We had a great stay here! The place is lovely, spacious & perfect for hosting a big group! The living room/kitchen was great for relaxing together & big enough for sit-down meals. The location is super close to the city centre & check-in was simple! The host provides a detailed manual covering everything. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery & the appliances are great but more cookware, oven mitts, standard-size chairs & cleaning supplies would be helpful for larger groups. It’s next to a pub, so you may get noise, people looking in from the window, occasional knocks on the door/windows. We appreciated the use of sustainable brands for the toilet paper & soaps! There were a few minor issues such as stains, chips & some faulty items (like freezer drawers and blinds), which was a little worrying given the damage warnings. However, the hosts responded very quickly and reassured us, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable & enjoyable stay. We’d happily stay here again!

Fab place in a beautiful location. There is a lot of wear and tear however with chips on the paint, blinds not working, lots of lights that dont work. We also didnt have hot water for most of our stay which did take a lot of back and forth to get someone out to solve. Turned out it was switched off and the switch was behind a locked door so not something we could have fixed ourselves. Otherwise a fab place to stay in the heart of Liverpool, great rooms and toilets and perfevt for a big group

For our group this was an ideal stay. Lots of room for us to share and enjoy a few days together close to everything we wanted to do.

This was the perfect place for our group to stay - plenty of room, lovely and clean and easy to get to where we needed to be. We had lots of info before check in and very quick responses for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts too, I'd definitely use again if we came back here.

Excellent location, really central and easy to find! Host (the company) were super responsive and easy to communicate with via phone/email. The house is nice and spacious but quite tired looking, lots of marks on walls etc. Wasn’t quite as clean as we’d like which is why I’ve marked down a bit. There definitely isn’t enough cooking equipment - one small pan was all we could find so making breakfast for 6 people was a challenge! They didnt provide bin bags, foil etc so we had to go get our own. We went for a girls weekend which this was perfect for! Would recommend for that. Loads of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beds were super comfy!

Some good points, and some not so good! Positive: The property offered good value, an excellent location, and was clean and warm. We appreciated the comprehensive information provided about the surrounding area. Negative: Several issues impacted our stay: The broken downstairs communal toilet seat, reported immediately, remained unrepaired throughout our stay despite promises to fix it. Essential supplies were inadequate: only 5 forks, 3 toilet rolls, 2 dishwasher tablets, and no tea towel. While additional forks arrived late Sunday evening, this meant we couldn't properly use the kitchen during our stay. The property listing should clearly highlight: The bathroom arrangement (1 shared bathroom/shower for up to 16 people, plus 2 en-suites) The £60 damage fee in the initial pricing information While these issues were manageable for our group of 8, they would significantly impact larger groups up to the advertised capacity of 18/20 guests.

Lovely property but... Positive: Beautiful house, great location. Comfy beds and good facilities. The keypad was really handy as members of our group could come and go as they pleased. Negative: Communication with the hosts was difficult, they wouldn't answer the phone and didn't provide the property guide until we were checking out. This contained various instructions on how to work things and the WiFi code. Cleaner was still at the property for over an hour past our check in time. Not enough toilet rolls left in the property. Only 3 for a booking for 13 people. Floors were very sticky. Seagulls are very noisy, bring earplugs

Excellent stay - good for a group of friends. Very close to city centre. Positive: Property was excellent, very modern, plenty of space. 10 min walk into the city centre. Negative: Door to the property was a bit difficult to enter at times.

Fantastic accommodation. Fabulous size for a big group, clean and tidy accommodation. Perfect location, not too far from the main centre which is surrounded by lots of amazing restaurants, bars etc. we have no complaints. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great place to stay in Liverpool for large parties.

The house decor is very nice and the owner was very responsive and tried to accommodate us as best as he could. However, we did have a few issues. Firstly, the property is single glazed so was cold for most of the time we were there. The thermostat is capped at 21 and in the main living room, so if the other rooms are very cold but the main living room is okay, the heating doesn't turn on. The hot water is through a water tank so ran out when a few people have a shower. One of the en-suite and bedroom was rendered unusable by a sewage smell. We were advised to leave the cold water running for 5 mins but this didn't solve the issue. There aren't enough bathrooms to accommodate the amount of people in the house, with only 1 communal bathroom. Also, providing just 1 toilet roll per bathroom for a 3 night stay with 14 people seems necessarily stingy.

