Exceeded expectations Positive: So easy. Very good location. Really nice. Our group travel around a fair bit and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I don’t have one bad comment. Very clean. Great facilities. Has everything you need. Value for money was brilliant. Negative: Nothing! It was perfect.

Amazing stay for a weekend away. Charlie was a brilliant help. Positive: The apartment was so spacious for our group. It was very clean and tidy. It was easy to get access to and located in a brilliant area. Charlie was a great help from start to finish. Always replied promptly and made me feel relaxed no matter what the question. Would definitely recommend for a large group. Negative: We did find the emergency door at the end of the stairs to be a bit hard, it was easy to become distracted and forget it was not the exit, we unfortunately set the alarm off twice and felt bad for this so apologies.

Fabulous 2 storey flat in lovely area Positive: Lovely accomodation for a group, very clean and comfy beds, everything needed for a long weekend stay. Negative: Nothing major but the following might be good: instructions to get in...20 falkner street is the front of the house but the actual entry is at the back on blackbourne street. Would be better described as 20 falkner house, blackbourne street?! Sofas in living room uncomfortable. One dishwash tab each day would have been useful, rather than just 2 overall.

Fabulous stay, the house was very clean and spacious. Great beds and all 5 of us enjoyed our sleep. House had everything we could have wanted for our stay and the distance to all amenities and big attractions was super. Local pubs and restaurants were great too and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Brilliant location, surrounded by excellent local cafes and pubs. Also well within short walking distance of cultural attractions and nearby the hop on/hop off bus stop. The 5 bedrooms were essential for our group - for 6 people, the common areas were a bit of a tight squeeze - but for the location I would absolutely recommend this property to other large groups. The property was climate controlled very well and we all slept great.

A great location for a group visiting Liverpool. Positive: The property was well set up for a big group of people, with lots of crockery and cutlery, and lovely wine glasses! There was lots of space in the bedrooms and we loved the neighbourhood! Negative: The sofas were quite hard and the shower in the attic was really not good. It had low pressure and was freezing cold.

Highly recommend Positive: Fantastic property for a big group, great value for money. The beds are comfortable, it is well decorated, everyone was pleasantly surprised. I have stayed in both the basement and top floor unit and both have been excellent.

The apartment was perfect for myself and my family to stay in for two nights whilst we explored Liverpool. The Georgian Quarter is a very nice part of town with great architecture. Good local bars and restaurants and walking distance to both of the city’s cathedrals. You must visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, it is breathtaking inside. The city centre is walkable. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and for a place that can sleep up to 14 people, it didn’t have too much of a party flat vibe ie the decor wasn’t damaged, it was clean and the furniture was decent quality including comfy beds. Yes there are a fair few stairs to climb to get in but it’s worth it.

Stressful Positive: Lovely looking apartment , good location Negative: There were a lot of stairs with no lift. T here were menstrual stains,old laundry ,a broken spindle which my grandaughter could fit through a dirty kettle ,dangerous stairs which I fell down as they narrow of to non existence The messages prior and during our stay kept mentioning financial penalties we would incur if faults were found after our stay so our stay was spent having to document and take photos of problems I passed on these issues and the resolution team ignored half of them and said I hadn't mentioned issues that I reminded the I resent them copies of my previous correspondence to them in which the fall, bags of dirty laundry and they have ignored me ever since. There is only room to add a few pictures but I have more

Overall, we found this to be a great apartment for our stay with family. The location is lovely, a nice area and quiet. Had lovely restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The host gave detailed instructions on everything and we found the property easily and felt very safe and secure inside. The multiple bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of amenities. 3 bathrooms were ideal for our group. Everywhere was decorated nicely and was cleaned to a good standard - bedding etc was clean & fresh - however I think a deep clean would be beneficial in general but completely understand this isn’t easy with a quick turnaround. Parking on the street would be such a good idea for this property! Overall, a lovely stay - thank you 😊

We stayed for two nights to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday. There were 6 of us; 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The place looks better than the pictures. The place is large enough so everyone can have a bit of privacy. Lots of bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious with a very comfy king bed with soft clean linen and decent pillows. There is a large Smart TV in each room. The kitchen is very well fitted with plenty of fabulously clean glasses, cups, plates and cutlery. The place was very warm throughout with constant hot water (a must for me). The WiFi was excellent. Great location; about a 10min walk into Liverpool centre. There are a lot of steps to the apartment which is to be considered if anyone in the party has mobility issues. It wast an issue for us. Well worth the price. Thank you!

Fantastic value for a large family with everything we needed. Positive: It was modern with lovely space for all the family and comfortable beds and enough bathrooms. Negative: We had to phone for the location & entry details as we hadn’t received the details by our check in time only to find out we had to drag our luggage to the next road to enter through the back entrance. The oven & kitchen bins hadn’t been cleaned. But otherwise the rest was great.

