I stayed new years eve and new years day. On check in no WiFi left couldn't get on my phone to meaasge hose as couldn't get no signal in the hotel. First night the main door was open had no problem getting in second night main door was closed could not open with the key messaged the host didnt really get resolved had to knock other guests up to gain access to the building the next day as leaving and speaking to other guests they also had the same issue with the main door. If it wasnt for waking other guests up i dread to think what would have happened as it was freezing.

Excellent accommodation, very clean with quality furnishings.\nThe bed was very comfortable and we both slept really well.\nLocation was great, we could lie in bed and look out to sea, and was also a short walk into the centre of Whitby whete there are great bars, restaurants and loads of shops.\nCommunication from our hosts was great from start to finish.\nWe will stay here again for sure.

Gorgeous apartment with a great view. Positive: Excellently styled and very clean apartment. It was quite spacious and overlooked a crescent with a sea view as well. A walk into Whitby could be done in 5 minutes and it is very easily reachable by car. Negative: The bathroom is too small, really. 2m2 extra would not have been a luxury. The heating kept turning on and we had to ask support to turn it off a few times during the week.

Good facilites, just needed a few tweaks Positive: Location, amenities, space in room, comfortabke furnishings. Negative: It would have been useful to have a toaster for breakfast and also a change of towels if staying for more than a couple of nights. Also, the toliet seat was loose and the extractor fan above caked with fluff and dirt, needed a good clean.

We loved it ! Positive: Perfect! Tastefully decorated and lovely and clean would stay again without hesitation 🫶🏻 Negative: Would have preferred a toaster instead of the coffee machine. Would be a great option to have scratch cards available to purchase for the parking through the booking process.

Great location, lovely clean and modern room

Had a fantastic stay and to top it all the weather was fantastic Positive: Beautiful set up and exceptionally clean.

Positive: Facilities were excellent. Comfortable. Spotless. Well equipped - fan, decent hairdryer. Great shower. Decor was lovely. Sea view. Lovely blinds! Negative: Paying for parking - we didn’t manage to get street parking so found the charges quite expensive.

Disappointing as it could have been superb Positive: Incredibly tidy, clearly newly refurbished & Very clean. View was great. Lovely white laundry. Negative: The instructions for the keypad entry were awful - it actually looks like a fob/swipe, not a keypad, plus you have to tap it to wake it up. This wasn’t In The instructions and meant us having to phone for help which was annoying when you just want to get in. Also you can’t see the numbers on the pad in the afternoon when the sun is shining on it. In our opinion the sofa is very small. Not enough room for us both to sit on it comfortably with a coffee. The “wardrobe “ was disappointing- a metal frame with 5 coat hangers? The most dissatisfying was the level of light throughout the night - the green emergency (?) light is very bright and In your face when you are trying to sleep. I wished I had masking tape to tape over it. The window shutters are very stylish but dont block the light out either which meant I got hardly any sleep over the 2 nights we stayed so I left feeling very tired. Due to this we wouldnt recommend or stay again which is a shame

Perfect little getaway spot, with the most amazing views of the famous coasts, paired with comfort and peace. Only downs Positive: Everything was perfect, the room was spotless, beautifully decorated, had everything we’d need, from mugs and hairdryers, to spare toilet role and the most amazing fridge keeping our drinks ice cold (how we love them), the first aid box came in handy, due to the blisters we obtained from walking around ahaha… the bathroom was clean and the bed was super comfy, and the towels came in handy also. The view was superb and location was spot on. Negative: The good massively outweighs the bad, but a little constructive criticism never hurts ahaha, we had the most perfect time, but the only negative thing we could say about was the temperature of the room and lack of control we had, as a couple who like to sleep in colder temperatures, we were a bit disappointed at the fact we couldn’t control the temperature of the room, but all being said we made due with this ever so tiny detail.

The sun is pretty strong in an afternoon and it was difficult to see/use.

Comfortable and great location Positive: Location is perfect with views of the sea from the rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room. Negative: In between the window and window sill were lots of dead flies which put us off sadly. We reached out to the owners and were told to send photos and if we weren’t happy to leave but we would have had no where else to stay. We weren’t offered anything else. Other than this the room was great.

Totally let down and fob off Positive: the view where it was situated and beautifully furnished Negative: customer service was diabolical. No problem was ever sorted out. just given the same generic answer to everything like you will write underneath this review. One tea bag,Four coffee pods, one tiny shower/shampoo gel enough for one person to use once, rubbish from the last tenant, dirty glass, water left in kettle and no key codes on arrival even though it was agreed we could arrive at 2pm. The owners of these appointments are seriously let down with thier property customer services

Positive: The room and location was great Negative: The entrance into the building was stocking..we couldn't get into the building as door wouldn't unlock..phoning for help was a waste of time as they couldn't help..twice we struggled for 20 minutes to get in..it ruined our whole stay there

Positive: The whole experience was truly amazing, great location with sea view. The room was stunning couldn't find fault with anything. We will be definitely revisiting in the future .
