Not bud but.. Positive: As a place, it’s good – located in the city center and clean. It’s not a bad value for the money. Negative: However, the instructions were unclear. You need to enter the first building in the yard, not the second one, which wasn’t properly explained. Also, for three people staying three nights, they provided only one roll of toilet paper and refused to offer more. It seemed logical to them, but hopefully they will reconsider this approach in the future.

lovely weekend, lovely apartment ,lovely friends , would recommend thankyou .. Positive: everything we needed in the apartment had a lovely cooked breakfast,really nice weather so used the balcony,great basement parking....beds were clean and comfy, apartment is in a perfect location we could easily walk to the attractions no taxis needed,all in all great apartment for 4 people to share... Negative: electric cooker little bit tricky to operate very tempremental apart from that the apartment and weekend were perfect thankyou .....

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre Positive: This was the perfect accommodation for a group of 4 friends visiting Liverpool for a Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. The beds are really comfortable. There is plenty of room within the property with the addition of a small balcony. The bonus of having its own parking space within a secure underground car park beneath the property was fantastic as the location of the property is within walking distance of all top attractions and pubs, shops, and restaurants . Although in the city centre the property is very quiet and located within a side street away from any noise. Access to the property is via a secure gated entrance using a key fob, which is also used to access the outer entrance door. A lift or stairs are available to take you to the property, which is situated on the fourth floor. We were given clear instructions on all aspects of the property, including key collection, and also provided with a digital guide. Negative: As many places do, the price of our stay was inflated for this particular weekend due to the Bruce Springsteen concert at Anfield. Supply and demand, I suppose.

I had an amazing stay! The property has a gated entrance - so it feels very safe, free underground designated parking space, a central location and it's very quiet during the day or night. The flat is so central that shops, pubs and restaurants are only a few minutes' walking distance. The hotel across the road for drinks and Dale Street Kitchen for breakfast was outstanding and convenient. The flat is exceptionally clean and modern with comfy beds, a fireplace, TVs in every room and everything you need for your stay. The black-out curtains are a bonus as the sun rises directly through bedroom windows. It has a fantastic view through floor-to-ceiling windows or a humongous balcony, especially during the night when buildings and Radio City Tower are all lit up. The hosts' guidebook for the flat is very helpful and the key collection with a code from the corner shop was very straightforward. I will most definitely stay here again.

Super Wohnung mit schönen Ausblick über Liverpool! Positive: Die Lage ist Perfekt, der Ausblick ist auch Super. Die Wohnung macht einen guten Eindruck mit Fahrstuhl in der 4 Etage. Die Aufteilung ist auch sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert zufriedend stellend. Negative: Die beiden Betten habe eine Größe von 180 cm x 140 cm. Für normal große Menschen leider zu klein und viel zu schmal. Alleine ok, aber zu zweit eine Geduldsprobe.

bien équipé bien situé en centre ville mais ménage de la salle de bain douteux + pas assez chauffé Positive: L'appartement en lui-même, sa situation géographique, la place de parking dans l'immeuble, le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge. La vue sur la mairie. Negative: La douche et les toilettes n'étaient pas propres (le reste de l'appartement oui), le ménage de la salle de bain avait été fait en surface. J'ai acheté un produit ménager pour faire le ménage, il y avait les morceaux des locataires précédents sous le rebord des toilettes. L'appartement mal chauffé, chauffages bloqués à distance en wifi, on s'est gelé les 3 jours sans pouvoir chauffer correctement.

Super Central, Clean, and Free Parking. A Perfect Stay! Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic, very central location, making it super easy to explore the city. A huge bonus for us was having our own private parking space, which made driving into the city completely stress free. Negative: Nothing.

Very comfortable stay Positive: The apartment was very clean and comfortable and it is in an excellent location. We were attending a concert at the Arena and it was great to be able to walk there from the apartment and back again. We were also within walking distance of the many sights, shops and restaurants Liverpool has to offer. Unfortunately, my husband left a book behind but I messaged the person who I had been communicating with and the book was found. I paid the postage cost and the book was returned. Thank you. Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location, nice apartment and facilities Positive: The location was perfect, leading onto Dale Street and not too far from cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and local attractions. The instructions to get there caused us no problems (the hairdressers that is next to the garage is on the ground floor of the apartment block). It is a pretty quiet street so it did not cause any problems for us, who had a young child with us. The apartment was clean and tidy with all of the facilities described. The Host team are very quick at responding if you have any queries. Negative: We booked our stay the last week in June 2026 and the outside temperatures were approximately around 21°C to 23°C. The temperature in the apartment was very hot and stuffy on a night so we did not experience a good quality sleep during our stay. We tried opening the windows during the day but this made no difference after we closed them. There is a constant loud noise from seagulls so leaving them open isn't an option. One fan is provided which helps (only if you are using one bedroom) so a second would be helpful in warm weather.

Brilliant location perfect for what we needed

A lovely modern apartment in a great location Positive: A modern very well appointed apartment in a great location and with a lovely view of the city. The apartment was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. Negative: Nothing! If we had one comment we would suggest that clearer instructions be provided on how to access the apartment from the car park and also how to open the door on to the terrace!

Enjoyable Positive: Good central location. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. Negative: The cooker hob tripped for no reason and so could not cook a small breakfast the second morning, as we were in a hurry and didn’t know to reset. I suspect it happens frequently so a notice to rest would be useful.

