• Equipped with Microwave, Kettle, Espresso Coffee Machine, Oven, and much more.

Bathroom 1:

• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Corner Jacuzzi Bath, Separate Shower, Toilet and Basin.

Bathroom 2:

• Fitted with a modern designed wet room complete with a power shower

Central within the Georgian Quarter, this space comes with gorgeous single-glazed windows and window shutters, giving you a taste of the Georgian living style.

The area

The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. It is an ideal location for a harmonious Georgian living experience.

As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues. The Philharmonic, and Everyman Theatre are also within walking distance.

For parking, there are pay & display bays on Blackburne Place.

The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 2 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Notes from your host

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. It is also strictly prohibited to smoke by the main door outside, please use the back door.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours' notice of this unless there is an emergency that needs addressing sooner.

“Great location. Walking distance to everything. it would have been helpful to know which rooms were on which floor in the description. Although the description says it sleeps 10 be aware that 2 of the sofa beds are in the 2 bedrooms.”

“Tolle und schön eingerichtete Wohnung an schöner und ruhiger Lage, in Gehdistanz zum Stadtzentrum. Grosse bequeme Betten, geräumige Zimmer. Kleiner Abzug für einen nicht ganz sauberen Bettanzug und dass es keine Küchentücher hatte. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, sehr empfehlenswert.”