Not ideal for 4 women getting ready!! A few hats came to the rescue! We were told missing hairdryer had been reported and doing their best to rectify! This didn’t happen! Hopefully sorted for the next guests! lol!

Gorgeous decor and very clean place, great for large groups! Very central location too. There was no flexibility at all with early check-in or late check-out which was a shame as we were willing to pay an additional fee. Communication was quick and the host was very responsive.

We had an amazing stay here for my sister’s hen do! It’s a really nice space and ideal for big groups looking to stay in Liverpool. It’s easy to walk to different parts of the city, there’s a really nice coffee shop just two doors down from the house, and Bold St is only a 5 min walk away which has a Tesco and lots of places to eat. The hosts are really responsive and provided all the information we needed. The only downside to the property for us was the number of bathrooms. There are two en-suites, which are placed in two of the bedrooms which have only one double bed inside, and then there is only one communal bathroom for the rest of the house which doesn’t feel like enough for the size of the space and number of bedrooms. Would absolutely recommend to groups looking for a big shared space for a trip to Liverpool, and would stay again!

The place was lovely, we had 16 of us stay and it was just enough room for us all. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the shops and bars in town.

Negative: 11 of us stayed in the property and I think it would be tight for 16. Not enough seating, mirrors, and no hairdryers. So would be nice to add more of these touches.

Positive: Excellent house, very clean and comfortable, heating made it very warm, had to turn off some radiators, and open windows. The dishwasher was a big help and a couple of tablets had been provided. Beds were really comfy. We had a couple of questions whilst staying, I texted the host and had prompt replies. Parking was a bonus and we had no problem with this. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar had been left for us. Easy walking distance to town centre and we found excellent breakfast options within a few minutes walk Negative: Very small niggles, 2 of the bathrooms are actually en suite inside the double rooms, so the three double doubles were sharing one bathroom until the people in the double rooms were awake. There was 10 of us staying and we made it work easily but could be a problem with a full house. The house has single glazing windows, one of the nights we were woken by a very loud motorbike starting and revving. Obviously not the property’s fault but something to be aware of

Great place for a hen do, super easy to get into Liverpool by foot and loads of stuff on the doorstep too. Parking for a standard SUV was tight but doable!

Most enjoyable Positive: Lock box is always easy. Negative: For us it was fine but some people might struggle to do the box as it’s so low down.

House was comfortable for the 9 of us but not enough furniture in living room if house was fully occupied. Bedrooms were comfortable and warm but all the bathrooms were very cold, there is no heating in them. Kitchen was spacious but lacked some basic equipment. Expected a bit more given the price paid. House is in convenient location for town but too close to student accommodation and pub. It was very noisy Friday and Saturday nights.

The property is very well situated for access to the centre of town, theatres and main tourist attractions. It is in the student quarter and close to popular student pubs, so it was very noisy on the latter part of the evenings. The living space accommodated our party of 7 people comfortably. However had there been more people staying as intended, it would have felt cramped particularly round the kitchen table and in the living room. The property was as described. The beds were comfortable. The property was clean and well presented. It was helpful having a keypad rather than a key to access the property.

Positive: Location was brilliant. Loads of food and drink options on the doorstep and walkable to all attractions and the uni campus.

Fabulous location & house for a large group. Spacious living area and kitchen with large downstairs bathroom. Only one thing to note is that 2 of the bathrooms are en suites in the bedrooms with one double bed so a lot of traffic through those rooms when 16 girls are trying to get ready for a night out. But overall fabulous place for a large group and so close to walking everywhere!

This was a last minute booking as had been let down by another host. Booked at 8 pm in the evening for next day. Has a number you can contact , everyone was very helpful. The house was in a perfect location for my daughters graduation. Having a downstairs bedroom was perfect as had a member of our party who struggles with stairs. Very clean and beds comfortable. Does get very warm though when hot weather and only 1 small fan provided between everyone. Handy having the parking space at the back for 1 car. You do hear some noise from the local pubs, but it is near to so many eating places and pubs it is only to be expected. But if you are at the back of the house it doesn’t affect you. Beautiful house, couldn’t be more central, and perfect for a friends trip Positive: Beautiful house for a weekend away with friends - couldn’t be more central so location is ideal and the house is well maintained - clean, tidy and included fresh linens and towels etc. Negative: Room for improvement in the following areas: 1. Needs outdoor furniture like a table with chairs as currently just a wasted area and would look so much better if you invested in making this look pretty and purposeful. 2. Situation with parking behind the house was odd. No other cars parked there, but only one car allowed to park per stay and comms around parking and using the parking gate were confusing.

