We booked last minute day before Christmas Eve for 4 nights it was fantastic for the family and we extending our stay an Positive: Very spacious, lovely decor close to beach and all amenities Negative: Nothing

Positive: Great accommodation in great location close to beach and shops. The arcade machine was a hit with the kids! Negative: Only the towels that were a bit on the small side.

Great location for Saltburn and surrounds. Spacious accommodation located centrally in the town. Close to the prom and the beach. Worked perfectly for us.

Spotless. Yards away from bars and cafes. Absolutely massive! Ideal for dog walking on the beach.

Great place to stay loads of space we did not feel at all cramped with 5 adults and an 8 month old!

Ideal for working in Saltburn, and would be lovely for a holiday too Positive: Brilliant location for us when we were in Saltburn to help run the Folk Festival. Plenty of space for us to sleep, eat and relax (when we got chance). Coming and going at different times was easy with the keybox and having the turn button on the inside of the front door. Very clean and well equipped accommodation - I'll look out for it being available again next year (festival dates 6-8 August 2027)

Have a rest at Saltburn Positive: It was near the promenade and shops. It was very clean tidy and homely Negative: In.the morning there seemed to be a smelling the kitchenlike a blocked drain, but seemed to.go as the.day went on. Maybe it was coming from next door I'm not sure.

We had a lovely couple of nights in Saltburn. Everything was great but we did feel there could have been a few more items of equipment in the kitchen.

Positive: Location is great, minutes to the beach and Saltburn's centre. Negative: Mattress too soft! No coffee maker 😳

Excellent. Recommend Positive: Very spacious, nice, clean. Kids loved the arcades.

Great central location with free easy on-street parking - 2 min walk from local shops, cafes, supermarkets and the beach. The house was generally well equipped with good interior design, and it met all of our needs. There were some maintenance issues with the property which could've been avoided, but were resolved by the host.

Great location and recently decorated. Has all the basics that you could need. Ample street parking outside, and the beach is just at the end of the road.