Comfortable apartment in the Georgian area of friendly Liverpool, close to good restaurants & bars & within walk Positive: Well appointed and comfortable apartment, which was well decorated throughout.In an ideal location with plenty of good restaurants & bars nearby. Comfy settees & beds.Plenty of crockery, glassware etc. The property is within walking distance of all the major attractions.Nearby shops mean you can easily stock up for breakfasts etc. Clear instructions on how to access the property & a useful guide. Negative: There were no tea towels in the kitchen or dish cloths. We were a group of 9 which was fine, communal facilities might have been a bit tight if this was for 14 people. The towels were medium sized ( we felt bath sheet size would have been more appropriate for this price) and that there should have been a hand towel for each member of the party.

Positive: Location, comfort, spacious rooms, clean and modern. We had 9 in our party and we never felt on top of each other at any time. Negative: The stairs to the 3rd floor not easy as quite steep. The stairs into the attic bedrooms and bathroom were far too steep and didn't feel safe going up and down them. Balustrade was broken on the way up to the attic and could have hurt someone. Making the entrance way door more visible on bookings as this was very confusing. We encountered the facilities manager who was very rude to us because we came in the front door and not the rear entrance when we first arrived. We adhered to policy once we knew the rules..

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag im Apartment verbracht und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, wir hatten genug Platz und der Check in lief reibungslos. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Wohung ist teilweise ein wenig verlebt. Allerdings nichts was sich nicht schnell beheben lässt, somit also nur ein kleinere Mängel.

Fabulous apartment! A group of us stayed here for a friends wedding and it was just what we wanted. It has local restaurants/pubs, quiet location, and walkable distance to centre. Charlie from Host & Stay was very responsive and helped with any queries.

Fantastic Location, Comfortable, Convenient and Beautiful Positive: Fantastic location and favorite spot for a large group. It was our 7th time renting in Liverpool, varying sizes of apartments. This was the largest group (7+ people) and we could not be happier with the layout for that number of guests. Ages ranged from a 17-year-old to two 80-year-olds. Having 3 bathrooms was terrific. The size and comfort of the bedrooms were wonderful and well appointed. Having the extra pull-out couches in the living room for our son who lives locally to stay over one night for goodbyes was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed for 4 dinners in and making almost all breakfast/snacks/coffee at the house over 8 days. Always a bonus was having a washer/dryer in the unit. Apartment looks out on the Cathedral from almost every room and had beautiful views of cobblestone streets on each side. The rooms were cool and breezy with big, beautiful windows even on the top floor. Our son's university was just steps away as was the graduation venue, some of our favorite restaurants, sightseeing and shopping a short walk away. Bold Street was a big hit with each generation of guests as was the slightly further Albert Docks. Cabs came easily to the entrance at the back of the apartment a bonus as so many one-way streets in Liverpool make this not always an option. The short distance from the airport with local buses heading in every direction only a short walk away as well as lime scooters at the corner for the younger crowd made getting about a breeze. Cannot say enough, thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. Highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, appointment, comfort, numerous baths and location. Negative: Don't know, really loved everything, maybe a broom? but we had a nice vacuum so not needed. Possibly and extra drying rack? Everything was well thought out by host.

We had a great time staying at Dale's place. Beautiful apartment with everything you need in it. The location was perfect for what we needed to get to. The only downside was parking. It wasn't mentioned on the listing and we struggled to find somewhere reasonably priced close by. So make sure you check out parking if you're staying - or maybe parking permits could be included? The apartment is on the top floor with 6 flights of stairs, again this wasn't mentioned and a couple of our party struggled due to knee problems. Overall we had the best time and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Our stay was allright, but good be better. Positive: We thought the apartment was very nice, the bedrooms were spacious with excellent beds, extensive kitchen, nice sitting room and TV everywhere. Negative: Between the first door and the door at the entrance of the building there was a narrow corridor full of seagull droppings and there was a smoking area that you had to walk through and therefore occasionally "joined the smokers", which we hate and is certainly not an example. for the little children. Furthermore, there was something lacking in hygiene: There was a nasty smell in the kitchen from the start. On the 2nd day of our stay we emptied the refrigerator and there was a lot of brown gunk under the bottom container. So this has not been cleaned by cleaners for several days! Furthermore, the Nespresso machine did not work. A waste bin had also not been emptied. Since we were traveling with very small children, this apartment on the 3rd floor (4 flights of stairs) was not ideal for us.

The location of this place, while not accurate as it is actually on Blackburn Place, not Falkner is absolutely stunning. The place itself, is rundown, falling apart, horrifically, stinky, has mold on the ceilings, broken hooks, and fixtures, missing mirrors, and was only stocked with a half a roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and only two other rolls of toilet paper for 12 people staying for two days. All of the cleaning things, mops, Hoovers, were left out in the entryway, and the entire place smelled of old vinegar. We had to boil coffee on the stove, just to get rid of it. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the stay, especially for the money we spent.

