Reasonably priced for a characteristic apartment quite close to town centre. Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful when communicating to them via messages. It was a good size apartment and easy to gain access with the key codes on the doors. I like how they had sachets of coffee, tea, sugar and expresso machine pods. It was clean, tidy and had enough towels etc. Nice how they had sachets of shampoo and soap in the bathroom along with hair dryers in the rooms. Nice decor in the rooms aswell with a modern funky theme and the beds were comfywith blankets. I liked their guest guide, free WiFi and there was a parking permit available if needed. Also loved the big Georgian windows. Negative: The apartment was cold and took quite a while for the heaters to warm up the rooms. The heaters weren't working all the time when needed. The whole flooring felt a little uneven so much so you felt like you were walking drunk and there were a creaking thumping noise when walking on it esp in the hall and kitchen but I understand it is an old building. There wasn't any spare toilet rolls and for a family of four we only just had enough for two nights but would have been better to have 2 - 4 rolls there. The T.v in the kitchen didn't work properly and kept skipping/pixelating but the other t.vs worked. Thus, we stayed in the bedrooms in bed watching t.v when we stayed in one night after a full day out sight seeing as the kitchen was rather too cold and it's T.V didn't work. The view from the kitchen was not appealing backing onto a neighbour's house with scaffolding etc but just kept the blinds down.

Liverpool Gem! Positive: Standard apartment in the middle is very very nice indeed. Really nicely done out, very well equipped , cozy big beds and bathroom with a bath and shower. Tea and coffee and condiments provided which we appreciated as we made a cooked breakfast. Owners even left chocolates and a card for my daughter as it was her birthday. Location excellent in my favourite part of Liverpool so beautiful and quiet , great walk into town past lots of pubs bars restaurants and shops. Liverpool just gets better every time always so much going on there and new things to see and do. Architecture amazing and the people and atmosphere are the best in uk in my opinion! Will definitely book this place again in the future. Thank you to our hosts who were so helpful throughout.

Eventful I’d say. Positive: The property was well situated. Clean and comfortable. Negative: The lock in the bathroom broke leaving my friend locked in for nearly two hours. When contacted no help was provided and told to phone fire brigade.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Great places to eat and drink all in walking distance. Perfect for our daughter’s graduation as a 10 minute walk to the Philharmonic hall and city centre area. Recommend a stay.

Prima verblijf, wel gehorig met bovenburen Positive: De locatie Negative: Dat de bedden wat krap waren voor 2 personen. Was beter geweest om een los toilet te hebben dan een toilet in de badkamer. En we konden niet onze spullen eerder kwijt, terwijl dit wel werd aangegeven in de chat op hun kantoor. Nu heb ik zelf wat moeten regelen.

Lack of sleep! Positive: It was clean and comfortable Negative: The noise!!! It was a Tuesday night but there was a party in the property upstairs that kept me awake all night. There is NO sound proofing whatsoever and no staff able to help at night.

Fatal Negative: A pesar de que el alojamiento estaba muy limpio, las camas estupendas, que el piso estaba muy bien y la localización estaba bien hubo muchas cosas que hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia nefasta. En primer lugar, al llegar no funcionaron los códigos que nos proporcionaron tuvimos que llamar a atención al cliente con el costo que eso nos supuso y la mujer que contestaba el teléfono nos colgaba…. Por lo que tuvimos que llamar varias veces hasta que nos atendió debidamente. A pesar de reservar para 8 personas no había sábanas para el sofá-cama solo un edredón. Había poco papel higiénico para tantas personas se nos acabó y tuvimos que comprar. Faltaba una toalla. Y lo más impactante es que la puerta de entrada al piso no se bloqueaba y se quedaba abierta con todas nuestras pertenencias dentro por lo que no era nada seguro, podía haber entrado cualquier persona ajena al alojamiento… También llamamos y no recibimos ninguna solución nos hacían mandarles videos y toda la información por correo electrónico en vez de enviar a alguien inmediatamente a resolver el problema. Para tener que pagar tanto dinero y además una cobertura de daños (algo nunca visto en ningún país) es inaceptable que pase todo esto…

Positive: Great communication Family friendly Reasonably priced Negative: Little bit noisy

Positive: It's in a great location - The WiFi worked well - The bed was comfortable - The facilities were overall pretty good. Negative: The host sent 16 (Sixteen!!) automated messages with long-winded, outdated and irrelevant information for a simple 2-night stay. Super annoying, intrusive and unnecessary. There's such a thing as over communication. I politely asked them to stop the messages but they continued. - The building is old and has a lot of charm but it also means the place shakes when the neighbours are moving around. You can also hear them constantly. - There was a weird smell in the apartment. - Some of the lights need replacing - Overall a pretty souless and unenjoyable stay.

