The Annex is absolutely stunning! The hosts were so helpful with instructions of getting there and with getting back to us when we had a few questions. They offered to let us have a walk around the farm and even got the fire pit going for us in the evening. They couldn't have been more helpful! The Annex itself is even more stunning than the photos. It is warm, bright beautiful and has so much space. The hosts have literally thought of everything, from children's pottys to hot water bottles beside the bed. I stayed for a Mum's weekend and it was one of the nicest places we have stayed, highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

The Annex was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy the countryside. The Annex was pristine inside, bedding was lush and every wee detail had been thought of. Louise & Andy were on hand if needed and were very warm and friendly. We enjoyed meeting the farm animals, with Ethan sharing his love & knowledge for them. The hot tub, fire pit, enclosed garden and clear skys were a real treat too. We hope to be back again soon, thank you!

Andy, Louise and family were really welcoming and friendly. We wanted to spend some quality family time together with our teenage sons and switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Annexe is the perfect place to do this. Set on a working farm with lots of greenery and tranquility around you. The annexe is beautifully presented, modern, spacious and I particularly love the highland cow theme throughout. The beds were so comfortable, had the best nights sleep we’ve ever had. A perfect addition is the hot tub which is amazing to sit in at the end of the day, with all the beautiful scenery around. To finish off an already amazing trip we got to feed the highland cows and donkeys before we left ❤️ We will definitely be returning soon.

Louise & Andy were great hosts. They both went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Louise was flexible in allowing us early access and the place was spotless. Andy was on hand to explain all info on our arrival and to explain more details on the animals. Louise & Andy along with their lovely son Ethan were absolute perfect hosts, doing far more than we could & would have expected. We will definitely be back! 🤗

A treat. Loved the house. Host was kind and very caring. Private Hot tub was very popular. Super house with everything you could ask for. Only wish we could have stayed longer. So much wildlife, clean air, pease and a gem of a place. Thank you.

House was immaculate and modern, great facilities including hot tub and fire pit. Hosts were great and contacted us with all the details needed before arrival. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the annex cottage. Louise and Andy were fantastic hosts—both friendly and very accommodating throughout our visit. The cottage itself had everything we could have needed and more. There were so many thoughtful little touches, like the marshmallows, which my wee girl absolutely loved, along with lovely toiletries and a really clean, comfortable space. The setting was beautiful, with stunning scenery and farm animals to meet—another highlight for my wee girl! It really was a fabulous trip away from start to finish. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing few days away with our dog. The Annex has everything you could need (including extra thoughtful things for the dog!) and was super clean and comfortable. The surroundings when sitting in the hot tub are going to take some beating! The hosts were super friendly and had thought of everything. Animals on the farm are a bonus too!! We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here and are already working out when we could return. My 3 young boys were in their element on the farm and in the huge garden with hot tub and marshmallow toasting. The house was spotlessly clean, warm and felt really homely. The hosts were so kind and helpful, nothing felt too much trouble. The surroundings were beautiful! Would 100% recommend!
