The space is bright and airy, with large windows offering views of the neighbourhood, complete with room-darkening blinds for privacy and comfort. A large, wall-mounted Smart TV is provided in the living area for streaming your favourite shows and apps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area, perfectly situated within the open-plan layout, makes sharing meals with family or friends effortless.

The main bathroom, located adjacent to the living area, is sparkling clean with white and blue tiles. It features a WC, washbasin, and a bathtub with a rain shower overhead and an additional handheld shower.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe for storage, along with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, WC, and washbasin. The second bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed, ensuring ample space for all guests.

Both bedrooms are equipped with their own wall-mounted Smart TVs for entertainment at any time of day, as well as desks that can be used as vanity spaces or for work.

The area

The Georgian Quarter @ Catharine I is situated in Liverpool's much-admired Georgian Quarter, close to the iconic St Luke’s Church, commonly known as 'The Bombed Out Church'. This landmark regularly hosts events such as open-air cinemas and beer festivals, adding to the area's vibrant atmosphere.

It is less than a 10-minute walk to Hope Street, home to some of Liverpool’s finest restaurants.

The Georgian Quarter boasts some of Liverpool’s most striking architecture, including the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals, as well as The Philharmonic Hall – perfect for those keen to explore the city’s rich history. These are just a short stroll from the apartment. For those wishing to venture into the lively city centre, it’s only a brief walk or an easy bus ride away, making this an ideal location for all interests and occasions.

Liverpool itself has countless attractions, with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of London! Hop aboard the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the best views of Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront. You can also stop off at Spaceport for an intergalactic adventure or visit the U-Boat Story for a fascinating glimpse into a World War II submarine. With seven museums exploring the city’s rich maritime history, art, and music, you’ll be absolutely spoilt for choice.

There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

“Very spacious and great decor. Nice large lounge/kitchen with good seating area. Kitchen had a good range of utensils and there was a helpful supply of butter, milk and shower gel. Good quality mattress gave a comfortable sleep. Helpful to have a dishwasher, washing machine and good size TVs. We visited as a couple but this would be well suited for two couples or a family.”
