Lovely modern property Positive: Lovely apartment, spotless and well equipped for 2 couples. 10 minutes walk from town. Up quite a steep hill on return . Great little patio suntrap at the back to sit outside. Would definitely stay here again. Negative: Nothing really.

An ideal location to explore everything that Whitby has to offer. The property was clean, tidy and an ideal size for a family of 4. It has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay and I would highly recommend.
This was an ideal base to visit Whitby. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Positive: Good parking and the location was great Negative: A very minor thing but the table and chairs in the garden were very dirty and we were unable to use them. The rear garden was very overgrown
Not the best Positive: There was nothing we liked other than location and parking Negative: Didn't like how dirty it was stains on carpet no storage and cleanliness not good there was a lot of dust and toilet dirty, wardrobe broken in one bedroom and other bedroom the wardrobe you couldnt open very well as room too small i have a disability so not being able to put being able to put my things I need anywhere and cleanliness was important. Also it's supposed to sleep 4 but with no storage and rooms very small I would say it's fine for 2 people or a business trip not for 3 or more people for a week or more. The outdoor courtyard could also do with tidying up bird poo on furniture

Very close and convenient for Whitby town centre. Easy walk (with a hill on the way back to work off the great food in town) with access to great restaurants.

Sadly rained throughout our stay which rather marred our time in Whitby. Positive: Spacious. Nice modern furniture. Negative: Mattress on main double bed was soft which gave me a back ache. Made up smaller bed in 2nd bedroom with used sheets. Re made 2nd bedroom bed with clean sheets before leaving.
The apartment is clean, beds comfortable and kitchen quite well equipped, although one or two items of crockery are chip Positive: Within walking distance of the harbour, shops and the cathedral remains. Negative: Quite a lot of traffic noise, and could clearly hear conversations and people walking around in the apartment next door.

The location was great - about 10 mins walk into town. The private car parking on site was a bonus. The furnishings were all very good and the bed was comfortable. It’s a shame the boiler is located in the main bedroom as it has a habit of firing up in the middle of the night and waking you up! The bed linen was lovely and fresh and clean as were the towels. The shower pressure was excellent however the sealant in the shower enclosure is looking past it’s best and could do with replacing. The property itself does need a bit of redecoration as it was a bit shabby in places. The property does also need a thorough clean…. there were spiders and cobwebs in the corners of some rooms, the skirting boards need a good clean and the windows need cleaning inside and out! We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work but not a big deal for us. Just slightly misses the mark of what I would expect of a ‘luxurious & boutique’ property. On saying that, we really enjoyed our stay in Whitby!
It was lovely Positive: Have the key there ready ,didn’t have to wait or go anywhere else to fetch it . Negative: They only lefted 1 toilet roll between 4 people had to go and buy more . Garden was lovely to had but could do with the light working out there and a bit of a tidy up ,but was a bonus to have . Also could to with more plates etc with having the dishwasher.

Fabulous apartment, shame about the bad management company! Positive: Great apartment, comfy beds, everything you need for a home-from-home stay, designated parking, super clean, nice courtyard style garden - shared with apartment Next door. A really lovely apartment. Negative: The management company!!! After booking, an offer of an extra night at reduced rate was sent to us. I made an enquiry about the cost of making it a full week. From that enquiry, the management company booked the week as a new booking and charged my credit card without my agreement, authorisation of knowledge. They hadn’t even responded to my enquiry. It took almost 2 weeks to resolve as messages were misinterpreted repeatedly. Eventually I had to phone directly and sort it out over the phone. Still took a week and another call to get my money back. No working Wi-Fi. Router is in another apartment in a cupboard. Reported no Wi-Fi to management company immediately. They contacted owner and it will be sorted out. It wasn’t. We were asked to negotiate with other occupants and sort it out ourselves! This was not possible so both of us had to spend £25 each on data package bolt on for mobiles. Management company sent usual platitudes about fixing it asap but did nothing. They were going to look into some reimbursement for some of the data cost but never heard back from them.

Positive: Location was great, onsite parking was a bonus. Negative: No wifi during stay despite several messages to host and stay nothing was done. One of the beds was uncomfortable, very soft and dipped in the middle. Cobwebs and dusty in places. Tv not able to be used due to no WiFi. Shower didn't drain properly and one of our towels was dirty beyond use. Property is too warm in the bedrooms as they have no windows to open.
This apartment is beautiful, only a short walk into Whitby centre and harbour, 15 min walk or 2 minute drive. Apartment was super clean, spacious, easy to get too. Would really recommend staying here. Also the host replies straight away if you ever have any questions. Will definitely be staying here again
Close to centre, well decorated. Positive: Good location. Well appointed Negative: Feel like the front door needs frosting as people can see in from main road. Luckily we had taken our own toiletries as no loo rolls in bathroom. Also from the pictures it wasn’t the apartment that we thought it was, however it was only a short stay and apartment was comfortable.

Lovely autumn break in Whitby Positive: Lovely well appointed apartment with parking included and short walk to town. Wifi and netflix available. Great shower. Negative: Only one hand towel. Bit dusty/cobwebs in places. Not much room for getting in and out of the shower cubicle. Plenty room once in the shower.
Spotless and Tranquil Positive: Very clean, well kitted out, quiet and in a great location. We were particularly pleased to find the little milk sachets.

Nice place but needs better lounge seating. Kitchen was good, Positive: Easy access, on site parking, comfy beds. Negative: Lounge furniture insufficient for 4 ppl, very uncomfortable chair and way too small. 1 toilet role, one very small body wash sachet for the shower, no hand wash. This was advertised as inclusive. Rear outside seating not private, grubby and covered in bird poo.

