Great place for our family holiday over Christmas. Lovely views, warm and cosy. We had a great stay

Accessible location and beautiful Lodge. Ample space for kids and a 8 seater dining area. We loved our family stay and would definitely recommend.

Très bel appartement, bien aménagé et équipé, avec des vues splendides sur la mer ! En revanche il est un peu loin du centre de Brighton (40mn à pied) donc il est préférable d’avoir une voiture, même si faisable en bus. Il est assez spacieux : à 5, c’était confortable, bien qu’une seule salle de bain est peut être un peu juste. Nb pour la literie : nous avons été gênés par les matelas trop mous à notre goût mais c’est évidemment subjectif. Au global nous sommes très satisfaits de ce logement !

My friends and I had a mostly great stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a beautiful and peaceful area. The surroundings were lovely—perfect for walks and relaxing. However, during our stay, we did encounter a little problem which came as a bit of a surprise, especially given how perfect everything was. This is something we made the host aware of and hope to have addressed as we do want other guests to experience. Aside from that, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With that one issue resolved, this would be a perfect getaway spot.

This apartment is much better in person than on the pictures, it’s so big. I stayed with 5 other people and there was plenty of room. It had 3 bedrooms 2 toilets, a bath and a shower. Living room which is massive and a lovely kitchen with all appliances. They provided us all with plenty of towels and toilet roll. The place was immaculate. The only thing is it’s kind of hidden away so was abit hard to find at first and trying to get a taxi was almost impossible every day but we always found a way. But apart from that it’s a 15 min walk to the shops like Lidl or domino’s. About 30 mins from the beach. Thank you for a lovely stay. Was for my sister hen do and was so worth it. It was perfect!!

Great place for 2 couples and 2 singles weekend away for a friend's wedding party. More spacious than it looks in the pictures, good beds & linen, great views, free parking. Easy to get taxis into town.

This was an exceptional place to stay for our family of 5! Positive: It was AMAZING!!! We (2 adults/3 kids) absolutely loved staying here. The location is spot on. Near enough to be into the action of Brighton quickly but far enough for it to be peaceful when you need some time. The apartment blew us away. The views are gorgeous!! Didn’t really want to leave some days - could get lost sitting by the window and watching the marina down below. Beds were super comfy and the rooms are so spacious. Useful having two toilets too and the shower was ace! Really really loved this place and 100% hope to return!! Negative: I had to leave!

Brighton è bella e il quartiere con i ristoranti affascinante, ma la campagna nei dintorni e le cittadine come Arundel s Positive: Struttura molto bella, ben tenuta, sorprendentemente spaziosa. La posizione è un po’ fuori mano rispetto alla città ma ha il vantaggio di essere tranquilla. Ci si può spostare in bus o Uber/Taxi ma dopo i primi spostamenti ci siamo resi conto che è molto meno complicato noleggiare una vettura direttamente alla Stazione di Brighton. Negative: Il divano è rivestito con un lenzuolo in flanella, non proprio accogliente ad essere sinceri.

It is a very cozy home and beautiful view

All five of us enjoyed the venue. The apartment was spacious, well laid out, clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was easy to ‘feel at home’ and relax with the wonderful sea view in the main living and dining room area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and bar stools to chat around. Bathroom with Shower and toilet, with separate toilet besides, made sharing so easy. Free street parking worked well for us, parking directly outside the apartment every time, perfect! Entry was easy with Key Safe and instructions via email. Foyer entrance, spacious with shoe rack and area for luggage to be stowed. The Folder with information on WiFi & Password, and more was helpful. I needed to make contact with providers, they were more than helpful, making all things pleasant for us. We all would book this venue again if we were doing a family get together. Just a super time for all of us meeting up with family and friends in Brighton and Eastbourne💫🙌

The stay was fairly successful overall. There was no information supplied about the facilities included. I would suggest a 'Welcome Pack' listing helpful suggestions such as the best way to get to the Marina as this was not terribly straightforward to work out (!) and having the wifi password written in the toilet (albeit on an ornament) is a little unprofessional. The WiFi is shocking and working out the best use of TV was a bit of a challenge... The spaces were clean and comfortable, access was straightford and position was all good. Sea views are delightful!

Beautiful apartment, well organised, and Peaceful Environment.

We really enjoyed our stay! The ocean view was beautiful and the flat was clean and bigger than it looked in the pictures. The city center was reachable by bus from the stop around the corner. The only thing we missed was some necessities we had to buy ourselves like toilet paper, salt, and cooking oil. Besides that everything was great and we’d come back for another stay.

Perfect place and very nice to spend time in the house. The only negative exception could be the distance between the house and the centre. Still easy to reach with public transports

What a wonderful place to stay, the views are amazing. Great walks and countryside. Easy access to Brighton central. 5 mins to bus and 10 mins walk to amenities. Definitely would stay again. 5 Stars all the way. Only 1 thing £140 for cleaning is very expensive.

This is a beautifully styled apartment in a really interesting building with lots of nooks and crannies. We loved it, fabulous views of the marina and easy to get the bus into town. Parking was ok, just a minutes walk from the house. Would recommend.

the property was just as described. it was perfect for five of us as it was really spacious and had all the facilities we needed. it was decorated well and we loved the view of the marina frim two of the bedrooms. it was great having two toilets for five of us and we just loved the property. would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
