Great place for a relaxing weekend with family or friends, with all the comforts of home and modern facilities. Positive: Really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was extremely comfortable and stylishly decorated. We liked that the dining room had comfy seating where any of our party could read or play a game while others were watching TV. The kitchen, en-suite and shower room facilities were modern and the beds very comfortable. It’s central location close to the Market Square and amenities was a boon as we were able to leave the car parked for the whole of our stay. The Host & Stay staff (Charlie) was also very helpful and kept us updated with information about the property and what was available to enhance our stay in the area. Would definitely book again. Negative: Lack of a dedicated parking space, but this was a minor inconvenience as Nun's Close car park was within walking distance and the property had a 2 hour parking disc that we used in a nearby street to unload/load our cases.

Fabulous property, great location within easy access to town and countryside walks. Positive: Excellent accommodation finished to a high standard. Very comfortable. Negative: Check out at 10am feels a little early, especially as a family. 11am would be much better. Would be a bonus to have a microwave

Lovely home only a few minutes walk from the centre of Richmond. Amenities were perfect and had everything that was needed for all the family for our stay. Place was exactly as pictured and described. Would definitely return!

We know Richmond as my husband lived here. We were back for my father in law’s funeral- so perfect location, clean and peaceful. Would highly recommend this property for a lovely break in the dales.

We loved this property and would happily live there. It was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated . The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms modern with efficient showers and plenty of hot water. The location is perfect and Richmond itself has plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops and pubs all within a few minutes walk of the property. There are a limited number of parking spaces immediately outside the property, but there is a public car park near by. Great place to stay for a walking holiday or as a base to explore North Yorkshire.

A lovely spot to explore Richmond and surrounding areas. The house was absolutely ideal for my wife and our two children. The house was perfectly set up and we stayed over new year so there was even a Christmas tree in the sitting room which was lovely. Will definitely be back.

Positive: The house is lovely, sits in a good location and has everything you need. Very comfortable to be able to sit together or also find your own space. No extra charge for pets was great too. Negative: There is no garden or property parking but these are not problems as there is plenty of nearby parking and amazing walks accessible without needing a car.

Wonderful stay.

The house was beautifully decorated and well kept with all necessary amenities. Easy to walk into the market square. Double yellow lines outside the property but there is on street parking opposite if you are lucky, or some disc parking really close by. There is also a reasonably priced car park close. Not so easy if you have difficulty walking. The disc parking is limited to 2 hours. Really good communication from Host with option to extend to late check out.

We were very comfortable staying in this lovely cottage for 10 days. It’s in a great location and the perfect base for exploring Richmond and the surrounding countryside. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen and lots of space for us to spread out with a separate dining room and living room. Kitchen was missing a few small items which we have communicated to the management company. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house in a great location. Just out the house door for Richmond itself, shops, pubs etc and lovely river walks and perfect starting point for exploring the area. Communication with the host is fast and efficient but impersonal, AI. On-street parking is very random but the public car park is 5 mins walk away and costs about £6 for 24 hours, you'll need the RingGo app. I hink this should be mentioned in the house details. All in all we enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home in the house which is spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you could need. Would definitely recommend.

Very dissapointing!!! Positive: Good location Negative: The house is in need of a good clean We were unable to use the kitchen it was that bad, dirty sludge in the dish washer, no cleaning equipment, 2 glasses for the whole house locked out 1 night due to the faulty key safe, and unable to get help from any of the contacts. We have complained but had no response,

Positive: Location, social spaces, style Negative: Could have been a bit cleaner, unfinished DIY in hall, lack of soap in bathrooms, outdoor space, lack of bin facilities, very limited parking.

A relaxing few days in a great Richmond property! Positive: Location is superb, on the edge of town. Road a bit noisy first thing, but not a problem most of the time. Parking was easy, either on the road outside ( unlimited time ) or using a parking disc then just around the corner for 2 hours or overnight. The house was lovely, tastefully decorated and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were all of a good standard. Negative: Kitchen floor needs attention - vinyl tiles moved and were uneven. A few minor cleaning issues, mainly cobwebs which are often a problem in older properties. The bathroom fan vents both could have done with a good clean. Hand towel would have been good in the ground floor bathroom, and a shortage of glass tumblers in the kitchen. All these minor niggles didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the property.

Lovely house brilliant location lack of kitchen ware sadly lets this house down . Positive: Excellent location, beautiful house with a magic outdoor area very spacious and log burner was a cosy addition. Negative: Lack of kitchen utensils! A cooked breakfast was a challenge with no spatula etc we did buy one at a local shop for the kitchen , no microwave limited pans and overall poorly equipped kitchen which was such a shame as the house really is lovely and so comfortable We found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes on arrival and overall cutlery crockery just wasn’t clean

Stayed here for 4 nights for work. Loved the place, plenty of space and a great location. There's plenty to do around here and the centre of Richmond is within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend and will try stay here again if I'm working in the area.

Had a lovely short break, staying at Temple Terrace. Richmond is a beautiful town, with plenty to see and do, both locally and in the area. The house is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Had a couple of small issues which we mentioned to the management company - I'm sure they will be on the case :)

The house was lovely and a great location. Slightly disappointed by the lack of clothes storage space in the smaller double room. Also, no hand soap or towel in the downstairs loo.

Lovely house, very homely, had everything we needed. Positive: Great location for walking into Richmond town centre. Negative: Inability to switch the heating up from 15°. House became quite cold when heating switched off. Instruction book no help. Tried calling host emergency number no one available, left a message but did not receive a call back. Would have pursued this further had we been staying longer. Car parking outside house very limited. Only received information about the town car parks on the arrival day. Would have been helpful to have had this in advance.

A perfect base in this picturesque, friendly town offering very comfy and spacious accommodation Positive: The house was even nicer than the photos! Furniture and furnishings were all of good quality and comfortable. Bed very comfortable and lovely pillows and bedding. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of crockery and pans etc. Television has streaming which was welcome. Location fabulous as near enough to walk round the town yet quiet even though by a road. We were lucky enough to park opposite the house but there was plenty of parking nearby. Lots of shops, pubs and eating places within walking distance. A perfect place for a short break or longer if you want to venture further away! Negative: Very little to complain about , a few cobwebs and a couple of dusty lightshades. Written instructions on how to use the tv near to the tv would have made things easier , ditto the coffee machine and a few pods would be nice too!

Superb place absolutely perfectly located for walks around Richmond and quick access to the many pubs, restaurants and bakeries etc. We had a superb weekend.

Felt like living in the town Positive: The house was very charming & perfect layout for us to stay. Quiet surroundings but very good access to center of city.

A lovely house, very clean and tidy and well presented. A short 5 min walk to the town centre. There is free parking opposite the house but only a few spaces so these are usually occupied. But a large pay and display car park only a couple of minutes walk, or two hour limit parking virtually opposite.

Very quiet but still near the centre of Richmond which itself is a beautiful wee place. Negative: Nothing, I couldn't fault a single thing.

Spacious spot for exploring Richmond and surrounds. We were lucky to nab some of the on street parking. Beds were really comfy and showers modern and clean. Worth knowing that there are no games or books in the house... So bring your own. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of seating for all in the dining room and lounge

Well appointed property close to all amenities. Property was in excellent condition and everything we needed. The only item missing was a microwave which will probably be provided for future guests.
