Positive: The online staff and pub staff were very friendly and helpful.

No good Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything , no tea,no coffee,no staff,got chargerd for a service i never used or needed , it was like a HMO !bed was uncomfortable

Everything was absolutely fine for a couple of night's stay. It was a bit noisy as next to traffic lights on a busy road, but the air con was welcome when it was too noisy to open the window

Good value accommodation. Positive: A good location for what we were doing over the weekend and the pub below is very good too. We didn’t eat there but plenty of others were. Some reviewers had been critical about the small rooms and washing facilities but they were clean and worked well so we thought they were fine. Negative: Everything was good

Buck up your ideas at the Bull Positive: Location, price , milk bar outside. Parking, key access. Towels and bed linen were clean. Negative: We weren't aware of a flight of stairs up to our accommodation. Room 3 is at the front of the building adjacent to the main rd and public transport bus stop outside. The window catch was faulty which did not close securly at all through out our stay, making it drafty at night and noisy from the road.. The bed was near the window so visible from a double decker bus and no blinds or net curtains were at the window. If the curtains were closed it made the room dark. The general cleanliness was reasonable, the odd cobweb on the window, but noticeably but not cleaned under the bed for some time. A black bag was provided for rubbish but two bind would of been appreciated to allow us to keep recycling seoerate from general waste. The bed springs squeezed. Milk and tea was only enough for one drink each over a two day booking.
