spent our valentines weekend trying to sort the heating that wasn't working. if you want warmth don't stay in Apartment 11 the heating obviously has a problem getting into the basement. No light over kitchenette so dark. Not sure why there is a microwave but no toaster. Such a disappointment
Positive: Ideal location for Goth Weekend. We were in basement apartment 11 which was ideal for us. Negative: WiFi was sporadic., maybe because we were in the basement. Just enough tea, coffee, suger & milk for a couple of cups, good job we'd brought our own supplies. There was no toaster, just a microwave.
Great location and very good value Positive: Great location Negative: Kitchen could have been better equipped, I.e. saucepans, bowls. Etc
Adequate Positive: It's a shame there was only 2 small sachets of shower gell, no hand soap and only 1.5 toilet rolls. Had to go shopping at Coop Negative: Our friends were on the top floor and we were in the basement
Positive: The location was excellent, the apartment was presented extremely well and spotlessly clean. Negative: The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working which made the bathroom feel very damp, and without the towel rail on, which i suspect is linked to the heating it was very difficult to dry towels, we stayed 3 nights if we had stayed longer we would have definitely required fresh towels. Apart from the bathroom the apartment was excellent.
Lovely apartment great location. Positive: The property was excellent 👌 and not far from all amenities Negative: The fact it had no proper cooking facilities! Only a microwave! no microwave dishes to cook anything in , and no toaster ! not everyone wants to eat out .

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was perfect for us — beautifully comfortable bed, great location and everything was really easy from start to finish. Check-in was straightforward and hassle-free, which was a big plus. The only small thing was that the room was a little dusty in places, and just to note, the check-in/check-out times were 10am–4pm rather than the usual 11am–3pm we were expecting. Neither took away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it!
Åen leilighet, men delvis under bakkeplan Positive: Romslig leilighet. Godt vedlikeholdt og ren. Negative: Det var overraskende at leiligheten lå delvis under bakkeplan. Vi kan ikke huske at denne muligheten var nevnt på nettsiden. I ettertid ser vi at foto fra denne leiligheten er vinklet slik at dette ikke er synlig Da leiligheten lå under bakkeplan med fortau og vei rett utenfor føltes det ikke komfortabelt å lufte gjennom vinduene eller har åpne persienner. Leiligheten føltes derfor mørk og luften i leiligheten ble også tett. Det sto det en umontert bordvifte i originalemballasje på nattbordet. Vi monterte denne selv, men det var ikke lett uten nødvendig verktøy. Savnet toaster på kjøkkenet.

Non event as the stay was cancelled by the management company about 2 hours before I was due to arrive. Positive: Didn’t get there. The hotel cancelled my booking on the day I was due to stay (Whilst I was on route) Negative: See above

Nice room, amenities poor Positive: Bright, spacious, clean, Place was well furnished and the bathroom was a good size Negative: There were limited amenities. There was no toilet paper provided, I did request when I first arrived but it was not provided at all throughout my stay. No shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. One hand bar of soap and tea/Coffee but no milk.
Whitby is stunning, be mindful where you stay Positive: Great location, very spacious, very modern Negative: Water everywhere in the bathroom, marked bedding, doors not having seals so the wind moves them and makes them creek, breakfast bowls were pointless not deep enough to have cereal in
Excellent apartment , good location, We did have a problem with the heating but it was rectified the following day.
