Enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment. Helpful staff at the call centre. Positive: Clean Great location Easy check in and check out Quit and peaceful Was allowed to check in early. Negative: Chilly, heating did not come on until after 7pm and didn’t get above 17.4. Only two small shower gels provided. Had to go out to buy more.
Beautiful accommodation. We like to visit Whitby a lot so this will definitely be our ‘go to’ accommodation from now on 😊
The studio apartment was very nicely appointed and decorated with a great view of the sea as we were on the third floor. We filled in the first evening arrival questionnaire saying that some lights were flickering while others didn't appear to work; it would have been good to have a response. Host and Stay did not appear to know car parking details so we worked these out for ourselves. A pleasant stay for the two nights we were there.

Beautiful accommodations, spotlessly clean , easy access to Whitby main streets
We loved this apartment and it was very close to all the places we wanted to visit. The standard of the decoration and placement of all the facilities was very high. It was so easy to feel at home and comfortable only wished we could have stopped longer.
Lovely stay! Positive: Easy check in. The keypad was fine. Just tap it for the numbers to show. The sea view from apartment 7 was lovely. It was a very relaxing stay. Overall clean. Location was great with West Cliff car park and beach very close. Negative: There was only a kettle, coffee machine and microwave in the kitchen. A toaster would have helped. The bathroom hadn't been hoovered so there was hair and dust on the floor. Too many steps being on the 3rd floor with no lift but it was okay.
The Langley apartments are new, fresh and really well equipped and to a high standard. The view over the crescent and out to sea was excellent and we loved staying there. A small word of caution, it almost certainly relays this within the details but floors 2 upwards may not ve suitable for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs. Excellent apartment, fantastic views, superb location and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
Great stay, lovely room, very clean, nice central location in easy walking distance of everything so long as you're ready for all the steps in Whitby! I would definitely come back again.

A really lovely place in a great location. It’s looks exactly like the photos and the view is fantastic. The only small thing is the shower isn’t very powerful if you like a very powerful shower, however it’s still lovely. There are a lot of stairs up to the third floor but I liked that as it kept me fit. And Whitby is a lot of up and down so it’s all part of it. The restaurant Nine West pizza type establishment around the corner is fabulous, highly recommend. Overall we had a lovely stay at this apartment and we really enjoyed Whitby. We definitely will be back and will have no qualms in staying again at this place as it was truly lovely. Thank you hosts.
We really enjoyed staying here, gorgeous view out to the front, everything was clean and tidy, it was a beautiful space to stay in. Loads of plug sockets, mirrors, seating and furniture but it didn’t feel cluttered, the smart TV was a fab addition as were so used to hotels not having the TV option. Bathroom was spotless and came with enough towels and body wash. West Cliff car park around the corner was £26 for 48 hours which was fair. We’ll definitely be staying here again if we return to Whitby.
Fantastic apartment, beautifully clean and with everything we needed! Amazing view, comfortable space and a wonderful view. The elevation and dual aspect windows meant we had lovely fresh air to cool the place down, an absolute must in the heatwave when we stayed. I'd just advise you bring bottled water in hot weather for the fridge (it's very warm from the taps) – and your own nespresso capsules if you want to use the coffee maker!
We really enjoyed our stay in Apartment 7. It is on floor 3 and the sea views were lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean and the decor modern and recent. The apartment had three windows, so nice and bright and easy to get a decent draft in the hot weather. The bed was comfy and all linen and towels provided. Parking was easy enough on the WestCliff car park, which was only a couple of minutes away. A short walk to the centre of Whitby. We would love to stay here and visit Whitby again.
Niggles first . As in previous reviews the room was very bright when the sun came up. The shutters don’t keep any light out. There isn’t a lift which may be an issue if you have mobility issues or struggle to carry your luggage upstairs. Parking in the pay and display car park can be expensive if you are staying a few days, so worth bearing in mind. The hosts at previous stays have provided scratch cards for parking outside . There was no cold water from the tap, you will need to buy drinking water, unless you don’t mind warm water ! Also the main door / keypad aren’t the most user friendly ! Minor issues aside . It’s a shame as otherwise , The apartment was great … spacious, immaculately clean, lovely view out to sea. Nice bathroom , comfy bed. The niggles can be overcome and despite those, we would stay again.
Positive: Modern fresh apartment very clean. Negative: Apartment very light even with blinds closed, could do with blackout blinds. No had soap provided in bathroom only shower gel.

The apartment was really lovely. It was immaculate, so modern, clean and fresh. The view was amazing. The location was perfect taking about 5 minutes to walk down into the centre - I couldn’t have picked a better place. I would definitely stay again.
Great location on West Cliff, was in apartment 7 overlooking the crescent green and sea view, apartment super clean and as described. My one very very minor niggle is that the electronic keypad at the main entrance is very hard to read in daylight, if you have any sight issues you will struggle. I did see other guests struggling with this when I arrived but like I said, minor niggle.
Just fab. Positive: Great location and comfy room. Fab view upon sunset.

Absolutely lovely apartment/room very clean and freshly painted . Lovely location sea front only thing we complianed about was the green light which we didnt really know what it was (security fire light maybe) lit up the room so was hard being able to sleep but otherwise Absolutely lovely place to stay and would definitely book again
We enjoyed our 2 night break in Whitby. The apartment was furnished and decorated to a high standard, the bed was comfy and it had beautiful sea views! A couple of things that could be improved- - We had no cold water in the taps whilst we were there, we contacted the host about this but the solution they gave didn’t work. - The shutters don’t keep any light out so the room was light as soon as the sun came up (very early!) - The heating took a long time to warm the place, and it never seemed to get up to the set temp. Overall we enjoyed our stay, a great location and very stylish apartment. Just to be aware that we had 3 flights of stairs to get to our place and no lift, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Very straightforward instructions and easy to find the location. Photos were accurate to how it really looks. Good location on the seafront.
Views out of the window of the stormy sea were 10/10. Bed was lovely. Very well furnished. Heating takes a while to kick in. Pull the front door towards you while tapping in the code. Thank us later 👍🏽
