Great location and a great place to host a big group. Super close to the beach and centre of town, and worked well for a few days. The bedrooms were a little odd with showers inside a few of them without a separate room. We hosted 10 of us on Christmas Day there and it was disappointing to find out there was no freezer, after we had been told “the freezer is in the kitchen area” and we had already purchased ice cream. The overall communication with the host wasn’t great, responsiveness was quick but with no real answers or help - it felt like we were talking to AI.

The living space of the Airbnb was great - the open plan setup suited us well. Easily walkable to most places we wanted to go and minutes from the seafront. However, we had some challenges. Communication was poor - there were multiple messages in response to the same question (like an AI chat bot) and they contradicted each other. They attempted to change the check out time with less than 13 hours notice. It seemed the company owned many properties and sent the same message regardless of where you were staying, causing stress. The bunk beds and doors were very squeaky, not well suited if going to bed at different times. No locks or broken locks on the bathroom doors. Showers were odd, opening up into the bedrooms with no additional separation. The WiFi info was wrong, and they only provided 5 rolls of toilet paper for 12 people for 3 days and we had to purchase more. Overall we did enjoy our time there, and for the price point and location it was a nice place to stay.

Thank you for accommodating us on our visit to Brighton. The location is fantastic and perfect for a large group / hen do / stag, the furthest we had to walk was 20mins max, we saved a fortune on Ubers! Whenever I had any queries, I had a response in under 10 minutes, communication was the best I’ve experienced for Air bnb! Beds were so comfortable, clean and space was lovely too. Pictures don’t do the size justice! We couldn’t believe how much space we had and for 14 girls, we weren’t on top of each other! For what we paid, it was perfect and no complaints, thank you again for accommodating us and making our friends hen do such a memorable time!

Really spacious location, very looked after and the local area has plenty to do. The bunk beds were creaky but other than that the beds and sleeping quarters were great. Only problem we as a group found was getting into the house as the door had a lock that was meant to activate through a senor but wouldn't most of time, could be the cold causing issues though. All in all, the stay was fantastic.

The hosts were very accommodating for our larger group. The price was reasonable. The location works well as it’s away from the noise of the centre but is very walkable (10/15 minutes) from the pier, Shelter Hall, the Lanes etc. Check in was very easy, you input a code on to a keypad so you can self-check in. The kitchen and living room is spacious we managed to make a meal for 14 people relatively easily and had all the cooking utensils we needed after a bit of exploring through cupboards. They were also gracious about us leaving slightly later as we wanted to put one more dishwasher cycle on prior to heading off. The only 2 things I’d mention is the wifi isn’t amazing we had problems connecting to it in the living room. The other thing is one of the rooms (1 bunk bed) is directly through another room (1 double bed) and they share a bathroom which is worth knowing beforehand. Otherwise, fantastic stay! Thank you!

Great location, great host and great price for a group of us to enjoy a weekend in Brighton. Overall the stay was great, would recommend for a cost effective and convenient stay on Brighton. Host was friendly and incredibly responsive throughout.

We absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location, close to central Brighton and the pier. It was a beautiful property, plenty of room for all of our friends. The internet wasn’t working at first but we worked out it wasn’t plugged in properly in one of the rooms and then it was perfect! Charlie/Dale were amazing.. very friendly, helpful and welcoming! We’re already planning to book this property again! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

House was tired & scuffed everywhere. The bathroom facilities were extremely strange. One bedroom had just a shower in it, no sink, no toilet. Another bedroom just a sink & shower, no toilet. There was a shared toilet down the hallway which was like being in a cupboard with a sink above the toilet cistern!! Not possible to use so a complete waste of time. The downstairs bedroom had to walk through the living area to access a toilet & sink in a utility room. They then had to shower upstairs in someone else’s room. This house is possibly ok for a group share but no good for family’s. On a positive note, location was great.

The place was clean and tidy, good size and extremely reasonably priced. The hosts were very responsive and they were very helpful.

Great stay for the marathon weekend, very central with lots of facilities and shops nearby. It would have been useful to have a manual to go with the house but we figured it all out. You can’t park on the street either and had to park about an hours walk away to avoid excessive parking costs in a multi storey. It would be a great place to stay if you were arriving by train.

