Great location. Property needs some maintenance, care and a clean. Positive: Property is in a great location, beautiful views to the sea. Negative: The bath didn’t have a working plug. The floors were not clean. No bathroom bin. Most of the blind fasteners were broken which is a safety concern when with young children. The pillows were hard and over stuffed with cheap material. Unable to use them. No adult or child could use the pillows. One wardrobe was filled with a broken chair and other rubbish.

Great place, a few small tweaks would make it even better. Positive: The location and views were amazing. The property was clean on arrival. Negative: It would be great to have a washing machine and dishwasher. Especially in a 3 bed that sleeps 6. The coffee machine was also leaking. Missing some basics such as scissors and peeler. But 4 bottle openers. I’m all for getting the essentials 🤣 but as it’s a family place cooking and washing utilities would be good.

Enjoyable stay Positive: Fab location. Cosy comfy beds. Warm enough. Negative: Pop up bath plug not working so could not take a bath which wasn’t good as my granddaughter loves a bath. Family of 5 adults with 18month old. High chair and travel cot not provided. No mirror in bathroom.

Great family break. Enjoyed the location and the long walks along the beach. Positive: Location promotes the property. Size of accommodation. Negative: No internet. TV - Freeview box / Channel availability was poor. Parking was not great at rear of property. (We could have been blocked in by other cars)

Disappointed as had really been looking forward to it - last family trip with elderly dad. Positive: Location and space Negative: No blinds on 2 of bedrooms so woke really early meaning exhausted not rested. Plug in bathroom broken so couldn’t have a bath - one of reasons booked. No mirror in bathroom so dad couldn’t shave. No accessible plug sockets in 2 bedroom so couldn’t charge phone or get ready in there. 1 of bedroom doors didn’t shut, the others were really stiff.

Apartment was very spacious with a good size kitchen which had all the equipment we required for our stay. Only issue I would say is the hot water is extremely hot and could cause burns if not careful, the crockery needs to be updated as a lot of this was chipped. And the kitchen could do with a deep clean as there were areas that I felt was overlooked. Living room was very large, however there is a lack of comfy chairs / sofas, only 1 small 3 seater and a small arm chair, this would not be satisfactory for 6 people .. the table was beautiful but this was imposing in the room and felt it unnecessary and could be replaced with chairs or sofas to heighten comfort of stay. TV was limiting with just free view to watch and could not mirror from iPad as it’s not a smart TV..Netflix would have been good. Main master bedroom was large and spacious Other bedrooms, both rooms did not have blinds fitted, these were broken and could not be rehung. Despite previous reviews mentioning the broken blinds and emailing before I left with my concerns regarding the missing broken items these still had not been fixed which was very disappointing, hence the 3 star review given so had to hang a throw up at window. One of the beds would not accommodate 2 grown adults as this seemed to be a very large single, the other bed was a small double. Bathroom did not have a mirror nor did it have a blind fitted either. Plug in bath did not work so couldn’t have a bath. Only 1 toilet roll for 4 adults was supplied so had to purchase our own. when I messaged him and he assured me that all these items had been addressed and the broken items repaired or replaced none of these things had happened

Perfect place as a based for walking the Northumberland coast and a nice place to relax at night. Fabulous views out to sea.

Absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful location and stunning view Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here ! The location is fantastic! The view is astonishing! We. Seen dolphins from the window on our first night, I would highly recommend ! Negative: I asked about the telescope and was told it was fully working and we could enjoy the views but we got there and it has been blocked and screwed in so you can’t look through, we did have to fit the blinds ourselves in one of the bedrooms as we arrived and there was nothing there. Plug sockets in the bedrooms are not easily accessible.

Shhhh ! Don't tell anybody about this beautiful place. Positive: What more could we have asked for? Great position. We had our 2 dogs with us, so was excellent for walking almost on site. Beautiful views. Quiet position. Car parking position Was easy. All the rooms were great. Everything at hand. Would definitely visit again. Handy for the beach. We didn't want to leave the beach behind. Negative: N/a

Stayed two nights at Puffins Nest. Stunning location, fabulous sea views, and within walking distance of all amenities. The property was clean and tidy with a spotless bathroom, and comfy bed. However, just a few minor details let it down. There's no mirror in the bathroom, and no blind at the window, which even with opaque glass, doesnt make it very private when the light is super bright and you can't turn it off. A full length mirror and a plug socket near the small mirrors that were installed, would have been useful. The fire escape style staircase to enter the property does bear a mention, and something to be aware of if you're taking a large suitcase, or have mobility issues. Overall though, we had a fabulous stay, and would definitely book again.