Great place, great location and very clean. Could do with a couple of twin rooms as opposed to all doubles. Ten of us stayed and just managed reasonably comfortably. Water pressure a bit poor and not enough bathrooms/toilets for the number of people it claims to accommodate. Should highlight defects before our arrival instead of us having to notify host of a few issues. Communication was good initially, but very slow and poor when requesting late checkout, which meant we eventually ending up checking out at normal time.

Lovely flat, great rooms.

We stayed here as a group of 10 for our friends wedding and it was the perfect base for our weekend. It was easy to find and the check in process using the lock boxes was perfect for us.

This is a well appointment property in a fabulous quiet location where you can explore Liverpool. Layout and set up was great. We did however raise an issue with Host and Stay on our first day that the outer electronic access door release on the road access had broken which locked us out, as this was shared with two other places we were locked out a few times and had to rely on other apartments aroubd the clock Noone came out over the entire weekend and we received numerous AI / holding responses with noone fixing /coming out to fix We are working with Host and Stay to fully resolve. There should have been on call maintenance for such an key.portang issue

Absolutely spot on Positive: A beautifully decorated and clean apartment, located in a fabulous area of Liverpool. Everything that we needed, from comfortable beds to a coffee machine!! The hosts were very attentive to my messages and responded quickly. Nothing not to like 😊

Fantastic accommodation for our group of 12. The place was 10-15 min walk from the city centre, well equipped, very nice premium decor, all at a reasonable price. I would definitely be staying here again.

A nice place to stay, but quite expensive and further from city centre than ideal (albeit close to both cathedrals). Host & Stay sent a relentless stream of messages which drove me to distraction.

Great location for staying in Liverpool! Easy walk up with bags from the train station and easy to get anywhere in town by foot! Lovely quiet location fully undisturbed!

Falsely advertised FLAT Positive: Spacious flat Negative: Block of flats, photos are of different properties, no baths like shown, falsely advertised, property access is on a different street that Faulkner street, no key codes until 5:30pm standing in the dark and rain, first door key code into the flats, then another code to get your key then up a couple flight of stairs to the flat, upstairs in the flat are dangerously steep be careful if not steady on your feet.

We have just returned from a great stay in Falkner Street. The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean. It is in a superb location. Hopefully we will return.

Excellent location. 10 mins walk to the centre and 20 mins to Pier Head. Road is peaceful. We parked outside to unload our bags and then moved the car to ParkBee Liverpool Central Village which seemed good value and could leave overnight. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice and warm. We would definitely stay again if in Liverpool.

A great place to stay and within walking distance to Hope Street restaurants and bars. In the instructions need to make it clear key collection and apartment entrance is from Blackburn Place The main door in Falkner Street is not in use.

Alt i alt en okay oplevelse. Dog syntes jeg ikke at de er så samarbejdsvenlige. Men det oplever man desværre ofte når det er firmaer som udlejer boliger. De har en fast firmapolitik og den viger de ikke fra. Desuden bliver man debiteret nogle vanvittige gebyrer (ud over lejen). Vi ankom tidligt til Liverpool og vi kunne først komme ind i lejligheden kl. 15,00. Vi spurgte om det ikke var muligt at komme ind med vores baggage lige så snart deres rengøringsteam var færdige. De lovede at melde retur, vi hørte aldrig fra dem. Indtjekningen var en smule besværlig, da man ikke kunne komme ind i lejligheden fra den adresse som vi havde fået oplyst. Vi skulle om på en anden adresse. Vi fandt det til sidst, men ikke nemt når der ikke står husnummer på døren. Vi rejser til Liverpool 4-6 gange hvert år og jeg tror ikke at vi vil booke lejlighed igennem dette firma igen. Så skal de i hvert fald blive noget mere imødekommende og have et højere serviceniveau.

The perfect location in the city, surrounded by other beautiful historic buildings. Close to characterful pubs and cafes Positive: Amazon location, beautiful building, quite nice views from the windows. Negative: A bit on the chilly side at night. Bring warm pjs if you’re staying in the winter. The heating system was unpredictable, perhaps on a timer and came on when we were out. The apartment is on the third floor, accessed by quite steep stairs, so not for anyone with mobility issues.

Great place and location - perfect for exploring Liverpool and its attractions. Accommodation was clean and nicely decorated and suited our needs well. Only gripe is being charged a £15 admin fee to refund the security deposit.

Good location within the Georgian quarter. Easy reach of Albert Dock and other amenities. The apartment is up a number of stairs which is described in the listing which has fine for us but something to bear in mind if someone has mobility issues. The apartment was tastefully furnished and had everything you need and was immaculate.

Great stay once we got in. Negative: No details about how to collect the keys. All information sent the day after arrival. Tried calling but no reply only answer machines and a call back over 12 hours late. Not a very good service for the cost of the accommodation. The house was lovely inside, had everything we needed and in a good location.
