Stayed at this Airbnb with a group of people on a trip to Liverpool for Valentine’s Day. The apartment was immaculate and very well kept. The place was stunning and has plenty room for everyone. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Plenty of room for our group of friends. Apartment is over two floors and sufficient bathrooms for all guests. Easy walk into the city. Would go back again.

This place was amazing, we had a big group of us there for a event in the evening and it was perfect location for when we wanted to go shopping in the center, 10 min walk into the centre. Host was very communicative and helpful. Place was clean and tidy everything you need there

Location was perfect 5 minute uber or 20 minute walk to centre of liverpool. There is quite a few stairs as described but this didn’t bother our group, just be prepared for a leg workout! The instructions and communication were great. The place was tidy and clean. We felt like we had lots of room and nice communal areas for a bigger group, can’t complain, we all had a lovely weekend stay. Thankyou.

I went with a group of friends for my 30th birthday and we had a brilliant time! The apartment exactly matched the photos - it was very spacious, clean and well laid out. When we arrived, the host had gifted us with birthday balloons, a card and chocolates, which were very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone wishing a lovely stay near the centre of Liverpool!

Perfect for an our group. Clean, good beds, nice kitchen

Great location. Very clean. WiFi great. I think it would be a struggle to get 2 people in 2 of the double beds in the eaves as the ceilings are really low. Fortunately there weren’t that many of us although I still managed to bang my head! No dishwasher which we found surprising given the number of people who can stay. There is a washing machine though. Strict rules around noise with a noise detector. I was in the eaves and it was quiet but people staying on floor below heard quite a lot of noise - it was Saturday night so we expected it. The bathroom smelled a bit of drains but no visible problems. Showers in the loft but were small but worked well. We could have done with a velux blind closer/ opener in the loft bedrooms. If there was one, we couldn’t find it. All in all it was a good place to stay for a group having a fun city break in Liverpool. About 20 minutes walk from the heart of it all or short taxi journey.

Great stay for groups Positive: Great location. Modern and well kept. Plenty of bathrooms which is helpful when travelling as a group. Nice, spacious seating areas. Negative: Upstairs bedrooms have sloped roofs which might not be suitable for all guests. Bathrooms upstairs didn’t have windows so there was little air circulation.

Modern, spacious flat which is well situated. Positive: Well decorated, modern, spacious flat ideally located for all the sites and restaurants in Liverpool. It’s in a quiet area and a stones throw from both cathedrals. All the restaurants on Bold St were only a short walk away. My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay. Negative: The property was fine, but the company which owns it requires a deposit for breakages etc. This isn’t stated clearly up front, but it’s in the small print and they keep £10 as an admin fee. Given we are in the times of election transfers and this is on top of the rental charge, I’m baffled why they need an admin fee when it’s just a click of a button. Also, it takes 10 working days to return the deposit which is too long, given the flat was checked as soon as we left.

We had a great stay here! Location is where we needed to walk within 20 mins of places which was ideal. Downside was no baking trays, but soon resolved by a quick deliveroo drop! Lots of stairs up to the apartment which with toddlers isn’t ideal, but a good workout!

Very good location for family occasion. Positive: Very good location. Plenty of space -well appointed Negative: Slight difficulty getting into apartment , we were right at the top of the house - a little bit of decorating is required

Great flat for a large group, only downside was the early checkout at 10am didn’t give us much time after New Year’s Eve to get packed plus 6 kids fed dressed and out by 10am. There’s no dishwasher at the flat so washing all the dishes by hand for 12 people was tiring. Great location and big flat, had a lovely stay all in all.

It was a lovely experience staying at Hotel & Stays Place, the kids and family members enjoyed the space and was comfortable throughout our stay.

Very nice area between the two Cathedrals and easy to find. Parking permit for one vehicle with secure cheap overnight parking 2 min walk away. Hosts were responsive to questions and all check in information was clear and sent in plenty of time. Place was clean and had plenty of space for 2 families.

Great accommodation but hidden fees. Positive: Perfect accommodation for a large group visiting the city. Negative: Hidden charges over and above what is paid through booking.com. Additional fees applied which if not paid prevented check-in.

Great Location. The flat had lots of space for our party of 10. Communication was great.

We had a great stay here. Everything was as described and was in a lovely area and lots and lots of space for everyone. This is the perfect place if you are a large group, because there's plenty of seating in the living room and a great big table in the kitchen and diner, and ...... they had plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery etc, which is quite rare with AirBNBs. Lovely and central too, just a short walk from everywhere and is a lovely tree lined and quiet street. Hosts were super responsive and super friendly, which is always nice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Fantastic location, really easy to check in. We stayed over Christmas and it was perfect for our whole family to be together. The kitchen and lounge were perfect for socialising.\nLiverpool Cathedral is a 5min stroll and was beautiful to attend the carol concert on Christmas Eve.