Positive: Fab location, amazing views, spacious master bedroom Negative: Had we been at full occupancy there would not have been enough comfortable seating for everyone (small 3 seater couch and 1 easy chair), lacking mirror in the bathroom previously mentioned in other reviews, stairs a bit steep and could be problematic for people with mobility issues - reasonable gap between metal stairs and wall of the building, no garden as such just very small area for car parking.

A good stay in an excellent location. Could have been perfect with a little attention to detail. Positive: N/A Negative: Front windows very grubby, which was frustrating as the view was spectacular. Bath plug not working, so couldn't have a bath. Automatic bathroom light was a challenge, as it went out whilst i was in the shower, leaving me in complete darkness! I had to call my husband to open the bathroom door, so it came back on again! Minor detail but cupboards were being used to store old fixtures and fittings, broken chairs etc.,

We had a very enjoyable stay, the highlight was the wonderful views from the lounge windows. Positive: Location and views were excellent. Accomodation was comfortable and met our needs. Negative: Main issue was that the WIFI never worked for the duration of our visit .This meant that we had no TV at any point and unable to access work emails.We reported the faulty wifi many times and eventually a maintenance man visited the property.He advised there was nothing he could as the house was not connected to any wifi network. The maintenance man advised that he had previously visited the property to check on the same problem and was similarly unable to help as there was no wifi connection.He suspected but could not confirm that the wfi had been cut off by the provider. We can live without tv and wifi for a weekend but the property advertised it had tv and wifi but this was not the case at any point. Another small point the iron was not working.

Beachfront location Positive: Superb location with sea view. Property 5 minutes from Seahouses town centre. Close to amenities and harbour. Home from home with everything you need. Beautiful beaches and coastal walks. Used as a base to visit other places. Negative: Property access to rear via metal staircase. Recommend taking a torch as it is very dark of a night. Could do with a rear light.

Lovely property in a great location Positive: Great location on the sea front close enough to Seahouses to be able to walk Wonderful sea view from the front rooms Nicely appointed and comfortable. Quiet location as well. Great bathroom with a nice bath and shower. Plenty of space to store toiletries. Kitchen also nice and suited our needs for a short stay Night lights in some electric sockets were really handy. Negative: Something kicked in in the middle of night a few times causing a loud vibrating noise for several minutes at a time. Not sure what it was... possibly boiler and pipes. Didn't like the automatic light in the bathroom. Didn't really want to be dazzled if nipping to the loo in the middle of the night or the light shutting off while soaking in the bath. Pillows were alright, but softer options would have been nice... suit different preferences. Entrance gateway is really narrow so you have to take extra care driving in. When driving out on to the main road, lines of sight are not very good. A well positioned mirror would be good to help drivers I'm being picky here, but these are pointers to help take it from Very Good to Exceptional

Good but could have been better with a little investment and attention to detail Positive: The view. The location. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Accommodation was reasonably well presented. Negative: Sofa and chairs are very firm and quite uncomfortable. No washing machine or dishwasher. The metal steps to access the property are steep, a second handrail would benefit those with mobility issues. No Blind in bathroom. Found a pair of soiled underwear at the back of the wardrobe of 3rd bedroom.

Positive: Great location. Fantastic views. Very comfortable beds. Negative: Directions took us to a different apartment so that needs to be changed on Google. When I asked a lady next door to where we were directed, she said that everyone who is looking for Puffins Nest always ends up in the wrong place. The amenities stated there was an iron so I didn't iron any clothes. When I went to use the iron, it didn't work. When I contacted someone through the messaging system on here they were aware of this and had a new one on order. A little heads up would've been great as I had to ask the neighbour to borrow an iron. An email or message just to explain would of been better.

Misleading advert that didn’t indicate an upstairs apartment and some horrendous stairs. No garden for upstairs flat. Big part of advert photos showed a large telescope that is not usable and likely never has been.

