Great house Positive: Quiet area

Very good stay and would recommend to others. Positive: Location was great. Facilities and accommodation good. Negative: Showers would benefit from shower mats - very slippery floor. Milk in welcome pack out of date.

The house was absolutely lovely, very clean and tidy when we arrived! Nice quiet location which was lovely when we were outside in the evening! Good location, plenty of things around us that wasn’t far! Thankyou for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Would definitely book again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful house (When you finally find it!) Positive: The property was beautiful, extremely clean and it looked as good as new. All cutlery and pots and pans are provided which was ideal. The rear of the property was ideal for sitting out on a hot, sunny day. The (artificial) grass made it look like a well kept golf green. The TV was incredible, massive with loads of channels to choose from. The two bedrooms were well laid out and the shower room/WC (both en-suite) ideal. Negative: WE had terrible trouble finding the house on arrival. We drove up and down the 'main' road for 40 minutes unable to locate the place. We called 'Host & Stay' but the person at the other end of the phone was very unhelpful. One of the problems was lack of 4G or 5G and the person insisted on sending 'links' to webpages which was a waste of time. There needs to be some indication off of Ling Common Road to show where 'The Sett' as there is no signpost.

Beautiful home in a lovely area with all the amenities exactly as the pictured. Pristine clean and felt like home. The garden was nice to spend the summer evenings relaxing after a long day. The host was responsive really enjoyed our stay at The Sett, the location is perfect for visiting Sandringham and the stunning Norfolk coastline a short drive away. I would highly recommend this place. Made our visit to Norfolk truly memorable. Thank you.

Sehr schön gestaltete Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und tolle Ausstattung. Die AC-Ladestation (single-phase) war sehr nützlich und ein Hauptgrund weshalb wir die Unterkunft ausgewählt haben. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber gut erreichbar. Die elektrischen Geräte sind sehr hochwertig. Einchecken geht über Schlüsselbox und es wurden auch zwei Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt war es wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

A perfect base from which to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast and countryside. Positive: The house was like a home from home - beautifully well-kept, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The host photos are completely accurate - it's as lovely as it looks on the website! Negative: There was nothing to dislike!

This was a lovely place to stay, it was spacious and an excellent location - would recommend!

Travelled down to North Wootton for a walking weekend with the dog - wanted somewhere not too 'touristy' but close to amenities - our weekend home ticked all the boxes Spotlessly clean and felt almost as if we were the first ever visitors. Equipment within the house is outstanding (kitchen and TVs especially) and the en-suite bathrooms were pristine Comms from Charlie and Nick was fabulous - we (well, Mrs A), left some things in the house and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful and went hugely out of their way to assist Stayed at lots of AirBnB's - definitely one of THE best and would have no hesitation in recommending it for a quiet and peaceful weekend - we will 100% be returning

It is expensive but worth paying the extra price to have an excellent stay. Positive: The property was lovely and very comfortable in a quiet area. It was like being at home. Negative: Nothing the property was exceptional.
