Positive: This house is set in very beautiful countryside. It is very peaceful and the owners were very friendly. It was very good value. Recommend the Eskdale in castleton. It's about a 6 mile walk each way or 10 minutes in the car. Good variety of sheep to meet on your way up the track to the lodge and some friendly horses.
This photos given in the description doesnt do much justice to the actual beauty . Its the best airbnb we have been so far . Absolute peace and beauty. Bridget was quite helpful and friendly . Just a tip : try to reach the place before sunset . Way to the airbnb can get confusing at night .
Wonderful experience with my family. A conformable place to stay in a middle of a farm house in mountains with sheep and horses. The hosts very very nice and friendly. They gave us a tour of there farm also. Shown my little kids all the animals. Served cow milk when we arrived. They really felt us like at home. Its so safe that we kept our doors open all the time. I will sure go there again. 5 star facilities at a farm house.