Canning St is ideally positioned just outside the centre of town in the posh bit. It is very near the cathedral which is well worth a visit including the view point at the top. You can easily walk to most attractions and eateries in under 15 mins. The beds were very comfy , 3 doubles. 3 tv's. You may need the ear plugs in the bedside tables if you're a light sleeper like me . The kitchenette was adequate. The locks are keypad codes , no keys to lose. Host and Stay were quick to respond to any questions.

Good stay, really responsive , instructions and check in very smooth. Would recommend

Relaxing stay in lovely quiet neighbourhood near cathedral Positive: Lovely street in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood near the cathedral and Hope Street. Well furnished and set out for a few days stay. Good for working from home, dogs, nice pubs and cafes Negative: Bit dingey in the kitchen. Would have liked a dishwasher. Sofa not that soft. Otherwise very good.

Great apartment not far away from town centre at all, we walked it in 15mins Nice surrounding area Apartment well stocked, a little worn in places but nothing that affected our stay. Nicely decorated and all amenities present. Point to note, no fault of host but the apartments do not shield noise from other flats so you can hear movement and voices from other guests.

Couldn’t recommend this place more highly for a stay in Liverpool. Located amongst the beautiful Georgian terraces in a very convenient location. The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos and was very comfortable. We will be back!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a couple of days. The host was very responsive and friendly. The locatio is excellent and amenties great.Theapartment is exactly what you see in the picture.

Loved Liverpool Great location for us far enough out to be quite but close enough to walk into town Positive: Lovely property clean and bright. Basics for washing up, tea/coffee milk, shower provided to start you off. Right by cathedral. Easy to park permit provided. Walked into town/docks 20mins ish Negative: Had wrong code to check in but quickly sorted with a call to agent. Extra pillows would good. Luckily we weren't using sofa bed so were able to use those pillows.

Excellent accommodation Positive: Beautiful apartment and great location. Easy access from the airport with a direct bus. Negative: Check out was far too early at 10am instead of the standard check-out time of around 11 am or 12 noon. .

Nice location, easy for the parking

Positive: Location, parking and the ambiance of the apartment,which was well equipped and oresented Negative: Nothing in particular, additional charges for clean ing and damage waiver, were a bit excessive

Good property in great location. A few small improvements could make this a 9 or 10. Positive: Well equipped property in great location for exploring the city. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice bed linen & towels. Generally very clean and well maintained. Negative: Sofa was quite uncomfortable (probably because it doubles up as a sofa bed). Grill pan wasn’t clean and there were no scouring pads to clean it with. Water pressure in shower wasn’t great although there was always plenty of hot water.

Nice apartment, beware hidden fees Positive: Nicely appointed and clean - good size apartment Negative: They take a £200 security deposit which is understandable, but they keep a £10 ‘admin’ fee which is inexcusable. That is a standard cost so it should be included in the price of the booking, it is just a hidden fee. It also took over 3 weeks to get my £190 back.

Great location and great facilities, not overly comfortable or quiet at night. Negative: Beds were a bit hard and it was very noisy the first night with other guests in another apartment being noisy coming into the property. You could hear voices loudly and banging of doors.

Great location, beautiful apartment and they had some essentials ready for us (coffee pods, salt, pepper, etc). The only down part was the fact that it was not very clean. We found some dirty dishes and when we open the sofa bed it was also dirty. Apart from that, it was really great.

Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Positive: Excellent location. Very comfy beds. Negative: Nil.

Lovely apartment, perfectly located

Fair price, clean and well situated. It wasn’t particularly sound proof, we could hear the neighbours moving about. But we still enjoyed our stay.
