Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, it offers a warm and welcoming space where you can truly relax and unwind. Surrounded by beautiful countryside views, the cottage provides a tranquil setting that feels worlds away from the bustle of everyday life. Wake up to fresh air and scenic landscapes, spend your days exploring nearby walking trails or charming villages, and return to your own private haven as the sun sets.

The heart of this home is the cosy living area that features comfortable seating and is ideal for guests looking to relax and create memories together. The television and fireplace in the room create a warm and inviting space for guests to unwind with ease.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything guests need for quick snacks or home cooked meals during their stay. This creates convenience for guests, whether they're enjoying a short break or a longer getaway. There is a dining area alongside the kitchen that allows guests the opportunity to enjoy delicious meals together.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds and are thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming space for guests to relax during their stay.

The spacious and sleek bathroom offers convenience for guests as they look to refresh themselves during their stay.

The garden is ideal for guests to soak up the sun and enjoy fresh air in the privacy of this home away from home. The outside seating area means that guests can enjoy meals together outside on warmer days or sit and relax during chilled days or evenings.

Guests are also welcome to use the top paddock as extra garden space.  To get to the paddock, turn right as you go out of the cottage, go past the stables and keep going until you see the field gate. There is a little hill where you can see and enjoy the sun rise or sun set and plenty of space to let your dog run around.  Please just keep your dog on leads until you get to the field.

The neighbourhood is known for its close-knit and friendly atmosphere, with a very small population that adds to its charm. While Bonnington itself has limited amenities, nearby villages such as Aldington provide essential services including shops, schools, and local pubs, all within a short drive.

Although Bonnington itself is a quiet countryside location with limited public transport, it benefits from excellent road connections to nearby villages and towns. The surrounding country lanes link easily to larger routes, making it straightforward to explore the wider Kent area by car.
The nearby town of Ashford is a key transport hub, offering direct rail services from Ashford International railway station. From here, you can reach wider areas such as London, making day trips quick and easy.
Bus services operate in the surrounding area, linking Bonnington with neighbouring villages such as Aldington and onward to Ashford, although services can be limited, so a car is recommended for maximum flexibility.

“What a lovely place and quiet, country location! Perfect for our visit to Port Lympe Safari and Zoo (which we recommend) and visiting the surrounding area. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and we lit the fire as we had a few damp days. We bought more firewood on the road just before Aldington on the left. We really loved the use of the field for our dog and also to be able to let him out in the morning in the secure back area outside the stable door. The kitchen is well equipped and having both a dishwasher and a washing machine was much appreciated when you are away. We thought it a special place. Rachael kindly dropped in some homemade apple juice which we enjoyed! She was easy to contact too. We would love to return.”
