A great value place to stay in Snettisham. Location was great for exploring North Norfolk and walking distance to The Old Stores and a couple of pubs. Excellent amenities - the kids loved all of the toys and books in the cupboards. Everything worked seamlessly and we would be happy to return!
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, perfect for day trips in the car to various beaches. Great selection of children’s toys available.
Great location in old part of Snettisham. Co-op round the corner and lovely looking cafe close by (unfortunately closed when we were there). Comfortable cottage, well equipped, clean and with a good shower. Easy parking outside. Double bedroom is small so difficult to fit a travel cot in but the twin bedroom has ample room for this. Lots of children’s toys available at the property which was great. We enjoyed trips to Hunstanton old beach and Holme next the sea beach. Snettisham woods great for a short walk/run.
4 adults and a 3 month old baby had a lovely short break. Positive: The property is in an ideal location, close to several nearby villages, plenty of walking opportunities with the beaches not far away. Snettisham has a lovely coffee shop and the Rose & Crown serve excellent beer/food, the property is ideal for 4 people, with the option of a sofa bed if a couple more stay. Negative: The only issue we found was that the cordless Dyson needs a new battery, as it gave up after about 15 seconds, so we were unable to hoover up, apart from that we had no problems.

This house was home from home. It was cosy, comfy and had everything we needed for our short stay. The village is beautiful and peaceful, just what we needed! Lovely dog walks from the front door which was great and also a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding beaches and other attractions. We would definately stay here again.
Had a lovely stay at this cottage , was very clean , in a lovely village very quiet location not far from other north Norfolk places eg Brancaster, wells next the sea etc , Norfolk lavender close by too. Lovely pub Rose & crown 10 mins walk . Dog friendly too. I would definitely stay here again, couple of small suggestions, leave more than 1 toilet roll , and bin in cupboard under sink difficult to keep bag stay where it should be . No frills and great value for money. Key things are comfy bed and good shower, you succeeded on both counts.

Positive: the provisions provided (coffee, crisps, wine etc). The location, the patio. Negative: The bed was noisy (not having a base it moved everytime you got onto it) and it (and the pillows) could have been more comfortable. I did not like the excessive communications from Host & Stay
Great little house in the heart of Snettisham village with easy parking. warm and quiet just what we wanted for our trip.
Very convenient location as we were judging a bloodhound trials on the Sandringham Estate. Cottage was welcoming at the end of each day.
A lovely little house in a quaint village, walking distance to pubs and shop and gorgeous beaches and surroundings close by, we will be back!!!

Positive: The property was even better than it looks in the photos. A perfect location to explore this part of Norfolk and to be able to walk to the Rose & Crown pub and the Old Store a definite bonus.
Smaller than expected….certainly would not be comfortable for 6 people… Main problem the only bath/shower did not drain…reported on arrival…very courteous response….But NOTHING happened ,..eventually repaired day 3….made a number of calls to the 2 numbers….Host and stay/..and the number in welcome pack…Bad communication….calls should be returned…even if it is to say, we can’t get hold of Plummer….Eventually we had a positive response from Air bnb…
We loved the house and it's location and it was especially handy having a parking space. There were a few cobwebs and spiders in the house and loads of cobwebs in the courtyard so we didn't want to sit out there but overall a really lovely place and the host was really friendly and communicative
Lovely little cottage, very clean and warm. Fully equipped with everything we needed. There was a Co-op 2 minutes away and the village is close to the north Norfolk beaches we love visiting. It was as described and communication was excellent. We would stay again!
Loved it Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at the courtyard. Great location, very clean,with everything you need for a break away. Set in a lovely village with everything you need. Nice touch to have a bottle of wine and some snacks on arrival, thank you. Couple of niggles,the mattress on the double bed is awful, and as somone else did, i had to go in the back bedroom to sleep. The heating seemed to have a mind of it's own and didn't stick to the time stated in the welcome pack,as it came on twice in the middle of the night and made us feel like we'd woken up in the tropics. I hate to say this as we loved it,but these little things can then be put right for other guests.
We had a wonderful stay at this charming holiday cottage! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. All the appliances were in perfect working order, and the shower was excellent—always hot and with great pressure. The cottage itself was cosy and welcoming, making it a perfect retreat after a day out exploring. The location was fantastic, with parking available and easy access to Sandringham and beautiful nearby beaches. The village was lovely, with a convenient nearby Co-op for essentials and several great coffee shops and eateries to enjoy. Overall, a fab experience!

Positive: Loved the decor and light and the warmth. The welcome wine and snacks were much appreciated too We liked the relaxed feeling and felt very comfy The heating and hot water were top marks especially for the storm weekend we had Negative: The parking in the allocated space is tight if you have a larger car as previously mentioned there’s a very helpful neighbor who will show you the outline to park in, however we managed to park outside the front of the property We felt the double room was small and we used the twin room for our luggage
With the exception of the double bed a comfortable house. Positive: Lounge was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Thoughtful welcome pack. Nice bathroom. Warm house. Negative: Very uncomfortable double bed. Renovation,/ home improvements happening next door so extremely noisy from early in the morning. Noisy from lorries outside early from the builders yard. I understand that has nothing to do with the hosts but unfortunately made the stay less enjoyable.
