Really lovely stay - extremely comfy beds, jet spa bath, lazy boy sofas and kids play area were unexpected bonuses!

Simply. Peaceful Positive: Calm, peaceful location Negative: Hard to walk to places directly from the property as the main road is 50/60 with no pavement

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location for Bridlington as well as being close to a lovely gem of a beach at Fraisthorpe. The surroundings were really quiet, we loved the horses going past the cottage in a morning and it was a bonus to find a little playground. All the information provided was accurate and there was everything we needed. Thank you so much for a lovely base for a wonderful few days away .

Gorgeous house in beautiful surroundings, perfect for families and near to the beach. We loved the little play area and seeing the wildlife nearby including ducks and the horses in the stables. Great little gem.

Great stay, hassle free.

We had a lovely stay at The Stable, it is in a beautiful location and was well situated for the places we wanted to visit including Bempton Cliffs. We loved the duck pond near the property and seeing the hares in the fields on the journey up the lane to the farm. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the property contained everything adequate for our needs. If you enjoy TV then the stations available on the downstairs one are more than we have previously had access to in other properties so this was a bit of a bonus I hadn't picked up on. We would happily revisit this property.

Lovely, great sized cottage, perfect for our family. The surroundings are beautiful & there's so much wildlife around 😍 The owner, Helen, was lovely and very helpful. Our daughters also enjoyed the enclosed lawn area & swing set. We'll definitely be back!

Great stay in a lovely cottage, great spacious bedrooms, comfy furniture. Handy location being a small drive away from a great beach and 15 minute drive into Bridlington. I would absolutely stay again.

The property itself is lovely and in beautiful surroundings. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some maintenance but overall we had a really comfortable stay. The property management company Host and Stay were very unhelpful when I messaged regarding missing items. The advert lists many things such as cleaning products, basic cooking supplies and others - which when we arrived were not available. This meant we had to make an extra trip out and spend money to purchase the items needed (we would’ve been able to bring these with us had they not been advertised as being at the property). I messaged to advise they need to update this on the advert as it was an inconvenience and was met with rude and unhelpful responses. We also found the property to be ‘dog tolerant’ not ‘dog friendly’.

What a beautiful place The stable is so peaceful very clean the property. We really enjoyed are stay here an would love to come back again 😊
