We had a really good stay. The location was great and the apartment was nice and spacious for our big family. The kids especially loved the hot tub.

Fantastyczny, ekskluzywny. Zdecydowanie wart swojej ceny. Polecam! Positive: Fantastyczny apartament, doskonale wyposażony we wszystko, co jest potrzebne. Stylowo urządzony. Bardzo czysty. Bajeczna lokalizacja. Cisza i spokój a jednocześnie wystarczy tylko krótki spacer do ścisłego centrum. Kilka minut spaceru do Tesco Express, za rogiem doskonałe restauracje The Quarter oraz Papillon. Spędziliśmy rodzinnie wspaniały tydzień w Liverpoolu 🙂 Negative: To moja subiektywna ocena. Kanapy w salonie są piękne ale dość twarde i po dłuższym siedzeniu dość niewygodne. Materac w górnej sypiani chyba wymaga już wymiany. Podobnie brodzik w dolnej łazience. Jest pęknięty. Było trochę mało papieru toaletowego jak dla czterech osób na tygodniowy pobyt. Reasumując. Daję 9/10. Szczerze polecam ten fantastyczny apartament.

Review Positive: The apartment was spacious and in a good location..The facilities were excellent. There were lovely restaurants on the doorstep if you didn't fancy the 20 min walk into the city. Would definitely recommend this accomodatìon. We are a family of four, two teenagers. Negative: Cloths could be provided to wipe down work tops, etc. The apartment maybe needed to be "aired" as there was a smell of sweat, particularly downstairs, in the basement . It was quite confusing to find. The Falkner Road part of address was confusing

Colorful, beautifully presented. Cool vibe. Easy walk to all things touristy. Positive: This was the best-presented place that we stayed in the UK. So many nice details--artwork, bedroom set-up, lounge look and feel. Negative: I imagine this is quite the party place. We saw lots of hen parties out in the city center and we could hear partying going on in some of the other flats. It wasn't a major distraction for our family, but I can imagine things could get pretty crazy.

Everything was very nice in general Positive: Very close to downtown, Tesco and places to eat, Cathedral the biggest in the world, museums and nice places to see in a city Negative: When we came was very cold, it is fine if will be adults to warm up the apartment. We are traveling with kids

We came to Liverpool for our daughter's graduation and this was perfect - walkable to the middle of town but quiet. Lots of space in lovely old Georgian house with modern bathrooms and kitchen (very well stocked). The two bedrooms were both really large and although we didn't use the sofa beds, it's great to have that option. Would definitely stay again.

We stay there for Taylor Swift concert! Very clean and spacious place. Close walking distance a lots of restaurants. Definitely recommend this stay. Very very roomie and comfortable. Easy to get taxi or Uber.. Thank you for hosting us.

Gorgeous place to stay with a group of friends Positive: Gorgeous, well-equipped house, very comfortable and a great location. Negative: The communication on the weekend was great, but I found some of communication around payment at the start a little confusing

The apartment was perfect for a weekend in Liverpool. My friends and I went to Uni in Liverpool and stayed in this apartment for our catch up weekend. It was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. The host’s communication was excellent and a card was left for us, as well as a box of celebrations- a really lovely touch! The location is in the heart of the Georgian quarter, a short walk into town but far enough away that the area is quiet.

Positive: We had the ground floor/basement for two couples and a baby. Quiet location, easy access to the city and docks, plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Nice big beds. Negative: An excess of unnecessary upsell messages from Host & Stay. Contradictory information about check in time (it's 3pm not 4pm as shown on the listing), and misleading information about parking. Yes street parking is available but only for 4 hours at a time. Yes there's a car park nearby but it can be full and it's expensive.

Excellent accommodation in ideal location to visit city. Positive: Clean, spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and hot powerful shower. Kitchen well equipped. Good Location for attractions. Excellent value for money. Negative: There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Apartment is immaculate with everything you should need for your stay. Great location, with a short walk to/from Lime Street Station and the city centre. Host was always available, to communicate any issues and sent a really helpful guide for check in. Just down the road are two fab restaurants to visit, for brunch!

