Lovely Liverpool Positive: Me and my daughter stayed for five nights in this lovely little place and we liked it a lot. It was quiet, had a great kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven etc. Location is good, it's close to grocery stores and restaurants and it's about a 15 minutes walk into the city centre. Also great communication with the host, Charlie. Always quick responds. Negative: The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit in, and the last day just before we were leaving my daughter had an accident when the end of the sofa suddenly came off and made her fall out and hit her head. She was sitting down writing a postcard (she is 13 years old) and it was only the second time any of us used the sofa at all. We could see that there had been problems before, there was a lot of screw holes in different places. Although this was a bit of a bad ending for us, the response from the host was kind and caring and we both still loved our stay here. The sofa bed needs to be replaced though! If it wasn’t for that thing hurting my daughter we would have given this place at least a 9 out of 10.

A convenient cozy apartment perfect for a short break Positive: Location, parking outside the property, amenities, clean, a travel cot was provided upon request. Little touches like flowers and milk sachets in the fridge. The company that manages the apartment were very responsive to any questions we had prior to our arrival and contactable on the phone on Sunday evening. We were sent a link to an app with all the property information, which was handy as didn't have to search for it. Negative: Combination for the key lockbox provided was wrong, but a phone call to the agency sorted it out. The bed was at best a small double, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa.

been staying in a lot of air bnbs in Liverpool and have to say this is by far the best, really close to the university and quiet so I could sleep well for my exams. nice part of liveepool. clean, had good wifi, all the kitchen utensils you need, a desk to work, lock box to keep keys safe, comfy bed. very close to grocery store, walkable to city centre and train station. downside was initial check in difficulty but host replied straight away. was also a bit hot at night but could open window.

Recommend for solo stay with easy communite to UoL Positive: Location was excellent, host responded quickly, kitchen well outfitted Negative: Amenities stocked not sufficient for long stay, much too small for 2 people but fine for one. Apartment not serviced during 3 week stay and required cleaning equipment did not have instructions The seagulls are VERY loud and hard to sleep with windows open despite provided earplugs.

Perfect surprise weekend for my husbands 60th Birthday Positive: The location was great, quiet neighbourhood but with plenty of good places to eat within 5 minute walking distance, especially The Blackburne Arms, also The Liverpool Philharmonic is very close by. It was a 15 minute walk into the city centre if you want a bit more nightlife. The apartment was very well equipped with tea and coffee, even some milk and butter. They even left a box of chocolates and card for my husbands birthday. Negative: Just a small thing but a heated towel rail would be useful as there wasn't anywhere to put your towel after a shower but that's it, everything else was perfect.

Had a lovely stay. An immaculately presented flat. Spotlessly clean. Ideal size for a couple, I think it could be a bit cramped with any more. Free parking directly outside was great as otherwise it would be having to pay on street or in a nearby car park. Check in was easy with very clear instructions. A perfect location to explore Liverpool. The centre and the docks were 15 minutes away on foot or the same to the Baltic Triangle in the other direction. A couple of decent pubs/supermarkets/takeaways are a minutes or two walk away.

Never had a bad experience with Airb& b but room was not ready to check in. Unclean, beds not made. Only booked it for one night but when I rang they were unable to give me time frame as to when the cleaning would be done. The price was of the accomodation vs what I received wasnt great unfortunately.

Excellent location close to University Positive: Location was fantastic for visiting daughter at University.

car park permit was hard to locate. The instructions indicated the car permit located in the apartment. spent an hour looking for the permit. Eventually decided to pay for the car parking. Fount the car permit in the letter box on the entrance to the block. Also the sofa bed was uncomfortable and awkward to open and shut given the small space. The price should reflect the small area. The Internet/Wi-Fi had issues. The WiFi ID as per the instructions was not visible. The password given some how worked using another flat wifi ID. Maybe the flat instructions may need modification.

Too small and cramped Positive: Location. Cleanliness. Negative: Lack of space - no way appropriate for more than 2 people, although we made it clear that we were renting for 3 adults. Pulled out sofa bed covered all the small living area. One small wardrobe with 5 hangers. Nowhere to store luggage, footwear and coats. Insufficient seating for three. Tiny dining table, which could just seat 2. Claustrophobic. Filled out a complaint form, but heard nothing. Disappointing, as we stayed in a different apartment (same building) last year, which was great.

On our arrival, we open the door to enter the flat but the top wooden fray of the door came down and due to the door mechanism it was really hard to ent the property. We reported the problem but no one came to fixed it. I send many messages to the host since it was health and safety issue. However no one came to fix the problem. Each time we got a message saying sorry and we will come tomorrow to fix the problem. We did the check out without our problem being solved. Not recommending and never stay in this place again.

Great location, cosy flat, easy access, clean and well equipped

Positive: Very clean and well equipped and furnished. Love all the little touches to make the place feel cosy. Really close to the shops and take-away. Negative: The Liverpool City Council closed the road to parking and fined any cars that were still parked there by 9am. I was lucky to have moved mine before then. Owner should have been more clued up and passed the message has been passed on.

Positive: Great location, everything we needed was available. Negative: Damp, peeling paintwork in the lounge, chipped crockery, apartment is a little tired, could do with repainting some of the damage to the paintwork, especially the rear of the bedroom door. Can’t believe there’s a £10 admin charge for the pleasure of being relieved of a £250 deposit to cover any damage! I’ve never been hit with an admin charge for that before. Also, the deposit was taken 2 weeks before our stay, and not returned until two weeks afterwards, which is an absolute joke. Other places I’ve stayed in, deposit is taken upon arrival and returned within a couple of days of leaving. Absolutely disgusting way of doing business. We’ll not be using them again.

Positive: Nicely decorated, nice quality Negative: A little chilly in the lounge due to the high ceiling.. but hugely helped by the portable heater provided.