Great views and location! Clean and comfy Positive: The view and the location are amazing! The views of the castle at sunset and access to the beach and shops is perfect! The beds were so comfy and the whole place was very clean and had good equipment in the kitchen. Negative: I would suggest for a place with 3 double bedrooms an extra 2 seater sofa is needed at the very least as there isn't enough space to seat 6 in the living room. You need to replace the dining chairs, they are very weak and bent easily. Also i would advertise more clearly the stairs at the back of the property are a full flight of metal stairs as we had someone with limited mobility and when i called the agent said there were a few steps at the back to get access to the flat, its quite precarious!

We had a great stay with friends Positive: Stunning view over the beach towards the Farne Islands and nice airy flat within walking distance of Seahouses Negative: The pillows. Solid bolsters - very uncomfortable Kitchen could have had some slightly newer pans and more of them. Very scratched teflon is not great to use

Positive: Wonderful view bright and airy very happy to have good heating as weather temp was unusually low for time if year and the nice fire was nice to come back to after blustery westher outside and not to have to pay additional fee. Negative: Appreciate times are hard and overheads high, but couldn't help feel the place was just there as an income machine as just lots of little things were tired or missing, little touches that make a place "lovely" it seems a bit like they were just left, as long as its booked out it didn't matter, and its quite impersonal. A big one for us was the telescope clearly in all pictures, when it came down to the last couple of properties to book, we literally booked it as we knew the view if the islands, we also knew we couldnt do a boat trip due to having an anxious dog so.picked this in specifically to be able to look through the telescope and it wasnt even whole & didnt work. Appreciate its not listed in facilities but wouldn't have really expected it to be, but is a prominent feature in the photos.

We arrived but not at the correct location, when we did eventually find the property, we couldn't access the property as the key safe was stiff and requires oiling. Almost taking our finger nails off trying to open it.\nOnce in the accommodation was fine, with plenty of space. Some of the products on offer such as the hairdryer, wouldn't fit due to the socket clearance and molded plugs. We brought some extra pillows as we'd read that others had issues, we brought extra toilet paper also, as this had been someones issue.\nParking wasn't a problem but they could do with better signage to the front to locate the property easier. Access via the stairs wouldn't be suitable for elderly or disabled.\n Despite these issues we'd stay again.

Mixed experience Positive: Bed was really comfortable, nice flat, great views and situated in superb location. Negative: Not so good, no blind in bathroom, which was very uncomfortable when the light automatically comes on day or night! Not great. Whilst having a shower light automatically turns off, again, it's not great. No wifi details, so had to make contact which took a while to get resolved. Not a smart tv, so unable to log into netflix or prime account, in this day and age, I would have thought it would be an option. Otherwise, it's OK.

Not well sign posted. Smelled like old person when we came in. We had to buy a candle and open windows. Vinyl flooring not the best in places.

Kitchen felt like unwanted equipment from soneones house rather than carefully selected for the apartment. Iron didn’t work properly. Parking slightly awkward. Big thing I didn’t like was the photo of a telescope in the window which looked like a real piece of equipment. It wasn’t and didn’t work and actually blocked the view out of the window. So it was really disappointing and I felt misled by the photo.

Beautiful view, great location, comfortable beds, basic kitchen cookware. The “exact” location link was off by 5 houses. Advertised WiFi did not exist. Contacted host but received no response. Visiting from the US this cost us $$ to buy international data on our phones. Several broken items that could easily be fixed to make it a 5 star property: - no bathroom mirror - I fixed the shade in front bedroom but no window shade in back bedroom - dining chair bent/broken - shower grout needs bleaching - mildew smell in cabinet - fresh paint needed in hallway and kitchen - vinyl flooring coming up

Enjoyed the location and its view, spoilt by the things thatneed attention. Annoyed by the lack of internet etc Positive: Position and view. Negative: No internet, no tv. No instructions for them. No bathroom mirror. Only one toilet roll. Timer light in the bathroom was a problem. Dangerous to open the bathroom window. Main bedroom blind was broken. Main bedroom ceiling light did not work. There were no details or instructions on how to work various items eg the internet, Tv etc. there were no pamphlets of local sights. There was no booklet providing details of local amenities eg doctors surgery, dentist, bus routes and timetable. The staircase was dangerous and should be highlighted to advise for elderly or disabled users. Too many e-mails with repeated ‘info’ and badly laid out. And we had tiring to get the entry code….it wasn’t provided when it said it would be.

