The Parade View is located close to all of West Cliff’s amenities in Whitby. This maisonette offers sea views from the rear and the location is perfect for exploring all that the seaside town has to offer.

About this property

The lounge has a very pleasant aspect with comfortable sofas and window seat where you can sit and look at the view, read a book and relax in front of the TV for those cosy evenings. You will also find books and ornaments to add character to the space.

The maisonette has a spacious kitchen with everything you could need for self-catering and entertaining. From a granite island with chairs, brand new appliances and numerous items of cookware, you will find a well-equipped space.

The rear balcony is north facing and is the perfect place to sit in the day or morning with a cup of tea and admire the sea views in the distance as the sun rises.

A modern bathroom, featuring a bathtub with overhead shower creates space for lovely relaxing soaks after a hard day's exploring.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor: a king size and a bunk sleeping up to three guests. Plenty of storage space is available in chests of drawers in both bedrooms and a hairdryer is available too. Towels, shampoos and toilet rolls are provided.

“We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy, and very well looked after. The decoration was beautiful and made the space feel really welcoming and comfortable. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches for our dog, including a bed and food containers, which made traveling with a pet so much easier. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and pet-friendly place to stay!”

“Great location. We loved the walk to the centre of Whitby. The shop below was handy. We thought it would be noisy having that and a Chinese takeaway below but not at all. We didn’t hear anything. The property is very equipped, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner- which we used in 2 occasions from general bits and pet hair. I would suggest some new curtains that fit the windows in the bedrooms and maybe a deep clean of the property. We did find the floors, carpets and skirting boards could do with it. But overall great stay and experience. Thank you”
