Perfect stay in Whitby! Positive: Its location is excellent for the Pavilion and getting into town. The apartment is very well set out and a comfortable space to be in for a few days. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked brilliant! The whole apartment was very modern. Negative: The toilet area is a little tight and the lovely sash windows could be cleaner but otherwise, it was fantastic!

Gorgeous cliff top stay. Positive: Everything. Great location on the cliff top. Immaculately clean. Light and airy. Beautifully finished. Streaming services. Coffee pod machine. All conducive to a lovely, restful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back. Negative: As others have stated, possibly the addition of a toaster.

Lovely place to stay. Very private, quiet and relatively clean. Had some issues getting in through the main door as the instructions weren’t particularly clear. The way the room is set out is perfect, bed was comfortable and had enough furniture to make it feel like home without the clutter. To make this a five-star location, I would suggest a couple of additions such as an ironing board (there was an iron but no board?) and a small welcome pack never goes amiss - we have stayed in air bnbs before where a hamper of local produce has been provided, or a bottle of wine. Also a slightly earlier check-in time would have been preferred, like 3pm. But overall, we would recommend this accommodation and would consider staying here again.

We had a lovely stay in Whitby! The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to others. We’d definitely stay again!

Very quiet location but close to everything you need and for days out Negative: Hall way was a little dirty but the rooms were clean. Front door was only secured with a mag lock could have been a little more secure

Lovely studio apartment, clean/spacious/very good location. Comfy bed, fresh smelling bedding and towels. Only one minor suggestion would be to provide a toaster. There is a microwave/kettle/fridge and coffee machine but nothing to make a slice of toast in a morning. The location of the studio was brilliant, just up from the town with its restaurants, bars and things to explore, situated in a quieter area. Very pretty gardens in front of the building and very close to Whitby pavilion and “Clara’s” coffee shop. Plenty of pay and display parking around. The building has been totally renovated to a high standard and appeared to be sound proofed as well, couldn’t hear any of the neighbours TV or talking. We will visit again.

Stylish, top class apartment with seaview Positive: It was a clean, beautifully decorated, stylish apartment with smart home fixtures and fittings. A nice view, half sea and coast, and half street with posh houses. A comfortable bed, an excellent kitchen area, and good bathroom. The location could not be better. Right on the long esplanade, and quiet. I can warmly recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic stay here! The accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great, and the whole place felt welcoming and well looked after. Communication was excellent throughout, and check-in and check-out were really easy. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others!

Lovely apartment, well looked after and clean

I would highly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay, fabulous location within a 5 minute walk of the harbour, lots of parking available and a very proactive and responsive host when I asked any questions. The room was exactly as described and we found everything easy from checking in to checking out. We will definitely be returning soon 5 stars all around !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful Apartment Positive: We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed, and it was a nice touch having a coffee machine as well. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was bright and spacious, and it felt like a real home from home. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The only thing I’d mention is that some of the carpet on the steps leading to the exit is loose and could do with securing, as it may be a trip hazard. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Negative: We couldn’t fault it.

Great views Positive: The location was perfect, and the room was a really good size, comfortable and exceptionally decorated. We were a little disappointed with the kitchen, as apart from a microwave, there was nothing to cook in. No toaster or hob to cook a breakfast on. We had to dispose of all the food we took as we were unable to cook it. Other than that, the stay was good.

We enjoyed our stay in this stylish apartment which is well placed for enjoying all that Whitby has to offer. in general, it is well equipped, comfortable and clean. Guests should be aware that, although the information states coffee pods for the machine are provided, this is apparently not the case. There is also no toaster.

Stunning rooms, can't wait to return Positive: The room was lovely, well presented, included everything you needed - hairdryer, iron, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shower gel. Beds comfortable, rooms clean. You really couldn't fault it or the service the hosts provided. The rooms had a lovely view of the coast. Rooms finished to a high spec. Negative: It was a beautiful sunny day when we landed. The key pad that you use to enter a code, wasn't displaying any numbers (due to the sunshine), so that was a bit of a sticking point. However, we bumped into another resident who explained you had to shield the pad to display the numbers. Once we mastered this, everything else was plain sailing. Literally nothing you could fault. It was a little further out of the main town, but parking was a minutes walk away. I'm not sure that being closer to the centre you get parking, so it's swings and roundabouts. Nice walk into town, but we got a taxi back after a few drinks in the dark. Would i Stay here again - 100% already looking to return.

Good apartment but management needs improvement Positive: Great location with unexpected sea view. Clean and comfortable Negative: Management company were rubbish. Tea and coffee weren’t provided despite stating they would be and chasing for them. Toilet was blocked one morning and despite saying someone would fix it that day, we returned in the evening to find it still blocked and had to chase it up again. A fan would be beneficial during hot weather. No small towel for hair provided which I’d expect.

Well located in a quiet spot within a short walk of the beach and harbour. Very tidy accommodation with everything needed for a short break. Would definitely recommend

So the overall stay was amazing, the location was great, it was clean, the room was beautiful, and just all around good value for money. 100% recommend on that side of it! 💯 But unfortunately someone put the wrong key in the lockbox so we had the wrong key and had no way of locking our room. so we were stuck in the room as we didn't want to leave the room unlocked when we went out. The communication was quick with them sending a maintenance bloke out to look. Fortunately for us. someone in a different room came and checked on us because they had our key and we had there's. l don't think this would effect the overall score and review it was just an inconvenience whilst we had travelled 4+ hours and it was the hottest day of the year. Like I said though, the room and everything was really nice tho!

Great stay, amazing apartment, very modern and clean. Very quiet area. The only small negative I have is that the small white modern digital lock that only lights up so you see any numbers was when you touched it and wasn't obvious to what it was, a photo on messages to guests would help.

Exactly what it says in the tin. Clear and concise instructions not only on how to get there but check in as well. The host responded very quickly to all our queries and was very professional and polite with a ‘Can do’ approach. We found the accommodation very clean and modern and located fairly central to attractions such as Whitby Abbey, Robin Hoods bay and Goathland (Heartbeats Aidensfield). We would definitely recommend it.

Temperamental front door, needed few attempts to get in. Apartment was nice though and looked clean at the first glance. Found headbands under the bed, a pair of big DMs boots under the sofa (!), empty coffee pod in the coffee machine, canvas pic off the wall and placed on the floor near tv leaving not very presentable looking hooks. All of those proved that the property wasn’t cleaned properly after previous guests. Before my arrival I emailed the host to double check if the iron was available in the apartment. I was assured it was. Well, it wasn’t..neither was ironing board. Contacted the host on several occasions and requested one as per room description. Never got one dropped off and the host went quiet. Ended up not wearing my nice evening clothes as no iron to iron them with. If I knew this would be the case, I would have brought my own with me as traveled by car. On the day of departure I sent photographs to the host and requested a partial refund. 2 weeks later, still no news!
