Absolutely loved the place. Positive: Excellent quality throughout. Comfortable and great facilities. High quality equipment and cutlery, crockery etc. Looks like new everywhere. Negative: The stairs were a problem for my wife who has COPD and my son with rheumatoid arthritis.

The apartment was great. It had everything we needed for our 4 day break. Situated near where the south bay lift is which takes you down to the sea front which is extremely convenient. Only downside was that the apartment block was having work done to the exterior so scaffolding was up. Windows were getting sorted which meant they couldn’t be opened. We were not informed about this. There was also some roadworks taking place which reduced the amount of parking available on the street. This was problematic as my wife is currently having to use a walking stick again we were not informed about this. Apart from the above the stay was great and would recommend to anyone.

Great stay didn’t like carrying luggage up and down stairs. Shame the tram lift was broken but not your problem. Positive: Everything Negative: The number of stairs

Positive: Ein wunderschön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in einem großen viktorianischen Haus mit viel Platz, sehr bequemen Betten und einer sehr guten und gehobenen Küchenausstattung. Man ist in 5 Minuten zum Southbeach herunter gelaufen und ist ebenfalls in ca. 1/4 h im Zentrum von Scarborough. Ein toller Ort für alle, die das Meer lieben - es gibt auch gute Möglichkeiten, ruhigere kleinere Strände zu erreichen. Für das Parken haben wir auf Nachfrage eine Sondergenehmigung bekommen, so dass wir das Auto direkt vor der Tür parken konnten. Der Kontakt zur beauftragten Vermietungsagentur war sehr freundlich und uns wurde in allen Belangen geholfen. Wir können diese Wohnung aufs Wärmste empfehlen!

Lovely spacious flat, although quite a few stairs to get to it. The inclusion of a parking scratch card was greatly appreciated.

Great location to visit Scarborough and explore the lovely Yorkshire coast. Positive: Fantastic location, spacious and comfortable. Can see the sea - side view. Walking distance to cliffs and beach and main attractions in Scarborough. Parking nearby. Lovely weather during our stay helped! Negative: Wasn’t completely clean, some marked carpets and a dirty greasy grill pan. Middle bedroom window wouldn’t stay open. Out of date information on bins and recycling - a laminated card in the kitchen area would be useful. Fairly minor concerns bearing in mind the big positives. Would stay again!

We had a thoroughly lovely stay. Lots of things to do and beautiful views. Positive: Excellent location, facilities, cleanliness, a good view from window, (watching what’s going on). Cable lift at end of road to take you down to the beach. Good walk to main centre. Has local grocery store, bakery around the corner. Negative: Be aware you need to climb a couple of flights of stairs. But by the end of our stay, we managed them easily.

Positive: Well equipped. Lovely towels and some welcome milk and nibbles on arrival. Negative: Nothing.

Highly recommended Positive: This was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in while touring the UK. The apartment had quality inclusions and wanted for nothing. Very quiet, clean and a short stroll to a great lookout and the funicular. I would highly recommend staying here. Short walk to pubs and shops as well. Negative: Nothing to not like!

Gorgeous place, would stay again Positive: Great location. Really well appointed. Two bathrooms is a bonus in a two bedroom apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Felt homely and would happily stay for more than the 3 days we were there. Negative: The communication with Host and Stay was confusing… on the drive to the accommodation, i got a random message to say we had been moved so I had to ring to sort out. It was sent in error. The company wouldn’t let us in before 4pm even though we could see the place was empty and the cleaners were down the road. We got a message to remind us when checkout was which was unnecessary. In our opinion, the company tainted what was otherwise a wonderful apartment/break. A tiny issue in the flat… the air fresheners and laundry detergent for the bedding were overpowering ! My husband was allergic to them!

Little Lobster lived up to expectations and great holiday space to relaxi in. Positive: Well thought out, spacious property with ‘lobster/sea’ theme and high quality feel. Close to sea and in quiet location. Parking permit good and comms with Host & Stay team easy. Negative: Nothing, it was fab and lived up to description.

Relaxing Positive: Spacious, modern, comfortable, nice to be able to sit and look out the window.

Fantastic Stay at The Little Lobster 🦞 Positive: We had a fantastic stay at The Little Lobster. The apartment is in a great location and decorated to a high standard and well equipped. It was a pleasure to stay there, and to be honest, we didn't want to leave! On arrival, we received biscuits, crisps, milk, tea/coffee, and a couple of bottles of cold water, which was lovely to make a cuppa after our drive down. Luckily for us, we had gorgeous weather, but even if we didn't, the apartment is so nice just to spend time relaxing in the lovely surroundings. We will definitely be coming back 😊 Negative: N/A

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Positive: We liked everything about the accommodation. The owners had clearly gone the extra length to provide quality within the apartment. Really beautifully decorated and equipped for all occasions. The heating worked really well and we were able to heat the areas we needed rather than the whole apartment. Very comfortable and well thought out with obvious attention to detail. The artwork was great. A welcome pack was provided which was gratefully received. The apartment was light and airy and the elevated position added to the views. Negative: We were only given a 2 night parking permit which was troublesome for a 3 night stay. Even after communicating our concerns nothing was done to solve our problems.

Positive: The apartment was spotless. It has everything that you need and more. Negative: The apartment was on the 3rd floor. It would be a problem for those with young children or elderly relatives.

Lovely place Near lift down to front which was great. Watch out for lift closing times Read parking permits carefully.

Best accomodation have stayed in. Positive: Beautiful apartment, decor is amazing, kirchen and bathrooms high standard. lovely location, lovely bedding , perfect. Negative: Door into apartment sticks have to force it shut and then it bangs.

SO comfortable Almost coincidentally, we'd stayed here when it was under a previous owner but again, couldn't fault it. If anything the new managers have made it even more comfortable. The listing is wholly accurate in terms of facilities and the beds are SO comfortable! The only small unpleasant surprise was an additional - and apparently unavoidable - fee of £10 to process the damage deposit but that wouldn't stop us booking again.
