Fabulous apartment in a great location, we loved it and will return. Positive: Stunning view of the sea and lovely apartment well fitted out and with lots of natural light. It was warm in February and the whole family enjoyed it. Negative: Only small things, somewhere to hang coats and put our sandy shoes would have been lovely, but hard to fit in.

The Nook is fabulous, spotlessly clean, stylish decor and the kids loved the double bunk beds. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Views of the sea and a short walk down to the beachfront or into town, couldn’t be better located. Thanks so much, we will be back!

Don’t hesitate to book this amazing cottage!! Stunning views, extremely comfortable and a brilliant friendly host. We used both food venues Dale recommended as well as the amazing park for children down the road from the cottage. We will for sure be booking to return but for a much longer stay next time! Great location only a few minutes from the town or beach and lovely view of the beach and cliffs. Host really welcoming and friendly. Negative: The noise from the road can be loud with buses and lorries passing.

This the 2nd time this year we have stayed at the Nook , never disappoints, the view from the bank window is magnificent , Saltburn has it all , from lovely little shops to browse in, to great pubs and restaurants, it was also a brilliant stay lovely and warm ,gorgeous set up with Christmas decorations. Out of 10 we would give it a 20 😄 🤣. We will be back next year. Thank you to all the team to make our stay sensational.

This was an amazing Airbnb which i cannot wait to return to . Host met us on arrival and gave several great bar and restaurant recommendations. The apartment is high end with beautiful towels and bedding . The kitchen has everything you need . We were treated with a lovely cheese board and prosecco . We did have an issue which the host immediately attended to which was so reassuring . On the whole this a 10/10

We had the most wonderful stay to celebrate my partners birthday at Teddy’s Nook in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a calm, inviting aesthetic that made us feel at home right away. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was clear they put so much care into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommended - we can’t wait to return!

Excellent week away, the whole group loved it, just a shame it went by so quickly. Positive: Excellent location. Bang in the middle of Saltburn, view of the sea from the living room, and a short walk down to the beach. Beautiful apartment very well presented, had almost all we needed (we cooked each eve so bought ourselves a couple of dishes to use that the house didn’t have). The living room is an absolute sun trap, so stays pretty toasty when chilly outside. Easy to get to all nearby towns etc, and a supermarket or restaurants on your doorstep. Negative: My only critique is lumpy pillows, but not a deal breaker. Would just take my own if I went again.

Great place to stay and explore Saltburn and the surrounding area.. Positive: The Nook was a fabulous place to stay. Beautifully decorated and equipped for all our needs. Geoff met us when we checked in at 4pm and said if he had our number he would've called to say it was ready for us sooner. That would have been great as my in-laws would have appreciated the earlier check in but did not detract from our stay. He has a number of recommendations of places to eat and drink, didn't make it to all of them so a good reason to return and try the others!. The whole place was lovely, the bunk beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms fab. We would definitely return to Saltburn and to The Nook, the place a credit to Geoff and his family. Negative: There's nothing I didn't like about my stay

Bath great Negative: The floor above bedroom was so creaky you heard everymovement from the guests above from 5am . Heating could not adjust and was quite chilly . No light outside door making it hard to find the lock on dark told no tolietries but theh were there for us also was told we might not get pafking for two vehicles but there was plenty of parking .

Great cottage in a brilliant location. Close to beach and all the cool amenities Saltburn has to offer. Parking was a bonus as were the views

Loved our stay in The Nook at Saltburn. We had a really nice meal at the tomahawk restaurant. Nice walks on the front and into town. Geoff messaged a few times to ask if we were ok. Really easy check in & out. Loved it. We will be back.

My sister and I had a lovely time at The Nook. I would stay there again if we were to go back to Saltburn. The hosts and owners (who lived next door) were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was the perfect base for us. In a good location for both the sea and town. It is on the busy road from the town to the beach.

Our weekend break in The Nook was really enjoyable. The property was beautifully presented and spotless. Loved opening up the bifold doors and sitting looking over Saltburn beach. All amenities were provided, the kitchen was very well equipped. Spacious bathroom. Our hosts were very helpful and at hand if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

The Nook was a sensational base for our three-night trip to Saltburn. It is a beautiful property that has been lovingly furnished and it is a joyful place to stay. What stood out for us was how well the place was kitted out - such care has been taken in the details. We had everything we could have wished for and all appliances/utensils/furnishings are of a high quality. We did a hybrid of self catering and going out and the kitchen is wonderfully well equipped Special mentions: The view from the bi-folding doors in the living room/diner is totally mesmerising. We started each day watching the sunrise with a coffee. The beds are so comfortable. The hosts. The Calvert family were great hosts. Responsive and happy to help, they gave us great recommendations and even found a fan and set the air con before we arrived so that we would be comfortable (we arrived on the hottest day of the year). What genuinely kind hosts. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Lovely accomodation in a brilliant location with amazing views. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins in the sea on one of the days we stayed. Perfect spot for the beach and to go into town for shops, restaurants and bars.

Perfect place to stay in a beautiful seaside town. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Positive: Ideally placed with lovely sea views. Apartments was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, beds were comfortable. Negative: Being so close to the main road there was traffic noise but that obviously was less during the night.

The Nook is in a fantastic location for both the town and the beach - we didn't use the car at all. The accommodation was really lovely and had all the amenities we needed. Our hosts were friendly and responded quickly to texts. It was lovely being able to enjoy watching the sea from the lounge.

Geoff was so lovely. He met us upon our arrival and showed us the cottage and all the little things like working the electric blinds, the Alexa speaker and all the amenities the Nook had to offer. Saltburn is a lovely beach town and easy to walk everywhere for restaurants, beaches and shops.

