Positive: Great location, apartment was clean and beds were comfortable and nothing was to much for the host very responsive if I had a query overall fab family stay Negative: Small smell around the halls

The apartment on the whole was really good. Great location with an easy walk to the centre. Furnished and decorated really nicely. But, there was a dreadful smell (like stale smoke/damp). We worked out that this was because the ventilation system wasnt on (the windows dont open). We asked for them to resolve the smell. They offered air fresheners, but we didnt like the thought of chemicals being added (staying with children), but asked for the ventilation to be switched on as we noticed a fuse switch that was off. This request was ignored. This was really disappointing as the apartment was great and everything else had been lovely. We did switch it on ourselves in the end, and it helped to clear the smell. If you stay there, make sure the ventilation is working.

The apartment itself was very comfortable, access for us was easy, but it is situated on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn’t working during our stay. The rooms were all comfortable, and excellent location. Overall, a great space in the middle of Liverpool to share with friends.

My friends and I had an amazing stay here, the location was perfect and it was a really smooth process from start to finish. There was only one problem, albeit a small one, and that was no cleaning products, such as a scotch pad/sponge or a cleaning cloth or dishwasher tablets. We had to leave our dishes by the side of the sink as we were going to clean on check out but couldn't. I'd definitely stay again as everything else was spot on!

Positive: Flat was very silent and easy to get a good rest.

good Positive: Good location, clean, good facilities, nice apartment, good there was 24 hour security Negative: pick up could have been earlier and drop off an hour later, inconvenient that key pick up was at a different location and key holder had no information about the property and not good that there was no verification that keys had been handed back to the key holder at the right time

Good place to stay for couple of nights. Got what you need. Nothing more nothing less.

This flat has a serious bathroom plumbing problem which wasn't resolved during our stay despite a plumber coming out. It appears that toilet water seeps from the bathroom into the hall and bedroom carpets and comes up through the laminate floor. We requested to be moved but Host & Stay refused, they left us in a flat which a broken toilet which wasn't really useable due to it draining really slowly.

Accommodation advertised for 6, however the sofa-bed is terrible and even if you can fit uncomfortably one person, definitely not 2!! A couple of days before I arrived i was asked to pay insurance for potential damages, booking 6 months in advance, I would have like to know about this before!!!! Also, one toilet roll for 6 people for 3 days, really? Otherwise, clean and good location.

Fantastic Location. The host is ready to help for any questions you have. The apartment was really nice well equipped and so clean. I totally would recommend it