Best place I've stayed in Seahouses Positive: Wonderful view! Beach literally only 1 minute from the door, Seahouses centre only a few minutes' walk away but no noise from traffic or people. Beds comfortable, slept well. Did I mention the view? Negative: Several of the blinds and chairs were broken, but that didn't cause a problem. Given the fantastic view, it would have been better if the windows had been more recently washed. On the whole everything was fine for a couple nights' stay.

Great location, needs wifi to be working and blind and mirrors to be fixed Positive: The location was fantastic and the apartment was clean Negative: There was no wifi, despite the host advising that there was. No matter what we did we were unable to connect to a wifi in the property. I am convinced that there was actually no broadband or the broadband was disconnected. Their was no blind in one of the smaller rooms and this had been called out on previous reviews, dating back to early 2024 and no mirror in the bathroom also referred to in previous reviews dating back to 2024

Great location, good value for money, no WiFi, could be excellent with a bit of diy. Positive: Excellent location, super views, great shower, good kitchen, nice sitting/dining room. Easy access to Bamburgh, Seahouses, Farne Islands and Lindisfarne for day trips. Negative: Couldn’t find a WiFi code. Apparently it should have been in the digital welcome park, but that section was blank. Phoned and messaged host for help but they just kept messaging to say it was in the welcome park! Very frustrating. Didn’t get resolved. Also no bathroom mirror so difficult shaving, and no blind or curtain in the small bedroom.

The location was great,quality of accommodation was good, fix a few basics and it would be excellent Positive: We arrived at the venue at night and the street lighting was quite poor. We could not find the number of the property- number 21 and had to walk up and down the street trying to looking at other houses to work out which was 21. There was no easy marking at the end of the drive to indicate that was the property. Putting no.21 at the end of the drive would be helpful to future customers. Accessing the key was no problem and having the picture of the property was not enough to be 100% sure it was the correct one. Negative: Put a number 21 at the end of the drive. The pots and pans were very greasy, they had not been properly washed and we could not get the oven to work. After buying provisions to make a cooked breakfast we could not cook it and had to go out. The third bedroom had a broken blind, so rendered the room useless as a bedroom for those wanting to lie in. The image of a lovely telescope was a disappointment as we could not use it , eyepiece was missing. It was a shame because the property is impressive, great location, comfy beds, has everything you need but the basics could be improved.

Positive: Location was excellent, short walk to town and beach, beach front location with Bamburgh castle in the distance. Accommodation was lovely and clean. Negative: No window blind in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms, no mirror in the bathroom, no usable plug sockets in the bedrooms and living room.

Don't book this property. It was so bad we had to leave. To be fair, the view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was lovely and it was that view in the photos that convinced me to book. But there were so many things wrong that we just couldn't stay there. The property is hard to find and to get in you have to climb up what looks like a metal fire escape. It had dirty marks and scratches on walls and cracks in ceiling and some walls. The blind had fallen off window to bedroom and the neighbours can see right into the room. The microwave was broken and the only pot available had food burnt on to the bottom. There wasn't even a scourer so we could clean it first. There were exposed wires and the doors to the bedrooms didn't shut properly. No mirror or bin in bathroom. We lasted 2 nights out of 5. Even though I took photos AirBnB won't help me to get a refund and "Dale" is not a real person. They are a company called Host and Stay, which has failed to investigate my complaint.

Overall we loved our stay, really easy instructions, polite friendly owners. Clean and fab location right on the sea fro Positive: The property was great, good location comfortable beds, very cosy living/dining area. Really clean Negative: A lot of the kitchen glasses/cutlery was dirty. No mirror in bathroom, or full length ones in property. The plug for bath didn’t work. In the big main bedroom we experienced really loud banging that went on a while from pipes in wardrobe in the middle of the night a hand full of times which made us really jump waking us up.

