Positive: New clean and comfortable. Keypad accessibility made it handy for each member of our group to gain access to apartment whenever they wish. Negative: Check in being 3pm. And denied requests of check in earlier
Travelled from Glasgow with family & friends for Bay City Roller concert, our choice of accommodation can make or br Positive: Everything at 35A Catharine St Liverpool had the wow factor. The statement chandeliers were amazing, large framed pictures with stars of all eras made it so retro, kitchen area spotlessly clean, & had everything you needed, condiments, Lurpak, cleaning products, large tv & great couches, bathroom shower & bath & super clean. Bedrooms large super comfy beds, & one with en suite. Negative: Nothing not to like
Positive: It’s was very clean and the size for our group was perfect. Very well equipped as well and the location to the city centre was fab Negative: Slight issue with the heating
9/10 - Good location for short stay in Liverpool Excellent location, reachable by bus from airport and good walk into town. Backyard still needs some work and can see the owners are still working on the basement but it didn’t affect our stay. The keyless entry a handy touch for a group stay as we headed back to the apartment at different times and no one get locked out (happened before!)
Perfect stay for 2 nights with family. We come to Liverpool regularly, but this is our first time in The Georgian Quarter, which is a lovely area only a little bit out from central. The apartment was beautiful, well furnished and stylish, extremely spacious. At time of stay there was some external work going on at the property, but at no time did this cause any issues. Lovely restaurants near by, we particularly enjoyed the Dog and Collar (food quality was excellent). Our host Charlie was extremely responsive over messenger which made us feel looked after. Will be back!
We really enjoyed our stay at Catherine Street. 20 minute walk away from the main centre which was pleasant and passed a number of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was stunning - spotless and had everything we needed. Modern, visually amazing and on a nice street - everything you want in a place to stay away from home with all the amenities. The only slight negative to the stay was the noise from outside in the apartment - with the old style windows you can hear everything from outside. This was particularly difficult as we had 2 people sleeping in the living room on the sofa beds. There are also works going on at the front & back of the building which started at 7.30am and lasted through the day. However, I imagine this is a short term thing and did not take away from the fact the stay was excellent and apartment was everything we needed. Our whole family loved our stay and would return! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was superb 10/10 - Perfect for family stays We were amazed by this flat! It looks like it’s only recently been renovated and has a gorgeous modern interior which had been spotlessly cleaned. It felt so lush with the décor, furniture and fully equipped kitchen. The kids cutlery was a nice touch. The location is fantastic too, just a short walk to the city centre. We had a lovely dinner at one of the local restaurants on Falkner St only a 5min walk away. Was freezing outside and nice to come back to the warm flat. Will defiantly be coming back and recommending to some friends planning to visit next year. One very slight negative was that the entrance hallway to the building wasn’t quite finished, but this did nothing to spoil our stay.
Amazing modern apartment in the Georgian quarter! Positive: Beautiful modern design. Looks newly decorated. The staff were very quick to respond to messages through the booking.com app. The location was fantastic, the Georgian quarter has fantastic bars and restaurants and is very close to the good shops. Great value for money. Good facilities — two bathrooms were lovely and kitchen was well kitted out. Negative: Nothing — we loved our stay!

Best apartment I’ve stayed in years, especially in the UK! Positive: Absolutely stunning, really thought out and beautifully designed. Spotless, clean and fresh. Loads of amenities with cutlery, cooking utensils, Prosecco and wine glasses etc. Great TV that actually works with all the smart feature programmes. Beautiful bathrooms that were pristine. Heating easy to work and easy access to the property. Best stay I’ve had in ages and we didn’t want to leave, shame I came here to stay over for work as I didn’t get to stay here as long as I would have liked! Great value for money. Negative: Not one bad thing to say.
We had two really comfortable nights in this lovely apartment whilst in Liverpool for our daughter’s graduation. Location was excellent for what we needed and we made the most of the facilities to eat in one night. Would return..
Easily reached from the airport perfect for city exploring Positive: This place exceeded all expectations. It's very convenient for airport travelers I must say. We needed to fly out to Dublin from John Lennon Airport and the bus to airport is just few minutes away from this apartment! You can’t tell from the outside of the building but once you get in, you will be wowed, because we were! Check-in was smooth as there’s no keys involved, super convenient and certainly up another level over other serviced apartments we’ve stayed. The flat itself is stunning too, we love the high ceilings and nice touches like the feature lighting and usb sockets next to the bed. We were traveling as 2 couples so it works out perfect to have a bathroom each. Overall a really pleasant stay!

Very spacious and great decor. Nice large lounge/kitchen with good seating area. Kitchen had a good range of utensils and there was a helpful supply of butter, milk and shower gel. Good quality mattress gave a comfortable sleep. Helpful to have a dishwasher, washing machine and good size TVs. We visited as a couple but this would be well suited for two couples or a family.
Great weekend however housekeeping issue no kettle through stay which was not resolved even after many calls! Positive: Location, great apartment size

Positive: The Rooms were absolutely spotless and the facilities was top notch. Was only about 1.2 miles from city centre was a great location. Taxis were cheap less than £6 to go into town. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Also the staff kept us informed about everything we needed to know through texts. Negative: Didn't find anything wrong at all.

Nice place shame about other guest behaviour. Positive: Was in a great location close to the city centre and restaurants etc. Negative: Wasn’t completely clean (old baloons on the lounge floor and some dirty glasswear in cupboards). Unfortunately the flat below had a small outside space directly below the main bedroom window. They were making loud noise after the curfew and also smoking alot of weed which in turn made the bedroom I was staying in with my children smell like a dope den. They were up at 7:30 smoking weed again so the overall effect was very unpleasant. Obviously not the fault of the hosts but did impact our stay alot.

A good option for a short break in Liverpool Positive: The facilities were modern and spacious and the location was very central for sightseeing. Negative: There were no Pyrex bowls for use with the microwave.
Lovely apartment in a fantastic area of Liverpool (Georgian Quarter). The apartment is very large & has everything you need. Good condition. Parking was a problem but we knew that before we arrived. Unfortunately the smoking area is outside the back bedroom so the bedroom smelled of smoke which was a shame. The communication whilst we were there was very poor. The entry pad wouldn’t work and i couldn’t get through to Host & Stay at all and gave up after 15 minutes on hold. I messaged them asking them to call me but they never did and fortunately we eventually gained access. It transpires the communication from Host & Stay is just AI & it was poor. I would definitely recommend the property but i would advise the owners to find better Air BnB agents.

spent a few days here. stunning snd very spacious place. felt right at home. few local bars shops within walking distance, liverpoll 1 was 15 minute walk away. would def stay here again. they only downside was there was no parking at premises but host snd stay give me details of local parking, which was very helpful. most 24 hour parking close by cost 16 quid.

Beware the building work Positive: The design of the apartment is lovely and the location is great. Negative: We paid a premium price to stay in a lovely apartment but it was spoiled by building work in the apartment underneath. We were woken every morning far earlier than we would like with builders outside our window talking loudly and taking phone calls throughout the day. I believe we should have been told about this when we booked and the price discounted for the inconvenience. If warned we could have made an informed decision about whether to stay despite the building work or find somewhere else.

The layout and interior of the apartment were perfect. It felt lovely to hang out in the living/kitchen area with gorgeous decor, high ceilings and giant windows. The black out shades in all of the rooms were great. Walkable to everything and the bedrooms were very quiet.
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with its grand proportions and stylish modern decor. In a great location, plenty of pubs, restaurants and attractions are walkable from the property. We found convenient, secure parking 7 minutes walk away at Cain’s brewery. The spacious lounge made a relaxing space to hang out.
