The apartment is top drawer. It’s slick, modern clean spacious, well equipped, in a brilliant location with lots of Care to the fixtures and fittings, all of which are high-quality The owners were communicative and were persistent in trying to ensure that we had information at our fingertips. The TV is massive and as all the usual stuff like Amazon and Netflix. It’s a very short walk from Liverpool‘s amazing Cathedral, which is definitely worth a visit. It’s probably a 20 minute walk to the town centre but beware on the way back. It is up a steep-ish hill. We only needed accommodation for six but there is accommodation for much more as it’s so spacious. We fully recommend, and had a fantastic weekend in Liverpool.

Great stay! Would definetly come back. As a group of 11 travelling to watch some football the place could not have been more perfect. Very clean and spacious apartment.

Booked a last minute trip and came across this absolute hidden gem - highly recommend! although it's hidden in the basement, we were greeted by a warm atmosphere, brand new interior, lots of space, a really nice kitchen with marble countertop and the christmas tree is such a nice touch for the season! The beds are super comfortable, sleep is 10/10 with no street noise heard as bedrooms are facing the backyard. Having 3 bathrooms also makes it very convenient for big groups. I can imagine inviting my family back next time when my parents can take the master suite with en-suite shower, while me and my cousins can take the large bedroom with bunk beds. It's also in a decent location, surronded by Georgian terrace houses, and it's a good walk down to the city centre. There's also local restaurants by Falkner Street that we had breakfast and a quick pint before the evening meal. Definitely a go-to holiday home for family trips. Thank you for hosting!

Amazing stay for large groups/families Positive: Beds are super comfy. Beautiful stylish apartment. Concerned when I arrived and it was a basement apartment but soon changed my mind after having a look around. No damp, very warm. Very well ventilated. All new facilities. Negative: It was almost to warm in the morning but second night was fine. A lot of scaffolding which host gave us warning to before arriving so wasnt a problem.

Lovely apartment, thank you very much for hosting Positive: The apartment was beautiful and fit all of our needs for our weekend away. The door code made the check in easy and smooth. Very spacious and great location Negative: Did feel that some surfaces weren’t cleaned and very dusty. There were socks found under one of the bunk beds that didn’t belong to our group. The patio door in the big bedroom was unlocked on arrival which was slightly concerning as this wasn’t noticed on the morning after check in

Positive: The apartment was great, very spacious with beautiful decor. Host was helpful and communicative. Facilities were way better than we expected: Kitchen is one of the best I've seen in an apartment very well equipped. We really feel like we got good value for money, and we would highly recommend for a group stay. Negative: The apartment was very warm, initially uncomfortablly warm, and by our last night up to 28°C in the living room. We couldn't figure out how to turn it down after a few attempts. It could be possible that there's information about this somewhere in the apartment that we simply just didn't find as we were enjoying ourselves otherwise.

Lovely apartment plenty of room and clean. Walking distance to food places and all the activities we booked for the kids. Will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment Positive: Location and very new and stylish apartment, also very big and clean! It can sleep 12! We were only with five. Close to Hope street with great restaurants and pubs Negative: Scaffolding outside but we knew that and it was no problem.

Loved this Airbnb. Everything finished to a high standard while feeling really comfortable and homely. Lovely and warm as well especially when temperature outside was really cold. Great area close enough to everywhere but also very quiet and peaceful. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch as well.

Really enjoyed our 4 days in Liverpool, staying in the Georgian Quarter. The local streets are a stunning example of Georgian Streets and Architecture. A really comfortable apartment. Public transport stops on the doorsetep only 4/5 stops into Liverpool 1 any 86 bus. Enjoyed the Blackburne Arms local gastro pub (good food and pub quiz Monday) and The Quarter, Italian restaurant. Also ate in China Town, which was walkable. Really good host communication, excellent value.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location, friendly and helpful hosts

We thought the property was even better than the pictures. Everything was spotless and super clean, the apartment was spacious and everything seemed to have been renovated very recently. All communications were super clear and the host was very responsive.

Positive: Lovely property with lots of room Negative: Owners are inconsistent and don’t seem to know anything about the property. Changed our check in time 2 weeks before coming when we had already booked transport and activities around it which made things stressful and told us they would not accommodate the check in time agreed on booking 7 months prior. Then told me I couldn’t try to change it until a few days before arrival. 2 days before check in asked again about this and they told me they had got the check in time wrong and I could check in at the time requested. They Informed me that the sofa beds were separate from the sofas on multiple occasions. This was questioned on arrival as no sofa beds found at property. Still to be informed that they are definitely separate beds. After multiple messages and phone calls back and forth they said they would speak with house keepers but we managed to work out the sofas where the sofa beds ourselves in the meantime but the company did not get back in touch to us until 2am, and then 10am the next day to confirm the sofas are actually sofa beds and they are not separate.

Would highly recommend a stay in this fabulous apartment. We were a party of two grandparents and two teenager grandchildren so the layout was ideal. The apartment was just as it looked on the photos. It was well equipped and clean with comfy beds and great showers. It was an easy walk to local restaurants and shops and we enjoyed walking around the historic Georgian Quarter. A longer walk took us to the city centre and dock land area but not too strenuous. We had a truly great time in Liverpool and staying in this apartment was very much part of this experience. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return. Thank you.

A group of 7 of us stayed to celebrate a 40th birthday. The apartment was as lovely as it shows, very well stocked kitchen and a great community area. Beds were super comfy and showers were amazing! It only took about 8 mins to get into the centre by taxi. I would highly recommend the stay, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay at this beautiful flat in Liverpool. Great for a group with the large sitting area and spacious kitchen. Everything was immaculate and looks exactly look the pictures. Very easy to walk to restaurants etc.. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

85% great. Great location in Georgian quarter. Great decor, stylish, really suited what we were looking for, lovely. Really comfy beds, great showers and bathrooms, lovely lounge, great kitchen with dishwasher and all spotlessly clean. Some aspects still a little unfinished we visited, but a great stylish stay. The apartment was used for my wife and 2 colleagues to stay whilst at a work conference this week. The review is from them. The apartment was immaculate and exactly as it was described. There is work going on outside and inside the rest of the building so the garden was full of bins and the corridor full of building equipment. However other than visually, there was no disturbance to us, as they worked during the day when we were out. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. It was easy access into the apartment, and the Georgian quarter was charming with good restaurants nearby. We walked from the train station, and to the docks for the conference centre each day, so everywhere was accessible. We would recommend this apartment to stay in and if in Liverpool again would absolutely book it for ourselves. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This place was amazing. Everyone enjoyed it as it was a big place and looked very nice. It was comfortable and looks exactly like the photos as described. Good location as close to town.

Beautiful and spacious, but affected by construction noise. Positive: I liked that it was very spacious and beautifully arranged. Negative: I didn’t like that there were construction works on the windows; there were workers making noise starting at 7 in the morning.
