cafes and shops, and nice walks along the river.
Beautiful accommodation which is clean and tidy. Visitors need to be aware that the Friday market start setting up at 4am and its noisy. also a pub literally downstairs which didn't close til midnight so there was lots of noise, shouting and arguing until late night. The property itself is beautiful and love the fact we all had our own bathrooms. guests would need to bring even the basics such as soap, toilet roll and washing liquid.
Really lovely place in an ideal location. Hosts communicated really quickly with us. Would recommend!

What a find! The Warren was perfect for our family get-together and exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and high spec finish. The whole place was really spacious but cosy with large rooms (all en-suite) which were fresh and airy. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The office room could easily act as an additional bedroom. All mod cons available. It’s directly in town but quiet at night. Parking is a stone’s throw away and free but be aware of market days which are Fridays and every 1st AND 3rd Saturday (our comms told us just 1st and we didn’t notice the signs so had some disgruntled marketeers on Saturday morning). Once we’d apologised to the Farmer’s market for having to set up slightly around our cars, we enjoyed perusing and buying some delicious produce. Highly recommend the Wainstone Hotel in nearby Great Broughton for a stunning, and amazing value Sunday lunch, fit for a foodie. We loved it our trip and The Warren was a huge part of that!

Little gem Positive: Great location, easy parking, clean apartment, had everything we needed, spacious and modern. Good communication, easy to find and access. Negative: Would have been nice to have another larger sofa so we could all have a comfortable seat in the lounge.
Lovely place. Really spacious and very well kept. All bedrooms have en-suites which are done to a high finish. The kitchen/dining area was a great area for eating and chatting as well as having the tv on in the background.