Avoid! This accommodation is badly maintained and managed! Positive: The location is excellent, Negative: Don’t be fooled by the stunning pictures, hardly anything works in this accommodation, its poorly maintained and poorly managed. Upon our arrival, the entire first night we had no heating due to the batteries being dead in the thermostat (obviously the batteries weren’t checked before our arrival). The heating in the whole place is extremely unreliable which also impacts the hot water. When the heating is on, it creates a huge drilling noise through the pipes located within the wardrobe of the main bedroom – this kept us awake the whole second night so we just came home. There were loads more issues we faced resulting in our early checkout which had PREVIOUSLY been reported to ‘Host & Stay’ via other guest’s reviews but they were never resolved ahead of our stay. That’s even though Host & Stay acknowledged the issues and appear to have provided reassurance that things would be dealt with. These issues included: The awful smell in the accommodation (we had to purchase air fresheners and keep the windows open). Blinds being broken / missing in numerous rooms including bedroom (not even curtains!) and bathroom. Bath plug not working preventing anyone having a bath. Windows in the whole place being filthy, spoiling the spectacular views. TV - very old and glitchy with some of the main channels not working. Flooring coming away in the hall causing a trip hazard. Telescope which we were looking forward to use, is actually broken. Pretty much every wall in the hall has marks on it and the ceiling is disgraceful When we returned home, we notified Host & Stay through their complaints procedure. They even failed to respond within their own timescales and when they did, they dismissed my complaint because they claimed they didn’t have the opportunity to resolve all of the issues whilst we were there – that’s despite the fact that the vast majority of our issues, they had already been informed about months ago!

Positive: The position of the house with easy access to Seahouses and Bamburgh and a short stroll to the beach...looking out to the Farne Islands can't be beaten. It was warm and comfortable and generally nicely decorated. Great shower! Convenient parking. Negative: The map is incorrect which made finding the place..in the dark take more than 30 minutes. Spoke to someone on the phone that clearly had the same (incorrect) map sent by email. That HAS to be sorted for your guests. There needs to be a name or number on the wall by the road. The blind in the back bedroom was broken (not hanging) and reported by another reviewer. Mirror in the bathroom was non-existent. Felt that the welcome pack fell short of other places we've stayed. Just lacked the homely touch.

Nice town and great walks and good pubs Positive: Location was outstanding Negative: Parking with 2 cars was a problem especially with scaffolding erected next door on the driveway. The views were slightly spoiled as the windows were thick with sea salt. A way to clean them would have been appreciated

Great location, very comfortable - would absolutely stay again! Positive: The location was amazing, very comfortable beds. Everything available and working. Negative: The walls are a bit scuffed and the electric sockets are very inconvenient as can’t fit a phone charger plug with wire hanging below which meant we damaged 2 charger wires and could only charge phones in the kitchen area.

Could be improved no end for very little outlay. Possibly just starting out and not got it right yet Positive: Beds comfortable. Coffee, tea and milk sachets provided. View very good. Location very good. Water nice and hot. Additional oil heaters provided if cold. Nice and quiet (except for builders next door arriving at 8.00 to cut and lay patio stones!|) Fridge nice and clean. Negative: Very dirty mat on entering-just throw it away and get a new one for a fiver!-first impressions! Flat smelt-dogs? No scented/odour air fresheners- opened windows for fresh air and windows were extremely dirty and mouldy. Couldnt have windows open therefore. Very few TV stations-it's autumn /winter, would like to watch TV in the evenings!! No BBC.channels. One teatowel provided for 3/ 4 days which had mould stains on it-not pleasant. only one hand towel between 3 adults but no washing machine. There were enough bath sheets however.Metal fire escape stairs to door. Not good for infirm!! Should make this clear.3rd bedroom had stained sheet we had to reverse and put top to bottom, revealing dirty stained mattress. No blind in bedroom on windowsill-despite previous occupier stating this. Telescope broken-just for show. No full or 3/4 length mirror. Could do with small bin in bathroom. No blinds or net in bathroom despite bath being right next to window and no control over automatic bathroom light. Took couple of days to work out central heating- could do with a folder with instructions and places to visit etc. Broken blind openers-safety concern for those with children. Very small second and third bedrooms -really only for children or one adult- not a couple.

Great little break away Positive: The location is perfect. Apartment is very modern and beds are so comfy. The host kept in touch regularly with local information to do and see. Plenty of parking space for two big cars. Negative: We weren’t aware of the stairs at the back of the property wasn’t good for my elderly mother but we managed over time.

Very disappointing however location was great Positive: Great location Negative: Dirty windows, broken blinds, bathtub plug didn’t work. Dirty walls. No chopping board. Broken cutlery and loose handles on pots and pans.

