Not the apartment we paid for, not recommended Positive: Location was pretty good close to bus stops Negative: When I booked, it stated 2 living rooms and a bedroom. When I contacted the host, they said some of their appartments had this, but not what I booked... however on my booking confirmation is apartment with 2 living areas with tvs and sofa beds, a bedroom with sofa be bed and privat bathroom, they wouldn't do anything and just kept blaming booking.com saying it was their issue, upon arrival place smelt smoky and musty, again the following day said they could send someone out , to check this if we wished, but we had the place aired out! it's quiet zone between 10pm and 8am we had a 4 year old there was partying all night, the host didn't recognise this when told just said oh yes I appreciatethe sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable Also, upon arrival, they sent us the wrong post code, which brought us to 42 canning street it's on another street. I had to sleep in the main living area on a rock-hard sofa bed where no heating was working either luckily, there was a plug-in heater. Also advertised was a sofa bed in the main bedroom. That wasn't there either.. very disappointing, and although the host replies, no solution or acceptability is taken. We did not get the apartment we booked and paid for

Great communication Positive: The apartment was very well laid out and clean with everything we needed and ideally located. Parking wasn't a problem at all. The hosts were incredible with communication, one of the the blind pulleys didn't work and this was fixed within a few hours. Negative: If you are a family or group hoping to get good rest after exploring, I would not recommend this place on a Friday or Saturday. Despite the house rules stating very clearly the quiet hours and no parties, we were kept awake both nights from 1am until 4am by music, loud chatting, the TV on full blast and thumping around by the apartment upstairs. The hallway also stank of smoke while this party was in residence, again, quite clearly states no smoking.

Positive: Flott leilighet. Stor stue/kjøkken med spisekrok og velutstyrt kjøkken. Kaffemaskin med kapsler og pulverkaffe stod klar. Salt/pepper og smør var på plass. Gode senger i soverommet. Ekstra dyner og puter tilgjengelig. Flott bad. Alt fungerte perfekt! Ca 20 minutter fra sentrum. Lett å komme i kontakt med utleier - meget rask respons på henvendelser. Negative: Litt hard sovesofa, men fungerte greit for 1 person. Veldig lytt mellom etasjene. Hadde leilighet i 1. etasje, og party i etasjen over oss. Ristet i gulv og vinduer når de hoppet og spilte musikk. Hørte alt som ble sagt gjennom veggene. Skulle være ro kl 22, men det var det lang ifra. Ikke å anbefale i helg hvis du drar med barn, Veldig stille og rolig midt i uka.

这次入住非常舒服，酒店位置也很不错，附近有英国最大的教堂，还有利物浦大学。各著名景点，都在30分钟步行距离中。设施齐全，非常适合家庭旅游。

A huge disappointment Negative: Not fit for paying customers , when we arrived there was water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom from neighbour above, either from a broken loo or shower , we couldn’t use the facilities due to this, we asked to be moved , this was declined , a maintenance person visited and advised it was fixed but as soon as the above apartment used their bathroom the same problem happened. We complained , no help was given so we left with our 2 small children and booked into another hotel at our own expense. We have now spent the last 2 months waiting on Host & Stay to process our complaint and provide us with a refund, the service quite frankly has been disgusting. I will never book with this company again.

Really lovely apartment which is very spacious. But wouldn’t say dog friendly as couldn’t leave the dog at all. Great cl Positive: Really liked how clean it was and how spacious it was. Thought the check in was extremely simple and great that it had free parking. Negative: Thought the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable so could do with a new sofa bed or a good mattress topper. Bit gutted with being told last minute that we couldn’t leave our dog at all as booked it with it being dog friendly so had to change restaurant bookings etc.

A proximité de la cathédrale , la situation géographique permet de faire le centre ville à pied. Immense parc à 5 minutes de voitures pour les promenades du chien. La carte de stationnement « résident » fourni , garanti une place de parking à proximité immédiate du logement.point de chute pratique pour découvrir Liverpool.

Loved it. Would definitely book again. Positive: Perfect location for our stay as we like to spend time in the Georgian Quarter for the Cathedral and the venues on Hope Street. Great communication from the host. Beautiful bedroom. Easy to access the building and apartment. Very clear and easy to use guest pack. Great value as all hotels were very expensive due to the match and we got this for a fraction of the cost. Negative: Anything I didn't like is either too trivial to mention or mitigations were in place.

Beautiful accommodation. Perfect location. Poor management and lots of hidden extra costs. Positive: The location was perfect for our requirements. The accommodation itself was beautiful and well laid out. Was well presented Negative: The sofa bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The worse I have ever slept on you could actually feel the mechanisms. bedroom was stiffing hot. Tower fan was provided, but all it did was circulate the warm air. Biggest gripe was we were there for 3 nights. I reported that the TV in the main living area wasn't working. Explained the importance of this to me, as the purpose of my trip was accompanying a disabled child who was accessing medical treatment locally, unable to go out, so having a working TV was really important as my only source of entertainment. Despite reporting it daily, no one bothered to get back to me or made any attempt to fix it. No apology either. Lots of hidden charges in regards to security deposits/ additional insurances which were not obvious when it was booked. Would not book any properties managed by this host company again

Spacious, Spotless & Perfectly Located Positive: We had a lovely stay at the Georgian Quarters. The location was ideal—just a short walk to restaurants and shops, which made everything very convenient. The apartment was spotless on arrival, which we really appreciated. Even though we booked a one-bedroom for four people, there was plenty of space. The bedroom had both a double bed and a sofa bed, and the living room also had a sofa bed, so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Would definitely stay again next year!

