Perfect for a family get-together, The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine III offers a quiet escape in a beautiful, peaceful location. The property boasts Georgian-style high ceilings and tall bay windows, enhancing its elegant character. Set in a Grade II listed building, it also features a Georgian-style terrace and entrance, adding to its historic charm.

Upon entry, you'll be welcomed by a cosy hallway with a large wall-mounted mirror. The first room is a bedroom with two bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. It features a wall-mounted Smart TV, an integrated desk with stool chairs, and a window that offers a view of the lovely neighbourhood, along with a glimpse of the top of the Anglican Cathedral.

Adjacent to it is the spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Fitted with two sofas that converts to single beds, the space is light and airy, featuring large windows with room-darkening blinds. The living area includes a large, wall-mounted Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favourite shows and apps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area features a long dining table with matching benches for enjoying meals with family or friends.

The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine III boasts two more bedrooms, each sleeping up to two guests. One bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC, while the other has a double bed.

All bedrooms include a wall-mounted Smart TV and a desk with a mirror, offering the flexibility to relax, use the space as a vanity, or work.

The family bathroom is fresh and inviting, with a stylish combination of white and blue tiles, accented by elegant gold details on the shower, bin, and faucet.

Liverpool City Centre is only a quick bus ride away, where you can delve into the city’s rich history and culture. Visit the iconic Liverpool Waterfront, explore The Royal Albert Dock, or enjoy contemporary art at the Tate Liverpool. Beatles fans will love the attractions at Liverpool Central, including The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Take the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for stunning views of Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront. There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

“Beautiful apartment within walking distance/very cheap uber rides away from all the main Liverpool attractions. Spacious, clean, wonderfully decorated and furnished. Lovely airy and spacey lay out. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues as it’s up 4 flights of stairs. Bunk bed room was spacious, beds were super comfortable with good bedding. Sofas in lounge pull out to large beds. There’s nothing I can say negative about the place, other than maybe more expensive than we’ve usually paid. But it was my birthday so worth it. Communication with hosts was spot on and the keypad entry was great, meaning no keys and our party could come and go as they wanted. Parked at Mulberry Street car park which was via JustPark and is a five minute stroll away. All in all a cracking place, perfect for up to 10 people.”

“The flat is great, spacious, perfect and with the most amazing mattrresses!!! We loved it. Just the hall and the staricase look like there were contruction works that never terminated (loose wires etc) - doesn't look great, but once youre in the flat all is perfect! We had a bit of a tough check-in as to use the digital lock you have to place the entire palm of your hand on it to cover it for a few secs then numbers will appear for you to tap your code and get in. The instructions weren't clear, it took us a while and we were tired and cold. Also the boiler had some issues and becasue it was night we had to sort it out by ourselves which wasn't great, it took us time and was stressful. One person from Host and Stay was really rude and unhelpful also but then on the whastaspp number someone else was really kind and helpful even at night, so all in all we were just a bit unlucky I guess, but I am overall really happy about the stay, despite the difficult check in! Would reccomend!!”
