Excellent . Positive: The property has all the amenities that we need, spacious bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed, and clean. we didn’t call the host because there is no need because everything was there and very straightforward. Near to the train station, and specially very near to where the event we attended. Negative: Not necessarily but putting a bidet on the toilet will be good.

we were staying for work purposes, was all we wanted and would stay again if in the area.

amazing, lovely and clean, could have stayed a lot longer. Positive: very clean, very nice host, always available via email, nice kitchen, hot water (!), towels nice, linen nice, cupboards nice, even milk in the fridge, selection of tea and coffee. We´d do it again. Negative: master bed not big enough for 3 people- sounds funny, but 6 yr old wanted to stay with us and not with his brother- only 2 very big blankets available- which is common in England and NOT a problem, only ours to solve. And I am pretty sure- had we adressed this as a problem someone would have come and brought a 3. blanket, but we chose not to ask for assistance.

Great value, great location, hosts were friendly and helpful in my time staying here. The accommodation was super spacious full of everything you could possibly need, will be using Host and Stay again!

Nice relaxing stay Positive: Are bedroom was comfortable and quiet, we had three great nights sleep. The apartment had everything we needed. Location was 5 minutes walk to city centre. Negative: Nothing

Well equipped lovely clean apartment . Bedroom has standard double bed . Bigger bed would be much better . Sofa bed in Positive: Great location close to station . Well equipped and superclean :) Negative: Quite noisy at night( street leads to back of station ) if using the sofa bed in living room . Bedroom was quiet.

I’m happy to stay here again Positive: Clean and tidy place with everything we needed Good location and easy to get to whether by vehicle or train etc Negative: The only downside is there’s no free parking unless you have a disability badge. Which I have so no worries there

Comfortable living in the heart of Liverpool Positive: The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a very functional kitchen and a superb shower. Excellent communication throughout our stay and a perfect location just five minutes from Lime Street Station. A fantastic city-centre base after a 'Hard Day's Night'! Negative: While it got a bit stuffy during the current 'heatwave', the provided portable fan was a big help. The bed was also a bit soft, based on personal preference.

Perfectly situated and very nice apartment where you immediately feel at home Positive: Being located very well and just a few steps away from Lime Street Centre. We could explore the centre easily on foot. Very nice apartment supplying everything one need. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Would come again when visting Liverpool! Can highly recommend the apartment. Negative: The only little thing was the sofabed that was not made ready for our son. But the linen for using it was in the wardrobe so we could do it ourselves. The sofabed being quite hard.

Nel complesso siamo stati bene, ma non ci tornerei Positive: L'appartamento è carino e il suo punto di forza è la vicinanza alla stazione di Lime Street. Ottima la pulizia. L'appartamento è silenzioso e si dorme bene, nonostante sia sulla strada accanto alla stazione. Negative: All'arrivo il divano letto per i ragazzi non era fatto. E' stata la prima volta che mi è capitato di dover fare io il letto. La biancheria era nello sgabuzzino e ho dovuto contattare l'host per avere indicazioni. C'era 1 solo asciugamano per mani e viso per 4 persone per 2 giorni e non c'era sufficiente doccia-shampoo per tutti. L'appartamento è a piano terra sulla strada ed è impossibile tenere le finestre aperte. Ho trovato anche fuori luogo la richiesta di £19 sterline di assicurazione al momento del check-in visto che il costo del soggiorno dovrebbe già comprendere tutto.

We booked to stay at this property quite last minute, the host was very friendly and quick to respond so everything was sorted very promptly. We felt we were in good hands throughout our stay. It was very simple to check in and the property itself was just as described, modern and clean. The location was great for what we needed.

Positive: Size, comfortable bed, location. Negative: Street noise late at night and noise from next door.

Fab Positive: Really lovely decorated and airy Negative: Need blinds that are half way so u get the wind light but don’t feel like u are in a fish bowl - another sofa would do better in there so everyone can relax

Positive: Great Location near the train station (did not hear the trains), fantastically clean and tidy. Appreciated the little touches like teabags and milk for our arrival and toilet paper. No issues with noise and great location for exploring. (World museum and St Georges Hall literally down the road) Negative: Maybe number the keysafe as multiple keysafe boxes outside property. Bedroom could be upgraded to a king bed, there is ample space to upgrade to this. Sofa bed was not the comfiest, an easy remedy would be an extra duvet to place on top of the base of the sofa bed. But none of this distracted from our wonderful stay, just suggestions to enhance the experience and we would stay here again.

Positive: Very Central..cozy and Clean flat. Enough room. Negative: Personal preference: the bed was quite soft. The Couch is okay for a few nights but Not that comfortable

Positive: Apartamento super funcional, bonito e com excelente localização. Negative: Tudo estava excelente.

L appartement est très bien situé facile a trouvé , la communication avec le gestionnaire est très bonne. La literie est confortable y compris sur le canapé, Si vous dormez sur le canapé dans la salle a manger il y a un peu de bruit du fait que cette pièce se trouve cote rue. L 'appartement était propre .

