A great apartment fitted out to the highest standard. Bed very comfy and a bathroom to die for

Positive: Excellent accommodation couldn't fault it

Lovely apartment. Good position. Positive: The location was perfect. Easily accessible to main attractions and a short walk to a good selection of restaurants Negative: No car parking available except for a pay and display car park, which although was very convenient, was also quite expensive.

Lovely location and a great, clean space. Everything was great overall, and we would definitely come back again. The only issue was on the last night, when the central heating kept turning on no matter how many times we turned it down. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!

Whitby.... Exactly what you want it to be. Positive: We wanted a short break in Whitby, and find an apartment is better than a hotel inn situation. We stayed in flat 12 which is actually in the basement, a small flight of stairs lead down to what appeared to be the freshly refurbished flat. The part that is yours is a large corridor behind a locked door which leads to your good sized private bathroom. Also off the corridor is a large room behind a locked door, this contains the kitchen bedroom seating area with table and chairs. There is a microwave, full size fridge and sink. No toaster but this is because there are smoke alarms all over the building. Although it was the basement there was a window at street level letting in natural light, there is plenty of parking but it does get taken in the evening. there is a carpark about 2 minutes away. Great flat well looked after and in a great location. Negative: Parking was a pain sometimes but nothing that couldnt be sorted.

Peaceful and Comfortable Positive: Fantastic basement apartment very well furnished to a good quality we had a very comfortable stay. Negative: Very well decorated with high end fixtures and appliances, location is perfect just far enough away from the main streets to have peace & quiet but only 5 mins walk away from the main streets

Lovely modern apartment in a good location Positive: Lovely decor light and airy liked that there was a settee and table and chairs not just a bed to sit on Negative: It was very warm at night could have done with a fan and if I was being picky there was mould on the shower sealer and opened shutters to find lots of dirt and dead flies but guess they don’t have much turn around time in between guests would still go again though

Thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay in Whitby in this fabulous, contemporary apartment. Excellent location on Royal Crescent in West Cliff, just yards from the seafront.

Positive: The apartment was really clean and modern. The bed was really comfortable and the location is fantastic. There is always staff available on call to help. Negative: I've had problems finding my apartment. Finding the property was very easy. Once in the main building it said on a board that my apartment is on the lower level, but I couldn't find the staircase that was leading downstairs and there were no signs for it. I rang, but my reception was really bad so I ended up walking through various doors to look for it which made me feel uncomfortable because I didn't want to disturb other guests. I wish there would have been a sign on the closed middle door with something like 'lower level apartments this way'

Positive: Lovely apartment, great location, comfortable bed, very clean

Awful Positive: Nothing Negative: Alarm went all night. Was told do with an earlier major water cut and couldn’t be sorted by maintenance I Was told No other room until 1am and by then it Was Too late. Shower knob fell off and shower head sprayed everywhere.

Positive: Everything was OK 👍 Negative: Could do with a toaster.

Whitby At Langley Hotel Positive: It was clean and spacious the bathroom had a brilliant shower with instant hot water ! I did put in a request for a room on the lower level as my husband has problems with stairs.We were accomodated in room 12 with one flight at basement level and a small outdoor space..You obviously won't have a view but it was in our situation the best option so thank you to the team at Langley Hotel 5* Negative: We had to get to grips with the key code entry but once sorted we were fine No toaster but I can understand why Langley Hotel have chosen not to have them. Location is good parking is not a problem if you are willing to pay for the convenience :)
