We love the Beach House! This was our second time staying here as a family. The house was perfect for our group of six. The location is great! There is a pub on the corner with a great playground for the kids. At the other end of the road, there is a great cafe that overlooks the sea and is open everyday for breakfast and lunch! The house is only a few minutes drive to some wonderful beach towns, particularly Cromer. Charlie and Team were incredibly responsive to all our inquiries during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to England!

The Beach House is a beautiful dormer bungalow and felt like home from home. The beds are very comfortable and the quiet location meant that we slept well. We were woken up early by the seagulls but that's to be expected with the close proximity of the property to the beach. The patio and outdoor furniture were great for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. We particularly loved that the beach was just at the end of the road. There is a nearby playground which was great for our granddaughter. There is also a convenience store/post office, and a café and pub which both serve good meals, although a little expensive. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to staying at the Beach House again in the future.

We spent a fantastic few days in Overstrand on Cliff Road, a stones throw from the beach. The accommodation was perfect for what we were looking for, walking distance to a local shop, pub, village events, beach, we didn’t need to get in the car at all during our stay. The beds were comfortable for us all, the back garden has a lovely area to sit and relax any time of day. Already planning our next visit 😊

It was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Nice and tidy. Felt like home. Fantastic location. Right near the beach! Close to some great locations including Cromer and Sheringham. Great host! Would recommend.

Bungalow and location as described - Beautiful place/location with everything you need, beach and cafe at one end of the road and pub and shop at the other. Highly recomend!!

Great location and accommodation. Tastefully decorated with generous extras and a well stocked kitchen. Felt very homely.

We had a great time in this beautiful property. Refurbished to a high standard and it had everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Easy parking and close to the beach. Easy to drive to Cromer and beyond. Lots of places to go, we wished we could stay longer!