Negative: Divani letto scomodi anche solo per sedersi (barre di ferro ovunque). Lo staff prima dell'arrivo ti bombarda di messaggi per chiedere qualsiasi tipo di informazione (livello stalker); quando però hai bisogno di loro SPARISCONO. PESSIMI!!!

Everything great apart from the extremely uncomfortable sofa bed - beware. Recommend the owners try sleeping on it! Positive: Location perfect, clean and spacious. Negative: Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed with thick metal bar and springs under you - led to sleepless nights which seeped into enjoyment of the days.

Could be perfect.... Positive: They flat looked perfect on arrival, and the location was very quiet, which was amazing. The info sheet regarding the flat which was sent before arrival was very professional and made easy to understand. Negative: The codes for the property didn't work on arrival. Had to call the management company which took forever to get the problem solved. Given new codes still didn't work. Someone had to come to the property. The flat wasn't very clean, glass pieces were found in living room and bathroom. The bed and sofa were so outdated and uncomfortable to sleep in.

The apartment was nice enough, decent bathroom , only issue was the fact that it had not been hoovered or the kitchen units wiped down. There is a vacuum cleaner so we were able to give it a once over . Other than that , a good stay

Brilliant spot for visiting the whole of Liverpool if you are happy to walk everywhere. Positive: The location and the ease of getting in and out with a code. Pictures of Beatles on the wall! We did not spend much time in the flat as we were out most of the time. Negative: We did not have a chopping board so had to buy one. The hot water tank did not work when we first arrived but was fixed the next day. The bedroom door was very squeaky and needs oiling.

Nice apartment in a great location - BE AWARE OF THE FINE PRINT - YOU MIGHT BE CHARGED EXTRA FEE Positive: The property was nice and in a great location. We loved the area, close to everything. We really liked the apartment. It is close to transport, arty areas and great local pubs and restaurants nearby. Negative: This has been already been brought up with other reviewers and I unfortunately saw this those reviews too late - meaning - I saw it after I booked and paid in full. Other reviewers have already complained about a 250 GBP insurance bond which is refundable in a couple of weeks OR as in my case, I was charged a 25 GBP nonrefundable fee (instead of the upfront 250 GBP) - which was not included in the booking price - and for which I had no choice but to pay the day before I was due to check in - because I admit - I did not check the fine print first. Maybe this is a British thing or maybe this is a "Airbnb" type thing. From my point of view, I never book Airbnb precisely because of the hidden costs or cleaning costs etc. I have always used Booking.com because the price is the price ..... and most of the time, I have never had to worry about the fine print .... so this time, I was caught out. Actually, the damage insurance fee just made us feel uncomfortable and with all of the bad press that Airbnb and private short stay hosting is receiving these days ..... I can understand why people will utlimately choose hotel style accomodations again - especially since hotels are now also offering self catering larger style rooms these days. However, I will point out that we did not damage anything and we did not get charged for any damage and we did not have a bad experience during our stay - quite the opposite because the apartment is really nice and in a wonderful part of Liverpool. The insurance or damage bond fee - just made me realise that the days of private hosting could be coming to an end - we are still the guests afterall - are we not? Perhaps there are some very bad guests - but we are not one of those - I have been on Booking,com since the beginning in 1996 - I am a genius level 3 member and I am sure there are many like me.

Não me enviaram as instruções de check in. Apenas que deveria ser feito por telefone (ligação). Mandei várias mensagens durante a viagem pra entender e ninguém me respondeu. Quando cheguei ao local, consegui ligar e tive que fazer uma série de cadastro e pagamento de taxa para poder receber a senha de entrada. Tem uma taxa de 20 libras (não reembolsável) ou você paga 150 libras e eles estornam 140 (depois de 20 dias úteis). Informação que não consta no anúncio. Do restante o apartamento é ótimo e bem localizado.

Spacious comfy Canning Positive: Comfortable bed and seating Plenty of room to relax. Parking permit for a quiet road. Small kitchen area but functional . One minor point, a little extra effort in cleaning the hob fully around the controls. A small kitchen trolley would go a long way to alleviate this obstacle. Negative: Hob still had some grease around the controls. Kitchen work top space functional but limited.

Amazing location, easy check in and felt secure. Free parking available but also walking distance to areas. Apartment was tidy and bathroom was immaculate. Would just mention that the walls are very thin so it was extremely noisy you could hear the other apartments talking and walking above etc but overall location was nice and quiet. Unfortunately the hair dryer wasn’t working and the shower did not stay up but this didn’t affect our stay and we would definitely visit again.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY IN LIVERPOOL Positive: Love the location, across the road from the cathedral and in a great part of Liverpool. Love the light spacious rooms and the little touches. Very clean and an easy check in process. Such a cute apartment to stay at! Negative: Could hear a lot of noise from upstairs guest - music, thumps, conversations etc.

An excellent experience from point one. Perfectly situated, close to everything we wanted to see and visit. Clear instructions and very comfortable place to stay in. Would definitely come back. Thank you very much. Katarina