Do not trust these shisters Positive: Grand house in a good location but the people who run it have stollen my brand new earphones. Left them behind, requested that the keepers look for them, confirmed they found them, advised they would post them (I said I would pay) said they did that on 28th July. Asked for proof of postage but still nothing. Absolute joke and wouldn’t advise anyone staying here in the future.

A very nice house with everything we (two families, 10 persons) needed to enjoy Brighton!

We stayed here as a group of 13/14 for a hen do and it was absolutely perfect. There is no allocated parking, but there are lots of walkable parking spaces (some of used the Buzz Bingo car park which was reasonable for a weekend!) The showers in the bedrooms are absolutely fine to use, just use your common sense! The kitchen/living area was the perfect size, and the beds were all clean and comfortable. The location was perfect; we took our Yeti down to the beach on the Friday night (which we're glad we took as there is no freezer at the property) and it was all great. Home felt very secure and we would definitely recommend!

Lovely property & great for our group of 14. As previous reviews say bathroom/toilet layout strange & few but manageable. Property itself is quite tired & could do with some love but location & price make up for that. Great stay

Tolle Unterkunft an sehr zentraler Lage. Zimmer und Badezimmer eher klein, aber funktionier auch als grosse, unkompliziertr Gruppe sehr gut!

I booked for my sisters hen do. We had a gorgeous time, the apartment was very nice and looked like the photos, the decor was really good and it added a nice touch to the whole vibe of the place and added a lot of character! Very close to Brighton beach and everything was between a 5-10 minute walk away so very easy to get about. Host was very responsive and clear in how to check in and out so overall a really good experience! The only slight thing to mention is that there are only 2 showers which are located inside bedrooms so it would have been easier if bathrooms and toilets were in a separate space but it didn’t affect the experience at all, it’s just a minor thing to note.

We stayed here for a hen do there was 10 of us it was very spacious, location was the best right on the sea front and the kitchen was all stocked up with everything we needed

Nous avons rencontré un gros problème pas d’eau chaude ni de chauffage. Aucune réactivité de l’hôte quant à cela. Délai de réponse trop long. Le numéro d’urgence ne sert à rien on a nous a raccroché au nez plusieurs fois.

The apartment is lovely and the locations great; the layout is a bit odd, there’s only 2 showers both in bedrooms and with no bathroom door (just frosted shower door) so you need to walk in someone’s room to shower and then there’s not a private room just a frosted shower door. Also, the bedroom with the bunk beds is accessed through the double room, which isn’t clear from the photos. The host was really responsive and the place was very clean, with lots of amenities and 2 dishwashers.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay, the property was clean and comfortable and in a fantastic position for all that Brighton has to offer. The large lounge and dining area was also a fantastic space for us to spend time. There are however some comments - the wifi was very intermittent despite restarting the wifi as advised. We also felt that it could have been better communicated that both the showers were in bedrooms and not in bathrooms. Whilst we understand why, we also felt that we could have been informed in advance to expect a visit from the security company for the house and for the road. It felt a bit over the top to have two security guards in the property in stab proof vests and body cams telling us the rules of the house and of the road - all which had already been communicated to us in advance.

Overall, the place was perfect for what we needed and the location was fantastic. Check-in was smooth, the kitchen space was great and the door lock made things super handy for everyone. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi on day one which was never fully resolved and on the day of checkout the water was cold, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, the stay worked really well for us.

Beautiful house in a lovely setting. Everything was in walking distance! The house was spotless! The only thing I will say is that the bunk beds weren’t that stable and the incorrect WIFI details were given

Location incredible, plenty of space, kitchen had great variety of quality cooking equipment, just a couple of minutes to the beach…can’t recommend the place highly enough. Thanks for a great stay!

They were great! Really responsive to any query. Very clean. Great location, beach is only 5 mins away. With everything else walking distance.

We had a lovely stay

Great location but not quite as described Positive: Great communal area and location is perfect. Negative: There definitely isn't 7 bathrooms as it describes in the description. There's 1 toilet downstairs, 1 communal toilet upstairs (no sink), and 1 in the main bedroom bathroom. The only 2 showers in the house are in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs, they are directly in the bedrooms - no doors / separate room. The main bedroom has a bath but no shower. The bunk beds are very squeaky so very noisy on every move. We couldnt seem to get the heating downstairs to work. The wine fridge doesn't work.
