Fabulous Positive: Great property. Kitchen area was really useful. Everything looked brand new. Perfect location Negative: Got a bit warm overnight and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat despite following instructions

Would stay again, clean & comfortable, great communication with host. Positive: Good location, sea view. Comfy bed and very clean. Parking nearby.

Comfy, warm, spacious room by the sea. Positive: Very easy to get in, door and lock box codes were emailed and texted in advance. Room was very spacious, with a lovely view of the sea. Small iron and hanging iron board in the room, and hairdryer. Room was warm with a wall thermostat to adjust. Tea, coffee, and some milk sachets in the fridge for you to use. Great showers with good pressure, a couple of hand/body wash sachets for the guests. Negative: A little sound bleed from other guests in the apartment next to me, take earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Positive: Host and Stay were mega helpful- accommodation spot on and easily the nicest accom in Whitby. Check in is mega easy and seamless and a lovely last min stay with a lovely view. Thank you

Parking a nightmare and very costly as no permit. Positive: Lovely views easy self check in /out. Nice fresh modern room. Negative: Lack of storage space for week stay. Only 4 coat hangers with shallow hanging space. No where to unpack or put case except the floor. PARKING a nightmare NO permit provided so couldn't park on roads and signage very confusing and car park expensive at £13.20 per day mounted up over the week.

Exceptional room (4) and cleanliness, everything we needed and sea view was a bonus. Peaceful and enjoyable stay! Positive: It was beautifully furnished and finished to a high specification. It was exceptionally clean and had a lovely view of the sea from our bay window in room 4. Great to have a little kitchenette which included a fridge and microwave. Didn’t hear anyone else in their rooms too which makes a difference to me. Easy access to keys with the code and good security with the door keypad. Quiet area with convenient little kiosk across the road for snacks and hot drinks etc., although lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We loved the Fox and Badger just around the corner in The Royal Hotel. Negative: It was excellent so nothing.

Positive: Very clean. Lovely sea view. Great location. Negative: If being picky, could of done with a little tea tray for when we first arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment on the West Cliff of Whitby. It's ideally located within easy walking distance of the town while still being in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was modern, spotless, and surprisingly spacious. Charlie was an excellent host who made everything easy and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Home from home comforts Positive: Loved the modern feel of the room.the bed was very comfy and the pillows were superb 👌 loved the sea view and cleanliness of the place.lovely big windows,all very comfy. Negative: The only thing I was disappointed with was no change to the bedding and towels for the week.

Arrived in Whitby, long stay car park only 1 street away so really convenient. It's directly opposite the pavillion so if you're staying in the area for a show, it's a perfect location. It's a 10 minute steep walk into the main town & harbour so be prepared if you have mobility issues. A beautiful building with modern apartments, high end finishes & great views. The bed was really comfy too. The host provides plenty of information about your check in & out which is really helpful. The outdoor electric key pad confused some guests but it illuminated with a single touch, allowing you to then enter your given entry code, accessing your corresponding key safe in the hallway with a key to the inner door and your own room. Cutlery,crockery, towels & tea/ coffee are provided ... but the one downfall is there is only a kettle,microwave & fridge but no other cooking facilities, such as a toaster which would help you start your day. Overall, we'd highly recommend here & will stay again.

Lovely find. Positive: Beautiful apartment well looked after and well presented. Everything you could need.. Good location. Quiet area just a short walk to path down to the beach. Negative: Check in and out times 4pm late and 10am too early No toaster Internal front door slammed itself closed and being in the room above was very loud.

the studio is lovely clean great area\nhowever I had mo heating for my 2 night stay it was cold I messaged numerous times twice saying theyd sort this they didnt \ntook hrs to reply. said there was a guide book there wasnt \nalso no WiFi bit that wasnt a big issue \nI was cold I had to get into bed with quilt and blanket to stay warm \nive never complained ever before. I left the studio clean and tidy. \nI felt id been just left to deal with being cold I couldn't highter it as it was coded the radiators were stone cold. \nim not happy with none sirting out the heating or the hours of no contact I had. with just a thank you for yiur patience \n2 nights no heating in December. no WiFi and a red 50p sized stain on the quilt cover
