Flat B 35 Catharine Street is an ideal base for city breaks, business trips, concerts, football matches, and exploring Liverpool's vibrant attractions and amenities.

The cosy open-plan living, dining and kitchen space is the heart of this home, where large windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day. The three beautifully furnished bedrooms feature comfortable beds, ample storage space and are thoughtfully designed to create welcoming, cosy spaces that ensure a restful night sleep for all guests. Two bedrooms feature a luxurious king-size bed, while the remaining bedroom is configured with a delightful double bed. Beatles fans will love the attractions at Liverpool Central, including The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Take the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for stunning views of Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront. Make stops at Spaceport for an intergalactic adventure or the U-Boat Story for an incredible insight into a World War II submarine. There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

“Esperienza da brividi. Positive: Struttura abbastanza vicina al centro cittadino, in un bel quartiere, all’interno dello stabile sono presenti più appartamenti. Il nostro appartamento era costituito da tre stanze da letto, unico bagno e spazio cucina/salotto, distribuiti su tre piani. Inizio col dire che la gestione della comunicazione è piuttosto discutibile, solo il giorno prima di arrivare mi è arrivata una notifica in cui mi si diceva che l’appartamento non poteva più ospitarci per un problema legato alla mancanza di gas. Dopo neanche un’ora il problema era risolto e hanno riconfermato la prenotazione. Arrivati in loco il giorno dopo non avevamo ricevuto comunicazioni inerenti al check in, che ho dovuto chiedere restando con tutta la famiglia e una bambina di 2 anni fuori al palazzo in attesa. Una volta entrati in casa ci si è presentata una scena agghiacciante, l’intero appartamento non era mai stato pulito dal precedente turno di occupazione, sebbene l’ora del check-in fosse già passata da un pezzo( in allegato foto di come abbiamo trovato l’appartamento al check in ). Fortunatamente la governante era nello stabile e dopo tre ore in cui siamo stati costretti a girare in città nonostante fossimo stanchi dal viaggio, abbiamo potuto fare accesso nell’appartamento pulito. Il tutto è stato giustificato con un messaggio di scuse in cui ci “regalavano” 10 sterline a testa. Onestamente inaccettabile. Le camere sono discrete, ma l’appartamento è scomodissimo perché i 3 piani sono collegati da scale ripidissime. Nota positiva, ci hanno concesso di prolungare il check out. Negative: Scomoda.”
