Very disappointing Positive: The lodge was at a nice location Negative: The hot tub was covered with floating gunks and nobody came to clean it even after we mentioned it to the reception! The double door wasn’t functioning and was already broken so the lodge wasn’t secure . Dirty sanitary pad was left in toilet bin and pillow case was covered in yellow stains! WiFi wasn’t working also .

Place was nice just let down by the cleanliness Positive: The space and homely feeling Negative: Cleanliness, past guests must off left a sentimental gift and cleaners didn’t check and also cutlery draw hadn’t been cleaned, food on floor and flies on arrival, dust, also trouble will locking the French doors.

Apart from the cleanliness, it was a comfortable stay great location although we had problems with the TV due to poor si Positive: The layout and location Negative: Bread crumbs on the worktop, Air frier was not clean,stain marks on utensils and flies on the floor.

Nice site, lovely lodge and hot tub, shame about the building site that totally wasn’t mentioned! Positive: Lovely lodge, all new and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was very enjoyable Negative: Absolutely no communication that the lodge was next to a building site, very sneaky and poor!

Will steal anything you leave on accident!!! Negative: Be really careful when booking to stay with this company. I left an expensive coat there and they are claiming they never found the coat. I knew I left it hung up so they have stolen it. Terrible communication as rang a couple of times and they agreed to call back but never did. Also when we arrived the hot tub was dirty with pet hair and was pinging up saying the filter needed changing. Again when complained they said it had been cleaned and they won’t do anything about it. The water was green. The lodge wasn’t clean. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Positive: Flies in the kitchen. As soon as we got in they were on our food. Cobwebs on the curtains that had a spide on them in rhe bedroom. Sofa bed was realy uncomfortable.