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful city. Positive: The apartment is in a fantastic location and ideally situated for all the sights, restaurants and bars. Apartment itself is great with lovely views, well equipped and super quiet. You wouldn't even know you were in the city as such little noise! Would definitely use again if back in Liverpool. Negative: Parked in the basement as requested but door to get up to the apartment by lift was not well signposted. There were two sets of doors - the one we needed to use was not immediately visible and further from the car. We tried to use the first one near where the car was parked but our fob didn't work on it. I phoned the company to find out what we were doing wrong but they just kept quoting the information I had already been sent (which didn't include any info on this). We eventually found the correct door after walking round for a while with suitcases. It would have been helpful to have been told this in the information that was sent to us to save any hassle.

Excellent apartment in a great location. All main attractions are walkable with lots to do in the centre of Liverpool which is less than a 10min walk. Apartment has everything you need, immaculate and having on site parking is a great bonus. Will definitely book again.

Very bad experience, I would never go there again Positive: It was ani ely decorated flat in a convenient location Negative: The door to the balcony was broken and we couldn’t get out nor open it. There was dirty underwear in the closet from the previous tenant, pieces of chips on the floor. Very dirty generally. They didn’t offer to send the cleaners. The bathtub wouldn’t drain the water. The middle door of the living space couldn’t close

Perfect place to stay to explore the wonderful city of Liverpool. Positive: The apartment was exceptional with a high spec finish in all the rooms and a lot of attention to detail and those extra little touches to make you feel very welcomed. It was clean, mostly well maintained and very comfortable with lovely views and a quiet location close to all the sights. The lift, corridor and apartment all smelt fresh and beautifully perfumed which made a lovely first impression. The guide app is a great idea and really helpful, only comment would have liked more information on how to recycle. We also loved the Hidden Walks of Liverpool book that had been left in the apartment which we used on every day of our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook. Thank you for a wonderful city break. Negative: We would have found the apartment more easily if the directions link had included the flat apartment number and also referenced the Eden Apartment block rather than just Municipal View Abode 12 Cheapside. We did have to report several faulty items on arrival which appeared to have been broken for a while and would have liked a second hand towel and extractor fan in the bathroom. Interestingly we noticed that some of these issues had been mentioned in previous reviews but had not been acted upon. The Host and Stay Team were very responsive to all our queries, but the multiple and duplicate communications prior to and during our stay were not helpful.

OK...difficult to gain access initially. Positive: Was a bit of a pain to get the keys from a convenience store nearby. Negative: Could have been easier to find the location to pick the keys up from.

Perfect, didn’t want to leave! 😊 Positive: Absolutely fabulous, very clean, had everything we needed . The e-handbook was great and key pick up not a problem. Hosts very attentive. Will definitely recommend. Negative: Could have done with more than one hand towel in the bathroom for a 3 night stay, plenty of larger ones otherwise.

Some misunderstanding with a promised early check in, since the check in instructions are automated to be sent to you right before your check in time, we didn’t get the instructions when we arrived for our early check in. The host did not answer any messages so we had to call a help desk which was very helpful though. Also the coffee machine was broken. Otherwise very nice and cosy.

Great location within minutes of the docks etc - fantastic views. Immaculately clean and well presented - like a hotel room. Great space with two decent double bedroom. Clean a good quality bathroom - toilet in the bathroom (with noting if there are 4 of you staying!).

Also ten o’clock check out is early, especially for a Sunday. We asked but a later check out was not an option, even for an additional fee.

Location and comfort in a secure apartment. Positive: Property is spacious and as described. Well located to explore Liverpool cbd. Spoilt for choice with places to eat and shop. Clear instructions for pick up of keys. Would stay here again! Negative: Was a little disappointed by the response we received when asking if we needed to buy toilet paper. Only a few sheets were left on the roll and the agent who responded said the cleaners left a full roll of toilet paper and went on to explain that their toilet rolls are bigger than average. It felt like she thought I was lying. The offer was made to reimburse us for any toilet paper we purchased if we retained the receipt. We don’t bother claiming. This in no way detracted from our stay.

Confusing layout to enter building but amazing rooms with great view Positive: A very confusing system. Picking keys up from a newspaper agent felt abit dodgy and wasn't a good start to the stay Negative: The directions on Google maps led us to the back of the building and there was no signs to show that was the place to go. We were wondering around for ages trying to figure out if it was the right place as no clear signage and the back alley looked dodgy too. And when we did get in there was different entrances to different places with no signs to say where the apartments were. Once in however the stay was lovely.

Perfect location with beautiful veiws from the apartment Positive: It was very homely and welcoming with super comfy beds. The location was perfect. Negative: It was just a minor detail but the cutlery draw and the one below could do with a deep clean there was bits of crumbs and dirty cutlery.

Great place to stay, with all the attractions within walking distance. it was a bit if a faff getting the keys for apartment from a newsagent compared to other properties who use a key box entry system. The apartment met our expectation's and had a great view, well equipped and reasonably quiet for city centre location.

Get your garage and apartment instructions sorted Positive: The apartment was lovely once we got access to it, nice city views and very modern. Negative: *Firstly too many emails from two different host names (Charlie and Lizette), Then a change of location from the original pick up at a newsagents, so we had to negotiate one way streets in rush hour to locate a lock box. There was no garage door opener with the keys so we couldn't gain access to the garage. Confusing instructions for the apartment building as the name Municipal abode has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual building the apartment is in. Phoned the help line and a lovely young women tried to help. Finally got into the correct building and apartment, and another garage user took pity on us and gave us the code for the garage otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get into the garage. We put the keys back in the lock box as per instructions on the back of the apartment door, and then got asked why we hadn't returned them to the newsagents! Sort your instructions out!