Absolutely exceptional Positive: We recently stayed at The Nook in Saltburn and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is something really special. Nestled above the bay, the views are simply unforgettable - the kind you find yourself stopping and taking in again and again. It’s a real hidden gem. The property itself has been finished to such a high standard. Every detail has been thought through so beautifully - it manages to feel both luxurious and completely like a home from home, which is no easy balance to strike. You can tell a huge amount of care has gone into creating it. We stayed as a family with our two children (7 and 12), and they absolutely loved it. The bunk beds and bathroom space were a big hit, and the layout worked perfectly for us - especially having the private main bedroom and bathroom downstairs, complete with a stunning roll-top bath. After a difficult period at home due to our son’s long-term health condition, this trip was actually for a wedding - but The Nook ended up being so much more than just a place to stay. It was a genuine escape and a real treat for all of us. Saltburn itself is gorgeous - beautiful beaches, incredible views, amazing fish and chips, and the best ice creams. The fact that everything was just a short walk from The Nook made it even better. To top it all off, we unfortunately left a number of items behind after our stay. But once again, Jeffrey went above and beyond – nothing was too much trouble. He kindly arranged for everything to be returned to us, despite clearly running what must be a very busy and popular property. We honestly couldn’t recommend The Nook highly enough. If you’re looking for a proper English luxury getaway with heart, this is it. Thank you again, Jeffrey - we’ll absolutely be back! Negative: Leaving..

We had a great stay at the Nook. Excellent views and the place was set up with everything we could need. Geoff and family were very helpful and made it very easy for us to enjoy our stay.

A real gem of a place Positive: This is a real gem of a place close to both the beach and pier, and the town and local restaurants. It is a very cosy place which is nicer than the photos and very comfortable for 4 (we were 3) with clever use of space and beautiful interior décor. The view form the living and dining area was a highpoint and being able to open the "patio doors" wide to allow the air in was a bonus. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable and spotless and the kitchen well equipped. Parking for one car was easy. We had a fantastic time in Saltburn in no small part to this marvellous accommodation. We will definitly try to rebook here when we return. Negative: The only downside was that it is on the road from the town down to the beach so there can be a bit of traffic noise but we didn't find this a real issue.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. It has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable break. Very comfortable beds, amazing showers and every little detail has been thought of. The location is great. We parked our car on Monday and did not need to use it again until we left on Friday. We walked along the beach and around the town, enjoying the many places to eat and drink. Highly recommend.

Had a perfect stay at the Nook. The weather was amazing and we were perfectly positioned to head down to the beach for early morning swims and admiring the fantastic sunsets behind the pier. Geoff, the owner, lives next door and was always helpful and had lots of suggestions. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had all the equipment we needed, the shower was great and the view of the beach from the huge windows made the stay. The living area was comfortable and spacious although we were out most of the time due to the good weather. Private off street parking.

Der Gastgeber hat uns empfangen und alles erklärt, inklusive Tipps zum Essen gehen. Es war wirklich sehr sauber, tolle Einrichtung und es war alles da. Handtücher, Seife, Duschgel, Kaffe und sogar frische Milch und Cup Cakes. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Danke 🤩

A lovely little place perfect for a short stay, we were three adults and we had sufficient space. The place is very tastefully decorated and was very comfortable. Beautiful views from the window and walking distance to the station and local amenities. The property was clean and as described. The host was friendly, polite and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent little holiday home Positive: The Nook is an amazing holiday home with all the essentials and a few added luxuries. The living area overlooks the sea and has a fantastic skylight. Everything is finished really well. Both bedrooms have great ensuite bathrooms with a lovely bath on the ground floor. It's walking distance from everywhere in Saltburn with off road parking right by the front door if needed. All towels were provided and the was more than enough cooking equipment. There was even a laundry room should you need one. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. We'd definitely stay again.

The Nook , is an amazing little gem , with coastal views, set in a victorian town , with loads of history. We loved all the little bar's and great night life. We will have a return trip to the Nook at some point . Thank you.

Great views to the seafront

Wow Great place, great host, great location. This place is a gem and we will be back!

We intended to enjoy the day as much as possible being a beautiful area, but got caught in snow. Yet Geoff had the apartment ready for us earlier to accommodate our original plan. Sadly we arrived late, but Geoff was there immediately to help us get in and show us where things were in their stunning house. Nothing was a problem and gave handy local restaurant guides too. The views are amazing and is an easy walk to shops and local restaurants and bars. Local train station probably 8 minutes walk away so easy to jump on a train. The only annoying thing was the house and location was so nice we didn't want to go home as it's nicer than our own home. Thank you so much

This was a lovely place to stay, hosts were great welcomed us upon arrival and checkout, it was very clean and cosy, everything you could have possibly needed was there, there was nothing missing at all and felt like home, would definitely recommend and would like to stay again in the summer! We really enjoyed our stay at "The Nook" as a base for exploring Saltburn and the surrounding area. The property is a credit to the owner's interior design skills, and has loads of quirky features that make it even more special. The sea and cliff views from the living room windows were fantastic. The owner was also very helpful by providing extra local information to make the stay even more enjoyable. The on-site parking was very much appreciated given the town centre location. Thank you for hosting us. We hope to return some day!

Lovely house and everything was perfect. Lots of nice touches. The beds were very comfy, showers were excellent, bath looked delightful but never got a chance to use it. Appliances worked well. All kitchen equipment was in great condition and some nice glasses which seemingly is quite rare and very much appreciated. The house is in a great central location with some lovely views. We love to do a jigsaw when we are away, but with so much to do we almost didn’t have time to complete it. It was really nice to explore the local area and head to the beach all without needing to move the car.