Negative: Bedroom very tight for space, didn’t rate basket in wardrobe to use as drawers. Would have preferred 2 keys to the property instead of fiddling with the key box every time.
Emaculate Property Positive: The apartment was so clean, great parking space. There are three spaces each with the name of the apartment your in so you always have one. Easy walking distance to the harbour, restaurants, museum and gardens. Negative: We were in the madison where it got a little hot at night. No windows just large patio doors which can't be left open at night. But not a major issue.
although it was two bedrooms there is only one parking place . the shower tray had a big crack in it witch was in previous reviews but not fixed. and you have to pay a £200 waiver that takes 14 days to get back
Modern comfortable convenience Positive: Spacious, comfortable, modern, loved sitting out in the courtyard. Close to town. Easy parking. Recommend apart from the insurance ripp off Negative: Some road noises. The shower floor was cracked and leaked badly. Hated that they demanded we pay an extra £25 insurance surcharge was not mentioned at the time of booking feel slightly ripped off should be covered in booking cost. Also the TV remote needs fixing it was shock

A great dissapointment, never again Positive: Attractive property, easy reach to town. Negative: Cracked shower tray that management knew about which leaked serious amounts of water onto floor and a totally blocked toilet on our arrival which took 24 hours to sort. Shower tray needed replacement, as management knew, yet they thought it acceptable to still rent out the property. Had to resort to laying towels all around tray to stem water flow.

Nice area just a shame the glass issue spoiled it, surprising the cleaners didn’t spot it. Negative: Glass shards on the floor, half a broken glass in the cupboard. I cut myself within half an hour of arriving.

TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: The fact that the hosts are robbing people blind. decent people who work hard for a living. Do not book and pay for this apartment. Because if life gets a little tramatic and it turns out you cannot go, they will rob you blind and steel your money. They wont even allow you to move the dates, telling you that they have no availability, even though they clearly do

Nice flat that needs a full clean, gardening to match glossy Web site. Positive: Property fitted to a good quality standard. Reasonably located for downhill walk into town centre. Negative: Poor cheap bed mattresses, noisy springs. Overgrown patio also would need decking and chairs cleaning after garden work. Dust on wardrobe top, behind and under bed. Dust on fake plants in shower room and around the flat. Leaking coffee maker, lost water on worktop overnight.

Amazing Positive: The location, parking and the amenities. The whole apartment was lovely. Negative: The king size bed mattress needs replacing. The bed was comfortable but the springs made an awful noise when you turned or moved. Some more utensil’s would be helpful such as tongs.
Nice apartment in a good location. Sort the bathroom, and it would be 5 stars. Positive: Good location, close to town centre, harbour etc. The apartment is a large space with a good kitchen, a large sitting room, and a good-sized dining table. The car parking right outside is great, and the outside seating area is a nice bonus. Negative: There is no storage space in the bathroom apart from a tiny glass shelf. If you put your wash bag on here, there is nowhere to put any contents, other than the floor. There was also quite a bit of mould on the shower silicone around the bottom, and it leaked badly onto the bathroom floor. As this apartment sleeps 4, the space to store cosmetics and toiletries was an issue as anything on the floor ended up wet.
Positive: Nothing that we did not like. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Negative: Nothing to not like👍 If we are to give any constructive feedback, it would be that the front door would benefit from having some form of blind as the glass panel allowed full view of the apartment.

Lovely Weekend. Positive: Nice spacious property. Clean throughout. Bed linen & towels provided. Small selection of complimentary toiletries in the shower room. Good location to walk from, down the hill into Whitby, approx 15/20 minutes. Parking onsite is always a bonus. Would stay again. Negative: Nothing not to like really. A couple of little tips though. A wall clock in the living area would be great & also a little stool in the shower room to put clothes on whilst using the shower.

Positive: The location was very good. The appartment was spotless, spacious and nice decorated. We stayed for a few nights and we had everything we needed. Even coffee was left for as. We would like to come back again 😃. Negative: Everything was good😃
Photogenic but impractical, particularly the bedrooms and bathroom Positive: The property is well located and a short walk into Whitby (although down a steep hill). Good parking; clean; warm (heating easy to control). The kitchen and lounge areas were comfortable and attractive. Negative: We stayed in the Madison and the bedrooms were tiny -in larger bedroom on one side there was only maybe 30cm between wall and bed, The only place for clothes storage in the main bedroom was a wardrobe with 6 hangars (for two people) and one shelf at the bottom under which was a basket which was difficult to access (because of space) - no drawers at all. The boiler is also in this room. The other bedroom is even smaller and i cannot see how two people could be accommodated in there (it only has a single wardrobe). The only place to put toileteries in the bathroom was a shelf approx 35cm x 15cm - for four people!

Beautiful but expensive Positive: Beautifully appointed apartment with everything thought about for a short stay. Perfect location and efficient communication with the owners. Negative: The mattresses in both bedrooms are very uncomfortable with cheap springs. such a shame for an expensive looking apartment and pricey stay. Outdoor lighting also couldn’t be switched off and bathroom is getting a bit grubby for the cost - the shower heads and grouting should be immaculate.
Positive: Modern and clean, comfy beds, lovely outside area. Loved the little added touches such as the tea, coffee and sugar, cleaning products and soaps in the bathroom. Great parking facilities and only a short walk to the centre of whitby. Great park at the bottom of the road for those with kids, theres a fab play area there fyi. Would definitely stay again. Great spot to leave car & a nice pleasant walk into Whitby. Positive: Location spot on very convenient for Whitby certainly would recommend to others. The walk into Whitby town is not that far but some downhill going & uphill coming back. Our 4 yr old grandchild managed it very well. Very smart & well looked after place. All very new & modern inside & a small patio with garden chairs set out at the back.
