We enjoyed Whitby but didn’t enjoy the time it took to get to our room , Positive: Beautiful & clean room Negative: The stairs up to the room with no lift was a struggle , only 1 milk and 1 coffee pod for 2 nights stay .

Positive: We where very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Negative: We wasn’t aware there was no lift and was in apartment 10 top floor. Both being in our 70s struggle. We would definitely stay here again but on ground floor or 1st floor

Good location close to car parks. Suitable for able bodied Positive: Location and clean Negative: No view from our room but thats ok we werent in a lot. Attic room.

Positive: Location was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Negative: Hard work carrying cases up 4 flights of stairs. Book a lower floor if your older or unfit!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautifully presented and very clean, as is the building itself. The climb to the 4th floor however should not be underestimated and we would've appreciated a toaster. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Nice but could've been improved easily. Negative: We had a great stay, but not restocking the toilet roll or shower gel was disappointing One toilet roll for a week for 2 people was a bit much. Also the same goes for 2 x shower gel pouches. Also having a microwave was good, but the coffee machine was unnecessary (didn't make sense either as we didn't have coffee pods.) A toaster would've been far better.

Blinds need to work in a roof room! Positive: TV was good, bed was comfortable, bathroom was good Negative: So..... We had an attic room and it had two velux windows and an electronic blind system. The blinds would not close more than a fifth of the way down the window - flagged it on the evening that we got there. No reply initially, and tried to get to sleep with the blinds in position. - awoke when it was light outside, not great - it's lucky it's on the 4th floor and above street lights, so light pollution at night wasn't as big an issue as expected, so one bonus. Owners contacted before 5 am asking me to share details with them of what was wrong and what type of blind it was - not what you'd expect from the owners - you would think they would know what was in their rooms. After some toing and froing of chats, where I tried to do what they asked of me - I think they were looking at the same troubleshooting I found on the internet - they asked if they could send someone around to look. I indicated we were happy for that to happen and went out for the day in Whitby, assuming that they would have a master key to allow access to the rooms, only to spot after a few hours away that they were anticipating us leaving the key back in the lock box to allow their tradesperson to get it and take a look, bearing in mind the response was 2 or 3 hours after we left the room. Also received a call while out which went to voicemail from them - explained that they had contacted their maintenance team, who would need to liaise with the blind installers to understand what to do and would get back to us - this didn't happen, so had to spend a second night with the blind a fifth of the way down and another very early wakeup. Would also ask why no toaster - would have been a handy addition to the kitchen and I'd also question the measurement of 484 square feet..... it's quite a small room overall and for the life of me, I couldn't spot the kitchen table.... can you on the photos? Oh, and the one whole tea bag you provided.... wow... thanks.....

A very economical small room in the perfect area. Handy for parking and the beach. Plus the stairs will keep you fit.

I had a great stay from start the finish. The instructions to find and enter the property were detailed and clear. The property itself was in perfect condition and had everything I needed for a few days stay. The list of recommendations was great and I used a few times. If I return to Whitby I’ll definitely be back.

Could have been warned about the amount of steps 76 to the room. The beefing was clean but the blanket smelt quite bad The ceiling I. The shower room needs painting and doing up by the pipe hole as this ruins the whole look of such a clean apartment The neighbour came in late both nights and woke me up

Stunning apartment which is finished to a very high standard. The remote control electric velux blinds are a great touch. Location is perfect for nice walks and the parking is very close by. There is a fantastic pizza restaurant 2mins walk which was amazing. Would happily stay again.

Brilliant accommodation with great views of the sea and was lovely to hear at night when going to sleep. Property looked brand new and felt very homely and great location for a short walk to all local amenities. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here in Whitby! The location is brilliant, so close to everything we wanted to explore and perfect for walking around town and to the coast. The apartment itself was clean, modern and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our host Charlie was super helpful and very responsive throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Great stay, we’d definitely visit again!
