Lovely little cottage The semi cottage is a lovely place for 1-2 people to stay for a short visit to Canterbury. I loved the garden outside the window, and everything that one would need was available. Very clean and in a great location to walk to train, bus or downtown area. The sweet cat that visited outside my window was a plus too! The family living in the house was very accommodating when I needed a little help figuring out the lock on the door. Would stay here again.

Had everything we needed ! Had some troubles with the check in as they initially gave us the wrong code to open the lock box, but we ended up getting in okay. It was as described. Incredible location, peaceful road but close to everything else. Didn't feel very private as it felt more like a shared room with a door in the kitchen connecting to the rest of the flat where we could hear every word said, and there were dogs that barked most of the day and evening, but not a huge deal if you are out and about most days. The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on, very worn out. But, it was worth the price because of the included amenities and the area it was in. Nice old flat and helpful customer service. Overall, a decent stay !

Uncomfortable with Major Cleanliness and Privacy Issues Positive: Only the bed is clean Negative: Unfortunately, our arrival at this property was very disappointing and uncomfortable that urged us to find alternative place immediately. 1. Lack of transparency – The property is attached to the owner’s house, which was not disclosed on the listing. We could clearly hear noise from the other side, separated only by what appeared to be a DIY wooden door, which offered little privacy and made the stay very unsettling. 2. Cleanliness issues – There were cobwebs and dusty everywhere, from the entrance to the bedroom. The kitchenware are dirty, oily and unhygienic to use. 3. Overwhelming odor – A very strong and unpleasant stench came from the kitchen area. It was so bad that we had to stand outside while contacting customer service. 4. Misleading entrance – Access to the unit is through a small side door, which is not shown in the listing. The image provided displays the front of the house, which led to confusion upon arrival. 5. Serious privacy and security concerns – The main door lock was broken, the bathroom door could not be locked, and the bedroom was only separated from the kitchen by an old, dusty curtain. 6. Plumbing issues – The toilet had a very slow water flow and took a long time to flush properly. 7. Unhelpful customer service – When we reported these issues, we were told it was a “preference issue,” which felt dismissive. We truly wish the staff could experience the conditions firsthand to understand our concerns. We have submitted a refund request and are currently waiting for updates on its status, as they require two weeks to investigate the matter, which feels very inefficient. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable, unhygienic, and unsafe. We would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Otryggt då mycket kan hända i en stor villa med andra hyresgäster när det gäller el, vatten, avlopp mm Faciliteter Svårt att hitta plankdörren på fastighetens framsida (bild 1 ) till gången (bild 2 )och boendets entredörr på husets baksida (bild 3 ). Pentry men ingen matplats. Måltider intogs vid ett ihopfällbar balkongmöbel i sovrummet (bild 4 ). Boendet saknar fungerande ventilation i samtliga rum. Städning Slarvig, dammtussar och chipspåse på golvet, toalettartiklar och handdukar för endast en person Bekvämlighet Ojämn temperatur, kallt eller hett. Plats för bagage saknas (bild 5 ). Mer om din vistelse Vad tyckte du inte om / vad kunde varit bättre. Sovrumsgardin var för kort = insyn bild ( bild 6 ). Värmeradiator under fönster avstängd = drag (bild 7). Wc-sittringen trasig (bild 8 ). Och inget vatten för spolning ( bild 9 ). Köksfläktens filter ej rengjort de senaste åren, båda lamporna i fläktbelysningen trasiga. Trädgården användes av andra hyresgäster med flera hundar som toalett (bild 10). Sammanfattning: Högt pris för undermåligt oacceptabelt boende med missvisande bilder, felaktig rubricering och beskrivning samt uppenbarligen påhittade utvärderingspoäng. Önskar svar på hur detta bedrägeri åtgärdas.

Nie wieder Positive: sehr nah zur Altenstadt Negative: Die "Wohnung" ist veraltet, der Eingang voll Moos, es gibt nur einen kleinen Klapptisch aber die Küche ist so klein, dass es unmöglich ist, ihn aufzumachen. Man muss entweder stehend oder auf dem Bett sitzen, um zu essen. Das Wasser fürs Klo brauch wortwörtlich eine Stunde, sich wiederzufüllen, Spinnennetze am Fenster.... sehr abzuraten, sorry.

Exxcellent location with very good facilities. Positive: This is a great property in an excellent location. Had everything that was needed and perfect for a good night’s sleep Negative: I couldn’t find any wifi info and unfortunately in Canterbury the wifi is particularly bad so I did struggle a bit with this. Other than that it might have been nice to have a more comfortable chair to relax in but all in all very small points - it was an excellent stay in a great property.

Très bien situé, il est facile de se rendre à pieds dans le centre ville. Positive: L'emplacement proche du centre ville. l'accès à l'appartement est facile. un mini espace extérieur pour petit-déjeuner.

Great location, comfy cottage! Loved my stay. The location is so convenient for walking everywhere. Check in and out was easy and my whole stay was very pleasant!

Ich vergebe selten schlechte Bewertungen, aber diesmal ist es wohl berechtigt: Dank versteckter Gebühren kann man nur von Abzocke sprechen, wenn man für diese kleine Unterkunft pro Nacht 110€ insgesamt bezahlen soll. Zudem war die Ferienwohnung nicht sehr sauber - viel Staub (hier ist wohl nicht einmal nass der Boden gewischt worden), dreckiges Badezimmerwaschbecken, z.T. schmutziges Geschirr. Mitnichten gab es eine Gartennutzung. Man könnte sich nur in den engen dunklen Hof setzen (auf rostige Stühle). Auf den für die Anzeige fotografierten schönen Garten gab es nur vom Schlafzimmer aus einen Blick. Er gehörte zu einer Privatwohnung. Die Dame, die dort wohnte war jedoch sehr nett. Positiv sind die zentrale Lage in Canterbury, die sehr zweckmäßige Einrichtung und die Ruhe der Wohnung zu nennen. Hier wird wohl versucht schnelles Geld zu machen...