The front door lock needed repair. To many times it took multiple tries to open. Twice it took 10 mins before we could enter. The sleeper sofas are in need of replacement. The upstairs bathroom is so tiny it’s almost not usable. If you happen to be there when the temperature is 27/29 fans should be provided. It was very uncomfortable. It would be nice to furnish the outside garden so it could be used. One small bench and weeds. It was not usable. The pictures provided were mostly accurate. Even though its states it sleeps 16, we had a party of ten and couldn’t been in the same room without some sitting on the floor or stairs. Did it meet our needs, yes.except for the door most of my comments are made to improve the experience of the renter. Some can be done at a minimal cost.

Ideally located house, very spacious and comfortable, great for a large group night in or night out. Positive: The house is fantastic, very spacious, beautifully presented and such an ideal location for Liverpool One and Albert Docks.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 14. Modern decor, looked just like the photos. The location was brilliant. We didn’t need to rely on taxis to get us about we could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to be. The en-suites weren’t great but were functional. The main bathroom was on the ground floor next to the front door and at times it felt like a fight to access it with so many people but it was a nice enough bathroom. The radiator was left on in there and we couldn’t turn it down which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave we had when visiting. The only issue we had was the ant infestation downstairs. Ant traps had been left dotted about so is clearly an on going issue. We had to be mindful not to leave any possessions on the floor. It’s an ideal place to stay if a large group are visiting the city. The house itself and location are perfect. Hopefully the ant situation can be easily resolved.

Great stay in Liverpool for a stag do. Accommodation in a very convenient location without being in the thick of things. Would stay again!

Positive: The property was in a great location very central to everything nothing was too far Negative: All was fine just the windows in the back room even being closed it was so windy and cold because of this and you can hear all the noise from outside, and there seed to bit loads of little ants in the corner of the downstairs by the bedroom and in the kitchen

Positive: Good quality accommodation. Very spacious and comfortable. Parking for 1 car was ideal although a little bit tight to get in and out but manageable.

Great house in a lovely location and excellent communication from host and stay Positive: The use of a door code rather than keys was brilliant it allowed for easy access into the property. The property was clean and tidy and a great space to relax in with a small patio out the back. Negative: There could have been some more toilet roll left out if we're being very picky and the bathrooms were all very small.

Enjoyable stat but for the price would have expected a bit more. Positive: Location was great and the amount of bedrooms. Negative: En-suites were so small they were nearly pointless and the patio area needs some TLC. Foot high weeds with an old bench wasnt a great combo.

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location Positive: Liked: Loved the location. Very clean. Huge rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great location for using city Express bus tours Not so good: not enough toiletries for amount of people. Code for key was wrong so we had to phone the number. Given the correct code but there was no key so had to phone again. The £25 non-refundable breakage fee … should be refundable if no breakages. Recommendations: could use a chain at back door for more security. Could use an information book with wifi code, local tourist info, how to work appliances etc.

Great location, walking distance to all. Positive: Great location, lovely decor and space. Great value for money. Negative: Windows are single glaze and it’s really loud felt like people were stood talking/shouting in our rooms. The Saturday night hardly any of us slept as so noisy outside, not sure if it’s a student area but so many people making noise in the early hours and vehicles. Also cleanliness was generally really good but we found a vape under the sofa and a lighter wrapped up in one of the blankets.

The place is very beautiful, well prepared with all amenities needed. It is in prime location and beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurant around. A beautiful 15 minutes to the center (Liverpool One) and 20 minutes to the dock. The bathrooms were clean, well prepared, and good water pressure.

Modern house with everything we needed. Will definitely be back! Positive: The house was modern, stylish and had everything we needed for a few days away. Rooms were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. Negative: We loved everything. The only thing we would have preferred is if there were a couple more chairs in the living room, but that is just something material!