Great Location and Spacious apartment with great host! Positive: Really liked how spacious , clean the rooms were. It was also in a great location on a really nice street. The hallway walls probably could do with a touch up but the rooms , bathrooms and kitchen were pretty well done up and nicely decorated. Negative: honestly this place was such good value for money and don't have much i didn't like. only thing was one of the ensuite rooms could only be hot or cold. Additionally the apartment was on the top floor so had to climb 2 flights of stairs which was fine , not sure if i missed this in the listing but would have been good to know due to luggage.

The flat was perfect for us as an extended family returning to Liverpool for a family funeral. We all fitted in fine and the place was comfortable and clean. Location wise it's great. The host was great at communicating and we had no problems while there,

We had a great stay in this apartment celebrating my mum’s 60th birthday. We had plenty of space for 6 of us staying here. Everything was as described. Only a couple of minor things for improvement such as a few spotlights not working (one of them was flickering) and a mouldy shower head which really needed a good clean. Otherwise, we were very happy here, thank you!

A group of us stayed for a weekend visit to Liverpool. The flat was very spacious and comfortable for us all. Nice and clean im a great location

The accommodation was as described met our needs perfectly. Great location , short walk to centre and was quiet at night. plenty of space, and plenty of glasses etc.

Great location, modern apartment. Positive: Great place to stay with family/friends. A group of 12 of us celebrating some big birthdays. Walking distance to great bars, big comfy apartment very modern and nice inside. 3 showers/toilets. Plenty of fridge space. Key pad to enter which was great for a larger group so people could come and go as they please. I think other rented apartments in the block but no issues with noise or anything. Would definitely come back and such good value for money Negative: Nothing. A later checkout may have been handy but we managed 10am ok.

Nice apartment & good location but sadly we had no hot water for over 24 hours of our 2 night stay & communication to resolve this wasn’t very proactive despite us telling them what the issue was !! Also my pillows were stained with blood all 4 of them so had no choice but to use which was very unhygienic.

The apartment was very nice and catered for our needs. We were a group of 5. The location is excellent. Everything is walkable. The large kitchen area was very nice to gather and eat together. The accommodation was clean. There was a smell of drains from the lower floor bathroom which was quite unpleasant. We bought some air freshener to try to hide the smell. The extractor fan was not working in this room. Sadly, one of the fridges was not working- which we didn’t realise until the second day of our stay. Hopefully, this will now be rectified for the next guests.

Sehr komfortable und großzügige Wohnung im Herzen von Liverpool, sehr gute Kommunikatiion mit dem Verwalter. Einzig bei Kühlschrank und Warmwasser in der Küche gibt es ein wenig Nachholbedarf.

War ganz gut. Leider ein bisschen dreckig in der Dusche, abgeplatzte Teller und übler Chlorgeruch am Einzugstag. Ansonsten alles super.

From the start to the end of our stay the host was very attentive and quick with responses. The apartment was easy to check in to and just having codes instead of keys was great. It meant all members could come and go as they please. The amenities in the apartment were well resources and extras under the kitchen sink such as toilet roll. Our stay was great and would definitely stay again

The apartment is in a great location in central Liverpool. Instructions for access and checkin easy to follow. Initially the apartment looked beautiful and it was to a degree but we had some fairly notable issues. The kitchen and livingroom were lovely with no issues. The loft bedrooms however were both ensuite and had a notable sewage smell coming from the toilets that was pretty persistent, one being much stronger than the other. This smell also seemed to persist in one of the downstairs bedrooms. This bedroom also had the door handles hanging off with a large hole under the handle which negated the feeling of privacy. At one point I was locked out of my room for 5 minutes when the door closed over and the handles wouldn't align. This was very stressful as my phone and belongings were all in the room and I had to keep the door wedged open the rest of our stay. Another bedroom also had door handles hanging off to a lesser degree and also had a hole in the door again negating privacy.

A great apartment in a fantastic location.

We throughly enjoyed our stay; the place was clean and tidy, had good amenities, and matched the description very well. It was only a 15-20 minute walk from Liverpool city centre, or an uber cost less than £5. Check in was very easy and the communication was excellent. One thing to note is that there’s quite a few steps up to the apartment, but for us, this wasn’t an issue. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great location and easy check in The apartment was very clean and spacious. The lounge is bigger than in the pics. The road is a little noisy and there were some loud guests downstairs but that can’t be helped. The door code entry was a really good feature as we didn’t have to faff with keys. The hosts provided us with all the info we needed, although perhaps the system is a bit overzealous with the communication as I received a lot of duplicate messages about signing in!

spacious and clean property in a fabulous location Positive: The location was great, the kitchen was well equipped and you provided fans for each bedroom which was greatly appreciated. Negative: The sofas in the lounge were a little hard and not very comfortable.

Positive: We stayed in 54C. The bedrooms are excellent and it will sleep 12. Very clean, newly painted. Location is great lovely street. Shops restaurants bars nearby and 20 min walk to Albert Dock. Negative: The living room/kitchen is small, only 4 chairs at the dining table. 1 parking permit provided if you go with 2 or more vehicles you have to find a car park. We were relocated by Host and Stay the day before we travelled and the admin associated with this was very poorly handled. Happy to provide full detail.
