There is a travel cot at the property but no linens for it. this property is supplied by a private water supply. the property operates on a septic tank system, so we kindly ask guests to only flush toilet paper and avoid disposing of wipes, sanitary products, or other items down the toilet. Please do not place bags or general waste in the recycling bins. Additionally, charging electric vehicles at the property is not permitted.

“This property is in the most serene and beautiful setting flanked by working farmlands (full of cows and even Alpacas!) The views out to sea and Holy Island are nothing short of spectacular. This house probably has the best views of any Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The property itself is well equipped for a large family gathering (my wife and I stayed with my parents and brother and there was more than enough space for us all). The communal areas are great and very good for hanging out in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable with high quality sheets. It is situated very privately which adds to the sense of tranquility. We didn't see another human being until we headed out on trips nearby. As for trips, Holy Island causeway was only 8 mins away, and Bamburgh beach (and castle) about 15 mins. Similar to Berwick for larger amenities if needed (like big supermarket). Great location. Would absolutely return and recommend to anyone looking to explore Northumberland.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Homestead. The house was beautiful and well-appointed with everything you could need, and the location was beautiful and peaceful (although our stay did coincide with Lindisfarne Festival for a couple of nights). Check-in was simple and the property was easy to find, though I did have to message to request check-in details in advance (sending them 4hrs before check-in time just isn't convenient - I want to know where I'm going before travelling). Communication with Host & Stay was good once I got past the chatbot. A number of times I got a quick response that didn't answer my question but eventually I did seem to get a response from a person. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no reservations about recommending The Homestead.”

“Immaculate house, location and amazing view. The pictures don’t the do the view of the coast justice. Enjoyed deck, gardens, and impressive Limousine herd of surrounding farms. Great place for family retreat. Regret not being able to stay longer.”
