We hebben het appartement gebruikt met 7 mensen om Liverpool te ontdekken en een voetbal wedstrijd van Liverpool te bekijken. Het appartement is geschikt voor 7 volwassenen. We hadden goede bedden en ruime zitgelegenheid. Alle noodzakelijke apparatuur is aanwezig en makkelijk te gebruiken. De loopafstand naar downtown Leverpool is 2,5 km en wil je met een taxi dan is het 7 pond. Dus prima uitvalsbasis voor ons doel. We kunnen iedereen aanraden het appartement te boeken. Een goede host die snel reageert als je iets vraagt. Een mooi ruim appartement met supermarkt op 800 meter. En een hele leuke uitgaansstad met goede pubs en restaurants. De wedstrijd was overigens ook top. Dus we kunnen het van harte aanbevelen en komen zeker nog een keer terug.
Amazing for groups Positive: Property exceeded all our expectations, so clean and welcoming and modern! Couldn’t recommend enough on a lovely street very quiet only a 4 pound uber into busy areas!
Our girls weekend away Positive: The space was amazing and was very well decorated and furnished. Fantastic location and was easy to follow the welcome instructions Negative: There could of been bin bags to help with the cleaning up and also it would be nice to turn the heating off. But apart from the small things it's been amazing
Perfect for group of friends, great location. Positive: Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, lighting and furnishing well thought out for big groups eg big mirrors all with good lights. Well equipped kitchen, brilliant location near Hope St and in centre of town in 10mins. Despite the negatives, would still book again for a high quality place to stay in city. It costs alot of money so negatives really bothered me. Negative: No parking, have to pre book to get best rates, not really possible to drop bags off at door with cycle lane and 4 flights of stairs so hard work on check in and out. Received daily messages before and during stay, was a bit much. Also scaffolding was up, we were told about in advance but a lot of noise from above while we were in the flat. Also en-suite smells damp/drainy, had to keep window of that bedroom open. Also denied request for late check out despite also being offered an extra nights stay as flat available on one of the many messages sent.
Perfect apparent for a group visiting Liverpool. Would definitely return. Positive: Really well located with lots of good local bars and restaurants and very easy to get into the heart of the city. Lovely apartment and really great value for money - would recommend and stay again! Positive: Great apartment with a good living space for a big group. Property was very clean and well furnished/decorated with lots of dishes and glasses. Helpful instructions on how to find the property and access etc. Negative: Parking was a bit awkward, especially when dropping off bags for arrival, especially as there isn’t a lift. Ideally would have had more bin bags/dishwasher tablets/toilet roll based on size of apartment and people staying as we had to buy extra as we ran out. But all minor points - lovely stay overall.

Positive: Turned our stay from being a disaster into a dream! Visiting the city as a group of friends we got cancelled last-minute by our original booking but luckily came across this listing big enough to host a group of 10. The place was easily found, but when we arrived we were a bit worried as it looks like the outside still need some more work done. As soon as we went through the front door though – Wow! The apartment was spectacular. We loved the large mirror with a dressing table (with sockets!) long enough for us all to drop the make-up bags on, and there’s enough seating in the living area for all of us having warm up drinks before heading into town. The bedrooms are so detailed too with the USB sockets next to bed, night light for the bunk beds and hairdryer in each room. Very well thought out!
We had a great stay at the apartment with our family, it was immaculately clean and furnished to a high standard. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for making a family meal. Really well thought out airbnb and the evenings were quiet even though we were walking distance to city centre.
Wonderful experience and we would stay here again! Positive: Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, practically new. Very clean and well maintained. Very spacious with lots of room in living room/kitchen area for eating and visiting together as a group. We were a family group of 4 adults and 2 children. The bunk bed room was a big hit! Everything provided in kitchen for eating and cooking at home. Great location within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, and tourist sites. Ubers are fast and very reasonably priced as well. Communication with hosts very prompt and easy. An awesome view of Liverpool Cathedral from the front windows! It as on the 3rd floor so just be mindful of that if you have any mobility problems. Negative: We were a family of 6 staying for 10 days and the supplies were very limited - no paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod, no dish soap, no extra garbage bags, and limited toilet paper. Please consider length of stay when supplying these. I noticed that a previous reviewer had mentioned no hooks for coats in the entry way but we had a nice large hook rack so I think they take the comments seriously! And it was very helpful for those rainy days and wet coats.
Great location and family friendly Positive: Newly refurbished, very clean and family friendly. Great location and short walking distance to the city centre shopping and activities. Negative: Apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor so hard to access with heavy luggage and pushchairs.
This place really has the wow factor. Extremely well thought throughout. The children really loved the bunk bed room. The living area is super relaxing and absolutely stunning. Beds were so comfy. Two bathrooms extremely clean. Short walk to town. Will most definitely be returning.
The appartement itself was very nice. However, there were several leakages through the roof, rendering half of the beds unusable. After multiple conversations with customer service, the only solution that was offered was to cancel the remainder of our stay with a partial refund so we could find a new place ourselves. Since we were attending a wedding, that was not possible and we had to stay in the appartement while water was dripping on the beds. Afterwards we got a partial refund, but the experience was not good.
Great stay, great price! Positive: 10/10 if you’re thinking of booking then do! Amazing all round, about a 15min walk from town center or a couple quid in an Uber. Nice and clean. Towels provided.
Absolutely amazing accommodation for a large group, looked exactly how did on the photos, host was very responsive and helpful giving me suggestions on local cafes and restaurants etc, very clean and spacious space with a homely and elegant atmosphere! Would 100% stay again there again :))
Brilliant for our stag weekend Positive: Very clean, modern and a great location. The apartments have everything you could expect them to have and more.
The flat is great, spacious, perfect and with the most amazing mattrresses!!! We loved it. Just the hall and the staricase look like there were contruction works that never terminated (loose wires etc) - doesn't look great, but once youre in the flat all is perfect! We had a bit of a tough check-in as to use the digital lock you have to place the entire palm of your hand on it to cover it for a few secs then numbers will appear for you to tap your code and get in. The instructions weren't clear, it took us a while and we were tired and cold. Also the boiler had some issues and becasue it was night we had to sort it out by ourselves which wasn't great, it took us time and was stressful. One person from Host and Stay was really rude and unhelpful also but then on the whastaspp number someone else was really kind and helpful even at night, so all in all we were just a bit unlucky I guess, but I am overall really happy about the stay, despite the difficult check in! Would reccomend!!

