We loved this place. Great location, a driveway to park up, generally just a nice homely, trendy accommodation with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip to Whitby

Lovely, well located apartment. Positive: Lovely property & well located; only a 10 minute walk into town. Parking right outside the door was fabulous! Negative: The property is in desperate need of a deep clean. No cleaning products were left in the apartment so we needed to buy these; we also needed to buy toilet paper as we were left only one roll for a family of 4 for 4 nights. We’ve stayed in various properties in Whitby and haven’t needed to buy these extra products before.

Lovely property. Perfect for our family of 4 mini break. Unfortunately the property had a hitch with cleaning and it wasn’t up to standard, but the location was great, easy off road parking and the property was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

House is ideal for a stay in Whitby, only a 10 min walk to the centre. Modern furnishings and generally clean with most amenities needed for a family stay. I would stay again. As it is listed as a luxury apartment there are a couple of things that could be improved but nothing that can't be done quickly, such as better cleaning in some areas, better mattresses, a couple of missing basic kitchen essentials, and only 1 toilet roll supplied.

Superb Positive: The apartment was pleasantly decorated, modern and very comfortable. Only a short drive from the centre. A perfect little get away for a small family. The host/management company was easily contactable and great to deal with.

Positive: The location was great, close to the town and scenic. Negative: The property wasn't very suitable for our young family. A lot of stairs and further stairs within the property. Was a bit of a safety issue for 11 month old crawler and 2 and half year old toddler. On reflection a single level property would have been perfect.

Relaxing, beautiful and everything we needed for a family holiday. Positive: Easy walk to Whitby centre. It is up a hill so if needed can get a taxi or frequent buses up the hill. Lovely , well cared for apartment. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful appartment 10 mins walk from the centre, with a parking space, which was great. The interior felt modern, well decorated and comfortable. Some parts of the bathroom felt tired, but this did not detract from the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay and felt that it was good value for money.

Nothing short of amazing and 100% would recommend :) Positive: The decoration and overall layout of the apartment was beautiful. Everything was spotless and we were really happy to find we had everything we needed like utensils, tea, coffee, milk etc. The apartment felt like a home away from home and that’s exactly what we were looking for. Location was perfect and only a 10 minute walk right into the center and the pier. Overall, was just amazing :) Negative: The bed in the main bedroom was squeaky which did wake us up a few times in the night but because we went as a couple, we had the option to sleep in the second bedroom. Probably could do with the bed frame replacing but didn’t hinder our experience. Only other thing to touch on is that the water pressure for the hot tap in the bath wasn’t great compared to the shower and kitchen tap but again it’s just to note and didn’t worsen our time there at all.

Positive: 2nd stay for my wife with her sisters and 80yr old mother and they absolutely love it extremely clean and one of the best things it’s not dog friendly, already planning a 3rd stay in the new year Negative: Everything was great that’s why they stopped a second time and planning a 3rd stay in the new year

Apartment was quite a tight fit for 5 adults with only 1 bathroom but the positives were private parking which is difficult to find in Whitby and in walking distance to town. The road back up from Whitby is quite steep but the walk into and from town only took 10 minutes each way which again is a bonus.

Stayed for new year, last minute booking and was lovely! Clear communication and no problems at all. Private car park available, on return to property is a walk up the hill was no problems to us after a few drinks however if anyone has any mobility issues something to consider. Enjoyed our lovely stay and would return 😊

Positive: Very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Negative: WiFi speed was low. Paid for the boxing and it just kept buffering due to this and mobile phones also got no signal. Settee/living area not really comfortable- fine for short stays but not really suitable for a longer stay.

Positive: Beautiful apartments, clean, well decorated, comfy beds. Negative: Lack of cleaning products

I would stay again but due to recent snow and ice the drive and steps were lethal and very slippery. No dishwasher tablets or salt and a dirt stain on curtain and carpet in back bedroom which did not spoil the overall high level of the property. We enjoyed the stay and the observations are simply that, we will go back G and P Owen

What a fabulous place - really really comfortable and great to relax after being out. The town with all it has to offer is in easy walking distance (especially downhill on the way 🙂). Would definitely stay again and would recommend highly

This is a nice stay but a few issues meant it wasn’t one of our favourites. The bathroom could do with a deep clean and parking wasn’t ideal with guests from the other flats parking in our space.