Could be amazing, small touches / unfinished areas let it down a little Positive: Location superb, comfortable bed, nice walking distance to town and beach, good car parking space, nice and quiet location Negative: layer of sand under blanket on bed, poor finishes to flooring (ie carpet not meeting skirting, lino flooring damaged in places) pictures make it look better than reality (which appreciate is most hotels etc)

Lovely stay in lovely location . Positive: Perfect location, 10 mins walk (max) into seahouses, 30 mins walk into Bamburgh . Lovely views from property . Very clean and newly decorated. Negative: Limited parking at back , large suv only just fit, steps up to property quite steep. Would struggle with large dog or elderly. Needs bathroom mirror

Great location, good little village, boat trips and not too busy. Perfect.... Positive: The location was fantastic, you can sit and watch the waves from the armchair! Beach is just across the road and only a couple of minutes walk to village centre. Perfect! Negative: Big telescope in the photos, but not working...

We had a really lovely stay Negative: The Kitchen could have been more fully equipped with more plates / glasses / serveware & chopping boards etc but we managed. Bathroom mirror would be good More bedside lamps But non of this hampered our enjoyment of this apartment

The apartment is in need of maintenance. There were too many things broken, not enough comfortable seating for the number of guests, poor cooking appliance, no blind in the bathroom, broken blind in the bedroom.

Central heating didn't work, so freezing in the property, host would not resolve it or compensate us, couldnt soen one evening in property as so cold, wouldn't recommend, host unresponsive.

A spacious well furnished apartment in a great location and with a stunning view. Positive: Excellent location with a beautiful view, the interior was well presented with up to date colours and quality furniture. The beds were extremely comfortable. A spacious apartment, and well equipped kitchen with the complimentary coffee, tea and milks being a bonus. Private parking is a big plus too. Negative: It was very stormy outside and 8 degrees but sadly we couldn’t get the central heating to work, we tried all the options and the radiators remained cold, so we had to use the two storage heaters provided, but sadly the plug point in the back bedroom didn’t allow the heater to be plugged in as it was at the back of the bed, so that was a cold room. Also a lack of mirrors, the bathroom would definitely benefit from one, and I’d rather not have to climb and stand on the bed to reach the mirror in the master bedroom. Also shame the telescope doesn’t work and it’s just a prop.

Positive: The location was amazing, with fantastic views of the coast and Bamburgh Castle. Beds and chairs were all very comfortable. Negative: Unfortunately the heating didn't work, so we had to use the two electric heaters. And a very small note that we used up the two rolls of toilet paper provided, so it would have been good to have some spare in the cupboard.

We've been to Seahouses before so we were keen to stay by the beach. The Puffin's Nest was right on the seafront, with views looking out onto the beach and sea. It was really peaceful but also very close to walk into Seahouses itself - about 10 minutes I think. The flat was lovely and was easy to find. The parking was a little tricky, but I think that's probably due to my driving :-) Overall, it's a great place and we'd love to stay there again.

Superb location, two improvements needed to the property. Positive: The view is absolutely perfect. Negative: No wifi is a big disadvantage. There were no mirrors in the property (except in one bedroom where you would have had to stand opn the bed to use it).

Lovely comfortable apartment and great views Positive: The apartment was lovely, comfortable, clean and lovely views Negative: Only one small issue with the bed in one of the rooms that faced the back of the property. It is sloped downwards so you slide to the bottom of the bed .

The location is stunning, a 10 minute walk to the centre of Seahouses and the beach is just over the road with a 5-10 min walk down to it. The apartment itself was nice but it needs work. The entry is via a set of steep metal stairs which my mother struggled with and we weren’t told of this in advance. There were scuffs and marks on a lot of the walls, the vacuum cleaner had exposed wires, one of the shower taps was loose and started to hang off, I found squished dead bugs on the main bedroom blind, the doors all scrape shut so we disturbed each other when getting up. I found cobwebs and dust behind a set of drawers in my room and on the bedside lamp, this didn’t help my allergies. We both had issues with the beds, we ended up sliding out of them, think this was due to the mattress and the sheets fabric. Raised all these issues with host and was promised someone would come and rectify but they didn’t. All in all, it’s a nice spot but it’s currently not worth the price being charged