Negative: Abbiamo avuto un po di problemi con l'acqua calda. Cuscini del divamo letto scomodi.

Lugar céntrico y acogedor Positive: La cercanía al centro y lo acogedor que era el alojamiento. Negative: No hubo nada que no me gustara del alojamiento.

Va estar bé Positive: Situació, Negative: Hi havia pocs utensilis de cuina. I alguns d’ells no estaven molt nets. Només hi havia 3 forquilles i 3 plats de sopa i erem 4. Vem informar i ens van portar mes forquilles.

La atención al público nefasta, retos perfecto. Positive: La ubicación Negative: Lo comunicación con el anfitrión, primera noche no encontramas las sabanas del sofá cama, pregunte y no me contestaron hasta la 1 de la mañana donde estaban guardadas........ Sólo pusieron dos toallas, las otras dos guardadas. Creo que deberian de informar de todo antes de la entrada al apartamento. Al día siguiente sin electricidad en el apartemte, se lo comunicque a las 10:00 de la mañana y no me arreglarón el problemas hasta las 14:30 horas por lo que ese día no pudimos comer en casa.

Positive: • Location : Prime city center spot, just a 2-minute walk from Lime Street Station and close to tourist attractions. • Apartment Quality : Stylish, modern, and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle), washing machine, and comfortable living area with Smart TV. • Cleanliness • Check-in : Private, flexible and seamless check-in/check-out process. Negative: Just a small improvement : a slightly wider bed.

Perfect place to stay in Liverpool! Situated perfectly for train travel and city center visits. Despite being so close to the station, the flat is quiet and perfectly appointed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to our friends and family and hope to visit again in the future.

We stayed at the Quarter from September 12-20. The place was lovely and exactly as described and as per the pictures. Check in instructions were given on time and the process was very well communicated. They were very responsive to any question we had. The overall experience from the time we booked till we checked out was amazing. I would definitely recommend and consider staying in one of their units again.

Buen apartamento bien situado Positive: Es bastante centrico y en un momento estàs al centro de Liverpool. El apartamento es muy bonito y comodo. Cocina muy equipada. Negative: La mesa del comedor es un poco justa para cuatro personas.

+ Place is easy to find, close to city centre and kept very clean. - However, we felt unsafe as the main door malfunctioned and there were 2 outsiders (not residents of the building) sleeping along the hallway to the unit during our first night. When we left for sightseeing the next day, they were still there and were playing loud music and talking on the phone. We informed the host about it and even sent photos but the main door remained broken during the entire duration of our stay. Be careful as this could happen next time as the 2 outsiders seemed to be quite familiar with the building and comfortable being there.

We really enjoyed our time in Liverpool and the accommodation really helped. It is a beautiful flat very close to Lime Street Station, everything was walkable to the station, Shopping, restaurants and the docks. Great communication with the Hosts, friendly and welcoming. Felt at ease from the moment we walked in the door. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely book to stay here again if it’s not booked already when we return to Liverpool in the future.

Perfect apartment Positive: The rooms were lovely. Stylish, clean, and well equipped. Absolutely no issues with anything inside the apartment. Ideally situated, too. Please don't be put off by my next comment. It is a lovely apartment, and we would definitely recommend. Negative: We appreciate that there's not much you can do about the street outside, but there was broken glass by the doorstep, half eaten chicken, and a pint glass with some 'fluid' in, on the other side of the doorstep. Perhaps you could ask your cleaners to check outside at least once a day. However, there was nothing dirty or unpleasant about the actual apartment and understand that this is out of your control.

Lovely stay- a nice space, very clean, had everything we could want

Avoid Positive: Handy for the city centre and all the attractions Negative: Internet didn't work so neither did the t.v. rang for help and was promised that they would contact maintenance who would be in touch which they didn't so no joy there, one of the plug sockets in the kitchen was loose,the smoke detector in the bedroom was covered over with a plastic bag.so probably didnt work. The living room was cold even with the heater on,bathroom door didn't close properly.

Non responsive host, kept us waiting at check in, gave wrong information and never returned messages

We had such a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. Super clean, lovely spacious flat, with great facilities. It’s the perfect location, super central to everything. Would 100% stay here again if I was to come back to Liverpool!

great location, lovely clean apartment, easy self check in and check out. right behind Lime St station and a taxi rank within a minute walk. Easy walk to city centre and the waterfront such as Albert dock. We visited Goodison and Anfield also walking distance and attended a Liverpool game, the apartment was perfectly located

Positive: The location is fantastic, a close walk to the center and the station. The rooms were big and clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for all our requirements. Charlie and Luke were very responsive to any queries we had. Negative: Not much not to like about this place. The only thing I can think of is that housekeeping could check the number of occupants and leave amenities accordingly.

Cozy and comfortable small apartment located excellent in Liverpool City Center. Everything was walking distance: 12 min walking to Mathew Street, 15 min to Liverpool One, 35 minutes walking to Anfield Stadium, 7 min walking to Liverpool University. Really great location