The property was spacious modern and well equipped. Good location the property was clean and tidy but had some scuffs and damages to paintwork but other than that all good. The only negative was the road noise, but it’s the main road into Whitby so to be expected really- but we found sirens going off all through night from police and ambulance(didn’t affect back bedroom just front one)

Great few days enjoying what Whitby and surrounding villages had to offer. Positive: Great apartment within walking distance of the harbour. Very light and had most things you require for self catering. Negative: Sofa was not very comfortable.

Lovely modern Penthouse

Good space and nice to have big bedrooms. Very handy to have a dedicated parking space and only a a short 5-10 minute walk into Whitby harbour. Only negative was lack of washing up liquid or cleaning spray in the kitchen - so bring a few essentials with you.

Perfect place and as described. Easily walkable into town and with designated parking. 2 great sized bedrooms, well specced kitchen and comfortable lounge. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Lovely apartment and close to centre Positive: I liked the style and layout of the property. I liked that it was walking distance to the centre. I liked that there were car parking spaces. Negative: I didn’t enjoy the hill up to the apartment. The bathroom door was squeaky and the apartment was hot with being in the middle but they were only minor things. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location along with parking. Fab apartment but in great need of decorating & general maintenance. Could have been cleaner, sand in the waste of the bath, bits of fluff on the carpet & very dusty skirting boards. Only one toilet roll & hand towel provided.

We had a wonderful stay here. Place was better than the photos. It's a great location within walking distance to all the sites and near a nice park. We really appreciated having a parking space during the busy weekend. The living room area was bright and the view from the doors is lovely. The bath tub was so relaxing w the breeze from the skylight open and plenty of hot water. Management was quick to respond anytime we had questions. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Whitby.

Great apartment in an ideal location. Only downside was the busy main road which could get noisy, but the plus side was ease of access.

This is a fabulous home from home apartment at the top of Whitby. Clean, warm, comfy, cosy! Positive: Fabulous information pack sent on text / WhatsApp with all the information you could need. Negative: Being told that early check-in would be £30.00 two hours beforehand... They didn't charge us (or haven't yet? thank you!) but still felt it was a) steep and b) very late to bring that to the party when we had enquired about early check-in days before and not been told it would come at a cost.

Thank you, we had an absolutely great weekend. We didn't venture far as the accommodation had everything we needed to be avble to cosy up and enjoy the time there. Thank you again.

Just don't expect to be cleaning on the first day, but i would defiantly return, i just cant understand why its not clean

nice getaway but spoiled with the hassle of host and stay Positive: Nice location , nice layout Negative: Location was good but on a busy road so we had to sleep in the rear bedroom. Unfortunately on arrival host and stay (the company used by the hosts / booking.com would not give me the access code until i made a further payment of £25 to cover insurance. Despite already confirming full payment in advance!! After a 4 hour drive i was being forced to make a further payment but was told its refundable. I'm still waiting. Despite numerous phone calls and emails nobody is calling me back or replying so I'm still chasing!! if it says host and stay DONT BOOK IT

Second stay in this fabulous penthouse apartment. Feels like home from home. The location is great, just a short walk to town. Facilities in the apartment are fabulous, with great finishing touches. Particularly love the coffee machine and dishwasher. We will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment Positive: The apartment and furnishings were amazing. The location was perfect and an added bonus of a designated parking space.bedrooms were big and so was the bathroom. Negative: The pillows were very uncomfortable. It could benefit from extra drawers in the bedrooms and the bathroom could do with better water pressure

Great stay and great location to Whitby. Positive: The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect amount of room for 5 people. Negative: They say that toiletries are provided, but there was only hand soap and one roll of loo roll.

Absolutely loved the accommodation and location

Clean accommodation. Thought the £10 admin fee on top of the accommodation cost was a bit toppy.

Positive: It was beautiful inside well presented and located from town centre nice warm and comfortable Negative: The steps and driveway and steps going was thick with ice and was a dangerous hazard and we nearly had few accidents due to no salt or grit put down from who ever looks after the property also double bed in main bedroom was broken so we had to sleep in spare room .

Negative: Broken step on external stairs to front door, dangerous slip hazard. Tile not fixed down! Responses to questions asked to the owners seem computer generated stock answers and didn’t address our queries while there.

Positive: Property was nice & clean. There was plenty of room despite their being 5 of us in one apartment. Negative: We had an issue with a broken bed & staff were unwilling to do anything about it during our stay.

Good but could be slightly better. Positive: Great location to the town centre and good parking facilities directly in front of the apartment. Nice and modern and clean Negative: There was no storage even though there was plenty of space to accommodate it. The beds were very poor, lathes falling out of the bottom, has said in other reviews. Only there for 2 nights so didn’t use any of the cooking equipment.