Beautiful apartment within walking distance/very cheap uber rides away from all the main Liverpool attractions. Spacious, clean, wonderfully decorated and furnished. Lovely airy and spacey lay out. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues as it’s up 4 flights of stairs. Bunk bed room was spacious, beds were super comfortable with good bedding. Sofas in lounge pull out to large beds. There’s nothing I can say negative about the place, other than maybe more expensive than we’ve usually paid. But it was my birthday so worth it. Communication with hosts was spot on and the keypad entry was great, meaning no keys and our party could come and go as they wanted. Parked at Mulberry Street car park which was via JustPark and is a five minute stroll away. All in all a cracking place, perfect for up to 10 people.
Fantastic flat in a great location. Unfortunately we had no internet connection but after some messaging somebody came round to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.
Family trip to Liverpool Positive: The apartment was newly renovated and looked just like the pictures. The size of the apartment was great for our large group. Location was good with pubs and cafes within walking distance. Negative: The block of apartments are being renovated which is very noisy and messy, the guys doing the work however are lovely people but its not ideal with a toddler. Also the renovations caused a flooding in our apartment which had wet all our kids clothing. Didn't offer cot.

A gorgeous stay. Positive: This was such a lovely stay, the apartment is gorgeous and in a lovely area. Everything was clean and it had anything you would need facilities wise. The directions for accessing the apartment were clear and easy to follow and the staff were helpful when organizing late checkout. Negative: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the apartment, the only thing I’d note for others staying is it’s up a long hill from Liverpool central and it is up four flights of stairs, if you need something more accessible keep this in mind. However, this wasn’t an issue at all for myself and my family and we had a lovely trip!

The air bnb was lovely. Very modern and spacious. Host was contactable and replied in a satisfactory time. There is no parking at the property and all streets around are permit only so worth seeking out parking before you arrive. One of the beds wasn’t supplied with bedding which was a let down and wasn’t rectified as stated by host. Also towels are small so would recommend taking your own. Aside from this it served us very well for what we needed. Surprisingly the sofa beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again
I can't say enough about this place. First of all location is great, we walked everywhere. Barely used buses the whole week as we were in range of so much by foot. Inside, absolutely LOVELY. So much design effort put in, where so many places you check in to find they doctored their photos to make it look nicer than it is. Not here, so well done. Literally the ONLY thing I could report was we had a lot of trouble getting the main living room light to turn on, sometimes gave up. Hopefully they fix that but that's literally it. Five stars all day, well done, well done.

Great location for getting around but had to park some blocks away. Nicely decorated but furniture a bit uncomfortable. Had an issue with the shower, otherwise the apartment was as advertised.
Absolutely brilliant stay at 35 Catharine Street! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter, close to great cafes, bars, and museums. The flat itself was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. Couldn’t have asked for better—highly recommended and would definitely book again!

Better access instructions could have been provided. A person living in one of the other apartments told us how to gain access.
A lovely decorated apartment in the heart of the city Positive: The location is amazing, it's a 30 minute walk to the docks, 20 minutes to the city centre. And less than 5 minutes to the cathedral. The place itself is so tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary facilities. One of the best places we have stayed in! Negative: There is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor of some rather long flights of stairs, so it can be a bit cumbersome with large, heavy luggages.
