We had a wonderful stay with family attending a wedding in Liverpool. The house is in a great area with so many things to see and do on your doorstep. It was comfortable and spacious we really enjoyed our stay.

It is an excellent brand new property and in a great location which is the heart of Liverpool. I would have given 5 stars except that I encountered the following issues. None of the white goods in the kitchen were working. It seems that they had just been installed but had not been wired to the main electrical supply. The WiFi was on but did not allow connecting to it. We were not able to use the WiFi throughout our stay. I contacted the host via Airbnb messaging as soon as I discovered the issues but there was a poor response from them. We were travelling with a baby and a little kid and had brought home made food for the stay. Due to the issues with the property, the food was wasted and the kids could not be fed I contacted the host for a refund but they stopped replying to my messages. Only when I contacted airbnb customer service did they decide to respond. Had the host done the right thing by addressing my concerns I would have not needed to contact airbnb customer care.

My recent stay at this charming house in Liverpool was a delightful experience overall. The location is fantastic, with the city center and numerous restaurants just a short walk away, making it convenient for both dining and exploring the vibrant local scene. The house itself is lovely, offering a warm and welcoming ambiance. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. However, there was a minor disappointment with the bifold doors, which were not functioning during my stay. While this did not significantly impact my overall experience, it would have been nice to have them in working order. Despite this small issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this house for its excellent location and charming atmosphere. It's a great choice for anyone looking to explore Liverpool while staying in a comfortable accommodation. Diolch!

It is a newish house in great location and very comfortable, it was let down with no dryer, dirty smelly towels left in the washing machine and no keys to unlock the patio doors.

It was such a pity there were no pots and pans to cook with. The slider door out back was also broken with no key leaving the accomodation extemely warm and a uncomfortably so at times. We contacted the host day one and stayed 3 nights and despite being told we would get pots and pans nothing materialised. Such beautiful central accomodation. This was very disappointing as it left out trip very expensive not being able to cook at the house.