Positive: It was a nice property. Negative: The shower tray in the lower bathroom was damaged and we couldn’t use it. When notified they were sending maintenance but it wasn’t recent damage and should have been fixed before our arrival.

Positive: Byliśmy tu już drugi raz będąc ponownie w Liverpoolu. To najlepsza rekomendacja. Negative: W zimne dni, jeśli apartament wcześniej nie jest wynajmowany, warto wcześniej włączyć ogrzewanie, tak aby w momencie przyjazdu gości był już nagrzany. Musieliśmy czekać kilkanaście godzin aby pomieszczenia nagrzały się optymalnie.

Positive: Location Negative: Arrived and there was no bedding, The were aware as the cleaner went in while i was out but did nothing about it .Ive stayed before and had no issues but i checked in to a hotel and will be getting a refund

Faulkner Street Positive: The apartment was stunning, we couldn't have asked for better, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable. It was in a wonderful location with some beautiful eateries . . Negative: The little alley and the steps and handrail to the house were covered in birds excrement and just a regular jet wash would sort that out, otherwise everything was perfect

Comfortable and characterful stay in a central, peaceful location Positive: I have stayed here twice and will stay again, it is charming and super comfortable. The location is central and convenient, but still quiet. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and full of character. The fittings and furnishings are high quality. The property is equipped to a high standard with everything a traveller needs. Warm water is plentiful and heating is easy to use. I have really enjoyed both my stays here and would highly recommend. Communication with hosts has always been smooth and easy, great customer service, and clear instructions for picking up keys.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is big and very clean with lots of bedding. It’s in a lovely area and we hope to return.

Was top Negative: Slaapbank was echt een drama

Great place but check in was a nightmare Positive: Good size, very clean, warm and great location. Negative: The check in was a nightmare. We were given the wrong codes to two out of the three locks it took to get in.

Fantastic apartment at great location! Book it asap! Positive: Fantastic location. Very cool apartment, with comfy beds and lots of space! Nice and modern decorations. Great staff as well. Would highly recommend it :-) Negative: Bathroom upstairs was a bit old and small. But no big problem, as downstairs was perfect.

Our place in Liverpool was managed by Host & Stay and they did a very nice job. They were always responsive and sent clear instructions. The home was as pictured and had nice decor. The place itself was not what I was hoping for. The floor plan was broken up and there was not a great communal space. We did not want to use the shared living space because it was so cold and that room is without a heater. The bathrooms were fine and cozy, the showers were hot, and there were plenty of towels. The bedrooms were comfortable, however, the bedroom's headboard in the upstairs bedroom had an unpleasant smell that we could not get away from. I'm not a fan of air fresheners, but I had to buy one to try and cover it up. Although the location was fine and quiet, because the space was shared with other units, you could hear everyone coming and going and the person in the unit above moving around. Although I think Host & Stay did a fine job managing, I did not enjoy our stay at this unit.

Lovely apartment This was a lovely property in a beautiful location. House was well stocked and beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable and with the exception of some dust which tend to build up in these old houses quickly, it was clean and sanitary. Check in process was good but there was a bit of disappointment experienced on behalves as an important meeting required us to access the property just 30 minutes earlier. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to find out if this was possible, we were told v.last minute that it wouldnt be but instead there was 40 or so minute delay before we could check in at the stated time. Given that request was made well in advance a bit of prior planning could have accomodated this customer request. But all in all a nice property and would defo stay here again. Thank you.

Stunning apartment The apartment is absolutely stunning, the decor, furnishings and grandeur of the rooms. The windows in the lounge have the original shutters, the rooms are huge but still have a cosy feel because of the choice of paint colours and furnishings. The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable Positive: The unit was well appointed and in a great location for our needs. Negative: When we arrived. by taxi the address was confusing and we did not know how to enter the unit. We finally got some one on the phone and got things sorted out.

Molto grande e spazioso. In pieno centro. La doccia del bagno su un po scomoda, senza box doccia. Divani letto non adatti a a due persone, scomodo dormirci. Checkin facile e veloce. È previsto un deposito cauzionale che non è specificato in fase di prenotazione, nonché viene messa un po' di ansia per i rumori (c'è anche un rilevatore)
