We really enjoyed our stay, the property was in a lovely location, well equipped and was located in a lovely and peaceful location. The only issue we encountered is that only one towel is allocated for each guest. I personally don’t feel it is hygienic to use the same towel for your body as you do for your face, plus the 3 females in our party needed another towel to wrap their hair in. I did call to request additional towels however was advised that only one towel per guest was allocated. We were lucky that we have family living nearby and were able to borrow additional towels from them. That being said the property is lovely, in a beautiful location and we really enjoyed our stay, maybe just take extra towels if you’re planning to stay, unless of course the hosts consider changing the allocation. The property is fairly priced, as described and very charming.

We really loved the house ! The property felt really luxurious and comfortable. We especially loved the soft, plush carpets and the gorgeous spacious kitchen — honestly my dream kitchen! The beds were very comfy and the bedding felt really high quality. We’re actually looking for a new mattress and bedding ourselves and would love to know where they were from! We also loved the coffee machine and left some extra pods behind as a little thank you ☺️ Such a beautiful place to stay — we’d definitely recommend it! 🤍

An absolutely perfect 5 day stay. Couldn’t fault a thing. Found a couple of really good gastro pubs near by.

First impressions were great , lovely inside and out .nothing to complain about ,a beautiful home , would like to advise downstairs bathroom rain shower sprays at ceiling but other shower head works and had no affect on our stay

This house is absolutely stunning and perfect for a family & friends get away. The outdoor space is perfect for young children and dogs, however there is no outdoor furniture which was a shame as a simple table and chairs would be perfect for outdoor dining. The standard of the interior is top quality and has been finished, maintained and cleaned to a high standard. The biggest disappointment is the 10am checkout. When going away on holiday with family, checkout day is stressful enough without having to get everyone up, out and the house tidy by 10am. You can request a later checkout but you will be charged. Genuine shame as we couldn’t make the most of our last day there.

Unclean Positive: Location is great, very peaceful yet not far from amenities. Negative: Cleanliness was a major issue: - Rubbish, including beer bottle lids, behind the sofa - Leftover ice (not in bag) and bits of plastic in freezer - Various bits and stains on the rug - Loose, dangerous wires and dirty flo- ors - Spills on the hob - Faeces/stains left in the toilet bow Ironically, we were told we could not check in one hour early so that the "enhanced" cleaning could be completed.
