Both apartments are beautifully designed with contemporary furnishings, complemented by wooden flooring and elegant furniture. The space is bright and airy, featuring large windows with views of the neighbourhood and room-darkening blinds for added privacy and comfort.

Each apartment boasts open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living rooms include two sofa beds and large wall-mounted Smart TVs, providing a cosy spot to relax after a busy day.

You'll have access to two fully equipped kitchens, each fitted with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The dining areas, furnished with wooden tables and matching benches, are perfect for enjoying meals together.

The first apartment features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and an additional single bed. The master bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a shower, WC, and basin.

The second apartment includes three bedrooms: one with three single bunk beds that can sleep six guests, another with a double bed for two, and the master bedroom, which comes with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, WC, and washbasin.

All of the bedrooms are fitted with a desk that you can utilise for work or for vanity purposes.

Nearly all of the rooms are equipped with Smart TVs – whether you're staying in or heading out, you're sure to have a wonderful time.

Each apartment has its own family bathroom, designed with contemporary features and fitted with a WC, washbasin, and a bathtub with a rain shower overhead, plus an additional handheld shower.

For those looking to venture further, Liverpool City Centre is easily accessible by bus. From there, you can visit iconic spots like the Liverpool Waterfront, The Royal Albert Dock, and the Tate Liverpool, offering a perfect blend of art and culture. Beatles fans will be thrilled with Liverpool Central, home to The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story, where you can dive into the history of the legendary Fab Four.

There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

“Great place, spread over 2 units within the same building, we found this to be perfect for our requirements. As we were a fairly balance gender mixed work team, it was ideal being able have the girls and the boys places. The living room area of each was big enough for all of us to socialise as well. There were building works going on which began at 7am. Im pretty it’s not legal to begin any earlier than 8am so we found this frustrating especially as we got back very late and had a 10am start the next day.”

“Owner* is absolutely brilliant, responsive and kind. Beautiful property, absolutely perfect for our weekend away; very clean, plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable! Perfect location for public transport / airport. We had both 35a and 35c, both were beautifully finished, quiet and well equipped for all 14 guests. Host and Stay’s communication left a lot to be desired, and this review would be lower had the place not been stunning and owner so fantastic. Wrong door code provided by H&S so property was inaccessible without neighbours. When fixing this - spent 25 minutes on hold to H&S before the call was ended with no rectification. Airbnb and the owner were supportive & communicative & provided me the correct entry code. H&S need to reduce constant automated communication (2x texts a day), as it’s out of date - messages about ‘lost keys’ when this is a keyless entry property.”

“Positive: Both apartments were spotless. Location was great only a 15 minute walk to the city centre. I initially thought it was 1 big house but the 2 apartments worked out perfectly as the second one is just upstairs. Perfect for big groups. Negative: The house was covered in scaffolding which we weren’t told about and the hallway was very dusty.”
